Please just stick to brows!…read more I got my lashes done, I paid for lash lift & tone, the lift was honestly a 5/10, a lot of lashes weren't even correctly adjusted and she didn't even tone them after I asked if she did & she said she did. I personally love this place for eyebrows, second year coming here but honestly would not recommend for lashes. It felt like a rush job. Felt chemicals in my eyes and I already know the placement was odd considering i've had my lashes done a few times by real professionals and this felt nothing like it. I over paid for lashes that didn't fully work out so now I have to pay someone else to fix them. Would not recommend for lashes at all. Stick to the name! Unfortunately threading left me with a few cuts, honestly not looking forward to coming again unless its my last choice.

She didn't rush through my service at all and even asked my opinion and made the changes I wanted without a problem. My eyebrows came out great and I fully intended to give her a five star review. But then she texted me a couple hours later to tell me my Zelle went through, paying her twice. She immediately returned the money. I wish I could give her ten stars!!! What a sweet, honest person. I hope one day soon she opens her own business because her work ethic and business-sense is great, especially for a woman so young. If your looking for talented eyebrow shaping, please visit Thais. She takes her time and makes sure that there is no excess hair left behind unlike other salons that I have been to.The best part about going to Nadia is that not only does she do eyebrows but she also does waxing and facials which saves an extra trip to the salon. The salon is a walk in which makes it quite beneficial if you are unable to get an appointment and just happen to be around the neighborhood. I may be biased with this establishment but I have been following Alison since she was at Anarkali…read morealmost 10 years ago. I swear by threading and think it's the best way to keep my brows in check. I have gone to places near and far for an excellent threader and look no further: Alison opened up Beyond Brows - I have been coming here ever since she opened up a few years ago. She took a hiatus for health reasons but she is back and I do not go to anyone else to take care of my eyebrows. She is consistent with my shape and keeps them clean and looking fabulous. I will admit, if you are a first time customer here, it will not be top knotch exquisite service. This is a threading salon - not a spa. You will be waiting even if you HAVE an appointment, but I suggest calling ahead to see what the wait is like before you come if you are in a rush. If you are lucky enough to get Alison, you will not be disappointed. She has a gift! She is quick, painless and not to mention extremely efficient. She knows what she is doing. I cannot speak on behalf of anyone else as Alison is the only threader I go to here. She has been in this industry for a very long time. If you live in the Pines area and are looking to check out a new place to tame your brows, then look no further to Beyond Brows. It may not be the best service you receive customer service wise, but that is a miss I am willing to take to have the best shaped eyebrows on the block. Also, go ahead and follow them on Instagram if you have, they offer specials. @BeyondBrows954

I would give zero stars if I could. I requested her services for a lash lift and tint. She sent me…read morea contract and was requesting me to pay the full amount beforehand, but I talked her down to 50% since I never worked with her before, and was weary. There was a threat of a hurricane coming the day that she was supposed to come to my house for the service. She said there was a lot of traffic and was not going to be able to make it on time, we kept pushing the appt for later, but she wasn't able to come. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.
