Found this lash salon by researching all salons close to me. I am so happy! All ths staff is friendly and salon has a nice ambience. The first visit I was late 20 minutes and they were very nice about it and took me in right away. Mily is doing my lashes. I get volume lashes and her expertise matches my fav salon in Las Vegas. When you talk about the OG's of lashes this is it! 10 years and counting for me ....she uses high end products like Nova that you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere ( trust me when I moved out of state I tried and ended up flying back for fills). Lashes are messy looking then fall off the first week. The normal glue they use doesn't work and then they offer you a longer lasting one for $100 more. The touch ups are always $100 though they quote it less. Not an honest business. They change prices last minute when it's time to pay. They pull fast ones and your forced to pay almost double what they quote you. The owner does lashes and picks up phones at the same time and it's not a place to relax bc it's constant loud talking. My technician was actually texting while doing my lashes! In the end she only but about 30-40 lashes per eye and when I asked her to put more she said I should book more than one hour next time though she started 10 min late ang kept stopping to text. Crazy. They don't provide clean blankets but use the same dirty ones with different clients all day. The bathroom is always super dirty, too. They provide several services in addition to lashes like facial, teeth whitening and eyebrow tinting...im sure none of which are done well either. read more

Let's start by saying: Diana was amazing. I read some reviews and it was a little nerve wrecking trying out a new place for my eyelashes (I've had infections from unsanitary places in the past)- but this place really exceeded my expectations. The salon is super clean and the staff are helpful. Diana is the owner and I'd recommend her or Erin. She took the time to apply my lashes and even though we went passed the allocated appt time she had me come back (free of charge) later that day to perfect my eyes. No other salon would be so accommodating!! My eyelashes really look amazing. Probably the best I've ever had and I've been doing lashes for 2 years now. Yes they are a little pricey at the start but the refills are reasonable. All in all it's worth it. Will not go to this salon again. It was decorated very tacky and was extremely loud. Diana, doing someone's eyelashes was talking so loudly to her client that I couldn't relax. Diana and the client discussed in great detail their past events that no one else wanted to hear. They sounded extremely uneducated when they were talking. I was there for some peace and quiet. Have been coming here to get my lashes with Diana for over a year and I love her work and how my lashes turnout every time. If you understand the lash process and how they naturally shed then you will know to expect some shedding. They usually last 3-4 weeks depending on your own lash shedding cycle....the ones I use are Extreme Lashes. I prefer a natural look and they look amazing! I drove about an hour from Kendall to get here. All the studios in Miami had mixed reviews and I didn't want to take my chances having a bad experience. It was worth the drive to get my full set of lashes. I went in on Saturday and its now Monday. The curl and lashes have held up and I'm confident it will hold up throughout the week and into my friends wedding Saturday (out of the country) I think Andrea was the name of the girl who did mine, and she took her time going through each lash individually. Her co worker was doing someone else lashes, taking her time, and her client was also happy, so either of them would do a great job. I have small, straight lashes, so getting these done is probably my Favorite beauty trick. In the last couple of days I've gotten many compliments. Side note - I had a groupon. At the end I bought their oil free make up remover for eyelash care and tipped on the card, which was great since I didn't have much cash on me. I didn't have a chance to call them and explain them about my experience , since I think it's a waste of time. However - it was worst experience I ever had with eyelashes . First of all I paid for a full set even with promotional price , I received quick refills with a lot of gaps . When I asked technician why it's not completely full , even she didn't have to do full set , her answer was : oh you need to come again and again and it will look fuller . Really ? How about you needed to put more eyelashes .. In 2 days I lost all eyelashes they put , they use cheapest glue and eyelashes . The beds they putting customers are dirty .. they put paper on top of it . Overall I paid 70$ for a 15 minute sloppy refill . read more

I really wish my experience would've been better because the place is so close from my house and i wanted to continue getting eyelash extensions. So everything started because of a miscommunication when I called to make the appointment, I thought I was making it for a special they had for $135 for a full set, when I got there the owner said she had told me that she was the only one that could put on those type of eyelashes and she wasn't available at that time, so the technician available wasn't trained to put on the eyelashes I wanted. She offered to put on the ones the technician was trained for but those where $200 (that was a lot more that I had planned to spend) I had a wedding to attend out of town so had no option than to accept her offer. I ended up spending over $300 between the lashes, after care products and tip. I left unhappy because of that and the fact I told the owner It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, I thought they would've explained in detail the aftercare process as it's a big deal putting some artificial stuff so close to your eyes. I have to say I liked the final look, they look really pretty but after a week or so my top eyelid started to hurt in one of my eyes and later or it got swollen (it looked like I got a stye). I started reading about about it and apparently it was an infection or a skin reaction due to the glue they used. It said it can happen if the eyelash extensions are not applied correctly which I think was the case bc i saw a lash coming out of my eyelid not from my lashes on the lash line) I was cleaning them everyday, had to watch some YouTube videos to learn how to. I had a swollen eyelid for days, I didn't bother to call the place (maybe I should've) I didn't feel like fighting over the phone after I was really frustrated and disappointed with how I felt when I left the place, didn't like the owners attitude not that she was mean or anything, she was somewhat nice but I didn't feel appreciated as a customer. I feel she being the owner could've offered me to give me the same price for the eyelash extensions, or offer to get on Groupon to get a big discount (which at that time I didn't know about) I will not come back to this place...I'll be looking for another place to get them done professionally in the area. read more
