The salon is super clean and the staff are helpful. Diana is the owner and I'd recommend her or Erin. She took the time to apply my lashes and even though we went passed the allocated appt time she had me come back (free of charge) later that day to perfect my eyes. No other salon would be so accommodating!! My eyelashes really look amazing. Probably the best I've ever had and I've been doing lashes for 2 years now. Yes they are a little pricey at the start but the refills are reasonable. All in all it's worth it. I didn't come in with a groupon I just came in with a picture of how I wanted to look and requested she uses the top quality lash. A+

They are so attentive, they get to know you personally. Service is very fast , especially for the amount of volume they do. Tons of colors to pick from! Without fail, every single time, I'm amazed by how my lashes look when I leave!!! Not only is she fast (super important to me as a business owner) but her work is flawless! She is so kind and funny and I actually enjoy coming to get my lashes done which in the past I have dreaded. Secondly, I can say for a fact that she uses amazing quality of both lashes and adhesive. I have extremely sensitive eyes and I had to make sure I wasn't allergic to any of her products, I did extensive research on all of her products she uses. Lastly, she literally always remembers what she did which is amazing because she sees so many people a day. Sometimes I'll ask for a little more volume is I have a trip or party and she's always down for a little switch up. This girl has a client in my FOR LIFEE! To my surprise, Natee showed me that my usual gal back in LA had been doing a shite job. When she added more lashes she had to very intricately separate my lashes because my normal girl had done a pretty ghetto job of clumping them all together. She showed me the actual lashes when she was done and I was SHOCKED. Best work I have had done to date. Natee is an amazing eyelash specialist and I would happily recommend her to anyone in the Miami are that is serious about having quality, healthy lashes that look both natural & glamorous. This will not be my place, unfortunately. The salon is cute and the people were very friendly ,so I was hopeful. It was really strange when they just laid me back in the chair right out in the open in front of everyone! The place I'm used to going takes you to a private room where you lay down on a bed and they give you warm blankets to cover up . It makes it very relaxing , while they work their magic. Here it was cold and it felt really strange to lay back in an uncomfortable chair , out in the open , in front of everybody , to have the service done! I do wish I would've left before having it done, now. Unfortunately, my right eyelashes took, but my left eye did not! So now I am stuck, looking very strange with my right eyelashes curled, and my left lashes not! . I haven't called to complain because I know I can't get it redone. I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

Now I'm literally in brow rehabilitation! Is her price above average? Yes it's a bit steep, but remember you get what you pay for. Aside from leaving with beautiful and gorgeous brows every time, Natalia really treats you. She wipes your face with a moist and scented towelette, after waxing, gives you a light massage on your brows and temples, and then puts cold towels on your face to help with the redness. If that's not top notch eyebrow service... idk what is! As for the location it's a super cute "studio" style two story loft.
