Great spot! They got me right in for a pedicure and did a fabulous job. I'd go here again. Nice massage chairs, good color options, great service...only wish they did a little massage with the pedicure but other than that perfect.

I wanted to cry leaving because of how bad my nails were. I told the lady it was for graduation, hoping she would understand the importance. I was in town and saw positive reviews so I thought it would be great. The pedicure was nicely done, except I do think the pumice stone has been reused on many clients. The real issue was my acrylic nails, where I requested a French manicure, and the lady appeared to rush even though the place was empty. The prep was rushed and then the outcome was unsatisfactory. I asked her to fix two nails where the polish was see through and was met with an attitude. She got frustrated and questioned why I wanted it fixed. She rushed to fix it and made it even worse. It was clear she was done helping and did not care. My friends laughed at my manicure and said I would have been better off with glamnetic nails...It has also been less than a week since and they look bad now.

I tend to be a plain Jane and usually just go for neutrals even though he tries to get me to be more adventurous. his technique and eye is great. for my pedicure Grace is the only person I'll let work on my feet. besides being amazing at cleaning cuticle and painting she gives the best massages and takes her time. highly recommend them both.

I've come back to write a new review. I recently moved to Boca Raton and here I've found Venetian nail spa. I will never go back to a regular nail salon ever again!! They treat you like royalty there ,they don't get annoyed with you, they don't yell at you!! The prices are the same pretty much also. They appreciate you and they show it. Oh, and my nails don't fall off anymore!!! I realised it's not normal for acrylics to fall off if it's done correctly. My nails are always perfect and intact now. ..

Fast, friendly & quality service! My toes were horrendous, so I needed help before going to the beach. Called and they were able to start immediately!! Calm vibe! Claudia helped me and was so sweet and checked in with me throughout the pedicure to make sure I liked my nails! Only $40 for a gel pedicure (including removal of old gel & a lot of dead skin)!! read more

Amy is amazing! I accidentally showed up a whole hour early for my appointment and told her I'd come back later, but she wouldn't hear of it. She kindly told me to stay, promised she'd take care of me, and got started shortly after. She was so attentive, kind, and accommodating the entire time. My nails came out flawless--absolutely stunning and better than I even imagined. The shop itself is just as wonderful. It has such a warm, homey vibe--you can tell it's a true neighborhood gem where regulars are treated like family and newcomers feel instantly welcome. Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxed, with a sense of care that's hard to find these days. I'm just visiting for the weekend, but if I lived here, this would be my go-to spot without a doubt. Do yourself a favor and book with Amy. I got a pedicure and it was just an 'okay' experience overall. The good stuff - I was a walk-in and within 2 minutes, I was seated. The just-okay part - it felt like the guy was just going through the motions and that he had someplace to be. He rushed through it in15 mins - this may not matter to you, but I expected the more usual, relaxed approach that takes 30 mins. Again - not outstanding, not terrible. read more

First of all, I have to say that Zenaida who has been doing my nails for a couple of years now, is excellent, extremely respectful, and does the most beautiful nails. Sadly, as much as I love seeing Zenaida and having my nails done by Zenaida, the owner (the rude woman at the front) is awful. She literally says "what do you want" when you walk in, no hello, can I help you, nothing. Literally, treats you as you are a pain in the ass that just walked in to make her miserable life more miserable. I have put up with her for this time, I've tried to ignore her, I've prayed for her, I told her I would ask God to help with whatever makes her so unhappy, She is just a sad, horrible person, and makes you feel like you are in the wrong place. She has even said to me why do you come back if you don't like how I treat you. Well I'm not coming back for you! I hope the good people she is slave driving in there find a better opportunity somewhere else! Don't go if you expect to be treated nicely by the front desk, she hates seeing your face walk in happy. read more

this is a place where they don't know to talk to you as a client ownership new probably for a couple of months a year because I didn't been there for a year and she was extremely rude. Put me to wait. I wait and after 30 minutes to tell me I have to wait another hour and a half very very rude. Do not give go there they don't, know how to communicate or how to express to be polite with clients customer service zero read more

I discovered this place when it was still located on US 1 before COVID and their relocation. Naturally I followed. I'm an incredibly picky person and have done my own nails for years because no one could ever get it right. Well let me tell you, I have found my perfect nail techs! Don and Leon! They're both super attentive, GENTLE!!!, and do such a good job. This is the first time I'm not scared to tell my nail tech if I don't like something! They're all so great at this salon! Very convenient near me so that's a plus but if you are looking for fast cheap and good this is your spot.__ Henry aka Enrique was my technician and he was humorous and so I felt it easy to joke with him. No cut cuticles, push back, had to insist on it a tad and after his mansplaining he finally obliged me. The polish seemed runny and there could be a tad bit more of a woman's salon-feel , more aesthetics but I guess nail salons do not rely on good aesthetic design to draw in clients. read more

I always enjoy coming to TK nails. They have wonderful customer service and do a nice job with my mani pedi. I also enjoy bringing my 7 year old for a mani pedi. I got toe fungus from this place. They don't clean the pedicure chairs in between clients, despite using the shower cap looking covering thing. They don't take their time on your nails. They rather get clients in and out fast than provide quality service. read more

Let me keep it short and HONEST... TK Nails is amazing! TK used to be 5 minutes away from my house and then they moved. I love this place they always take good care of me! I used to go to their Aventura location and was so pleased when they moved closer to me in Hallandale. One time I left my beach towel, came back a month later, never even called about it. It was washed and ready for me. Amazing place to get a gel manicure! I came in as a walk in and was helped right away. I had a previous gel mani that chipped after only 3 days! One of the girls (can't remember her name, it's been over a week) did my nails and she did a fantastic job, the nails are still securely on with no lifting or chipping. She shaped the nails and cleaned everything up really nicely. All in all I was very pleased. The interior is meh, I can't say this place screams clean but in terms of the work they do, I thought it was great. read more

