Very upset by the gel polish service I received today. Not only is it messy its all over my skin and burned when the gel polish was drying on my skin. The pedi tech was amazing but the lady they handed me off to was just terrible. The place can be a little cleaner and the vibe is drab till the other ladies get there and set the mood. This was my first time there and I don't think I'll be back. For the price I rather go to Kai Nails in Davie for a high end experience for the same price.

Michael is amazing at doing nails--his work is always flawless and detailed. He's incredibly professional, kind, and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. The pricing is very reasonable for the high quality you get. Everyone who works there is also great--friendly, skilled, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I loveeee this place! very reasonable pricing as well. They snapped for my birthday nails! The vibe was amazing!

I come here frequently for my pedicure, however, I did have a different lady do it this time. She was great! She did cut my toenails on a slant and tried to say it was my feet but the lie detector determined THAT WAS A LIE! lol I had another lady translate for me and tell her to fix it and she happily did. My pedicure came out super cute and so will def continue to come here

My favorite nail salon! Michael is truly perfect and gentle when doing nails and is so creative with designs!

I did my acrylic nails twice with (Michael) and this happened - I got fungus! I will never go again to this place!

I did my acrylic refill at this place twice with Michael and I got fungus on one nail. The first time I went two nails fell-off and on the second time- I lost three acrylic nails and one of my nails got green fungus. Looks like they use cheap products and do not have good technique nor technicians. I'll never go again

Clean salon, courteous and skilled staff, endless color and style selection! Although they do accept walk-ins, your best bet for speedy service is to go with an appointment otherwise you might find yourself waiting 2hrs to be seen.

Beyond happy that I found this place after searching high and low for a QUALITY place for nails in south Florida. I could not be more grateful!! I will now be a regular at this place. They know what they're doing and don't use cheap products!

Regular mani by Kelly (Essie - Ballet Slippers) Pretty streaky, Kelly did not offer to apply 3 coats

Really good nail salon. My usual nail salon was closed so I ended up here (based on good reviews and price). Regular mani/pedi (basic) combo was only $32 compared to other places of $40 and even $70. They have lots of options for pedicure services, price ranges from $22 to $99. I chose the basic spa because it stated it includes light massage, however it didn't. Kevin was doing my pedicure (he was really good) and he skipped the "massage" part completely even though Basic Pedicure should include "light massage". There was no scrub, no massage, only cooling gel applied for a minute or less. This was the first place I noticed that basic pedi is so "basic". My manicure was done by Kelly and she was good. Except the polish was sheer and the result was a bit too streaky but she did not offer to apply 3 coats (some other salons, if the nail technician sees streaky result offers to apply 3rd coat). Also, I guess not many people these days do regular polish so I noticed that most nail polishes that I liked where either empty or dried out. I chose the one that looked the newest and fullest. Kelly was offering me few other polishes but came back empty handed, saying "It was empty". Bottom line, I would come back again. I would like to try their special pedicure with the massage, mask, etc., however I would have to bring my own nail polish.

I was looking for a nail salon while in town and decided to stop here after reading the reviews. Gel pedicure is a bit pricey, $55 but fill in is priced reasonable.

I especially love Michael but everyone there is so nice. I've been going there for years and they just updated the salon a bit too.

Instead, I ended up spending hours there. The process was unbelievably slow, and both technicians seemed very inexperienced. The room was freezing cold, I hadn't eaten (expecting a normal 1.5-2 hour appointment), and after sitting there for so long, I started to feel physically sick -- my whole body was in pain. At one point, I had to take a 20-minute break just to go home, eat something, and reset because I literally couldn't sit there anymore. When I came back, I had less than an hour before I needed to leave to teach a private class. The receptionist knew exactly what I had already been through, how long I had been there, and that I was on a time constraint. Despite all of that -- there was zero urgency. No organization, no prioritization, no effort to finish my service quickly. If anything, it felt even slower than before. At 3:50 PM, I had no choice but to leave because my students were arriving. I walked out with both hands unfinished -- one hand partially done, and the other left with a poorly applied, uneven chrome base. I then had to go to another salon, where they told me the work was done so badly that it couldn't be properly fixed without redoing everything -- meaning more time, more money, and additional damage to my natural nails from extra filing. This turned into an all-day ordeal instead of a simple appointment. The salon refunded only part of the cost, which doesn't even begin to cover the time, stress, physical discomfort, and additional expenses I had to go through. It's honestly shocking that the owner chose to prioritize such a small amount of money over taking accountability for such a terrible experience. I strongly recommend staying away unless you're willing to risk wasting your entire day and dealing with the consequences afterward.

Instead, it turned into one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. The first polish application was sloppy and uneven. After sitting there for 30 minutes drying, it honestly looked worse than something I could've done at home. Another tech came over to "fix" it but didn't remove the original polish -- she just layered more on top. The result was super thick, and I still wasn't offered a lamp, just told to air dry another 30 minutes. After spending over TWO hours there, I was told I was "good to go." Hours later, both big toenails started crumbling. I was wearing open-toe shoes, gave them plenty of time to dry, and was extremely careful. I ended up going to my event with messed up toes. When we called the next day, they said the service had been "rendered" and refused responsibility. The spa manager, Amy, said that she passed the details to the owner, Sofia, and to expect a callback -- that callback never happened. After going back and forth, Amy offered a free redo on Sunday. Fine. I gave up more vacation time and went back today. Amy acknowledged why I was there and approved the redo. The tech I got this time was actually very sweet and professional. She commented on how thick the original layer was and suggested removing everything and doing a full gel redo. I agreed, and it came out nice and was properly cured. But here's the unbelievable part.... As I was leaving, Amy stopped me and said I had to pay. Pay for what? Fixing your own mistake? I reminded her this was offered as a free redo. She insisted I owed money because they had to redo all the nails in gel. When I disagreed, she threatened to call the cops and forced us to pay extra for fixing a ruined pedicure. I was there with a friend, and it was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unnecessary. Overall, this was unprofessional, rude and dishonest experience. Zero customer service from the spa manager. Wasted vacation time and ruined mood. Stay away. This place is a SCAM!!!
