She seemed inexperienced, but was kind. She told me she would send over pictures that she took, but never did. The response I received back from Gabby after providing my honest and transparent feedback was surprising and disappointing. She was backing up her stylist more than anything and had never even seen my hair. I was so turned off and it made me feel unhappy and not excited after knowing that my trial did not surpass my expectations and made me realize that this is not what I wanted for the day of my wedding.