Really a sad experience.. Super disappointing because the people were so kind at first and I thought my "gel" manicure was great. TWO DAYS after getting it they completely chipped off and left my nails extremely brittle. We went back to ask for a refund and they tried to tell me they warned me the polish would do this.. I can confidently say that wasn't relayed to me. The refund was denied at first and when we explained how let down we were she settled on giving us $15 in cash (?) just seemed unprofessional. Unfortunately will not be returning. read more

I read the reviews and felt she was the best choice. She's very personable. I decided on armpits, Brazilian, face and eyebrows. My Brazilian and armpits went fairly well. I had more ingrowns after this sugaring than the previous one, I'm not sure who's to blame. To be honest. I know I exfoliate. My eyebrows were gorgeous, no issues there. The face sugaring... she told me I had bumps because of folliculitis. This was the first case of her dodging blame and blaming the customer. It was my first time having the hair removed from my face. So I'm not sure if that's true or not but what I do know is. She does double dip in the wax. So it could have been a a slight infection. Today when she messed up my eyebrows, well.... the skin under them.... she tried to tell me that it was a normal thing just like she said the folliculitis was a normal thing. She went from saying all I made a mistake I didn't hold your skin tight enough..... to saying it's a normal thing it happens to everyone. I'm starting to think the "folliculitis" was not a normal thing. It caused a lot of hyperpigmentation on my face. For which she also wouldn't hold herself accountable for. The thing is, if it was just folliculitis, then my eyebrows and lip should've had folliculitis as well but it was just on the sides. I've had to explain multiple times if someone comes to you to receive a treatment, and when they leave their face is worse. You have to hold yourself accountable for stuff like that. Today I had to explain to her that you can't mentally manipulate someone and try to make them feel like it's their fault when you do something wrong. She tried to tell me if you're out in the sun too much or maybe use retinol or maybe it's just the wax the wax took the skin off. No you control the way you waxed the skin off my face. She said she never had a client try to make her feel bad before. And I was a bad person. But I can't make you feel bad if you feel bad.... it's because you know you did something wrong. She kept saying that I should stop accusing her. When it was fresh and it just happened.... and there is no one else to, as she calls it, accuse. She started getting loud she started talking over me all of the signs that people exhibit when they know they're wrong. She had a client that was coming right after me even though she said she didn't work on Mondays. I think maybe she was rushing. Imagine putting wax on a wax strip on skin, and not holding it taut. When you go to rip it off, the skin is going to lift with it vs holding it tight enough so it can't. But she tried to tell me "the wax grabbed the skin and the skin just lifted" at first. The skin doesn't just lift on its own. When she saw I wasn't buying it then she said..... "maybe I didn't hold your skin enough". She keeps calling it a minor "skin irritation" what I don't think she understands is.... she waxed multiple layers of skin off of my face. I've got quite a bit of hyperpigmentation on my skin from the sugaring.

Was given a Gift certificate for my Birthday in amount of $70. Did several attempts over the phone and as walk in and always had bad luck getting in, finally got confirmation for visit,(manicure & pedicure). At the moment of payment, was informed that I had only $35 on it, that I already previously used half the amount. And there was no proof of any kind from their end. Long story short, they intentionally took half of the gift amount to their packet blaming that when it was purchased there was another owner. Thru the entire conversation from beginning to the end the owner was trying to find valid excuse to decline my gift card at all cost, using from expiration date to that the register is already closed, and at the that it was used. TK Nails and Spa is amazing. My family and I have been going to them for many years. We followed Dom and Amy when they moved from Aventura to Hallandale. Dom and Amy are very special. Both make it a point to get to know you as a person, always greeting you by name and remembering what you like or don't like. And my nails last a long time. In many occasions they have gone the extra mile to stay late so we can make it to the Spa after work to get our nails done. Who does that anymore? All the staff is very friendly, courteous, and skilled as nail professionals (be it mani-pedi-acrylics-dip- you mention it). The Spa is spotless and so is the service they provide. I've never written a review for a nail salon but I recently moved to Miami area and gave them a shot one day. I've been going to them for a month now and they have been great since the first time I went. They're always attentive and kind, I am usually worried about my pedicures and both first guy that took care of me and today David were super gently and thorough. I asked for a design and David did it without hesitation! I was impressed and grateful, most times when asking for designs at other salons I've received push back or hesitation. If you ever were curious if nail technicians talk about you when you get your nails done, they are. The short guy Alex that works in the front has a trash mouth and says the most disgusting things. You never know who knows your language. The service was alright but seemed rushed. Pricing is a bit higher than I normally pay but I guess tourist state, tourist pricing. There are many salons in the area that could do that same thing, pretty sure they talk trash about their customers as well but for this one. I am done. I don't need to come to get pampered at a place that I know talks down on you. read more

This is definitely the best nail salon around!!! The staff are so friendly and professional, always willing to accommodate. They have a HUGE selection of gel, powder and traditional polish colours to choose from and full waxing services available too. The salon it's self is very clean and the atmosphere is always relaxing. I go every 2.5 weeks for acrylic/gel nails and gel pedicures. My nails always look great and last a long time. If Alex still works there, hide your money and keep your daughters away. He is a real creep and inconsiderate. When I use to go there, he would always park his bike or car in the handicapped spot in the front. He doesn't care as long as he can upgrade you and have you pay more, he'll say whatever he needs to say. This seems like a personal jab only because I am sick of people that take advantage of people. read more

My sister and I went yesterday and we were very pleased with their color options and the results !! We just got regular manicures with normal paint and they did a great job.
