The studio is in her room, she took 25 minutes to do my lashes and its because she uses pee made fans from amazon and just glues them one on top of the other. Her work is very poor and is evident by the time she takes. I then told her I didn't like it and she would not do anything about it. She just waited for her money. Ladies this is why she only takes cash because she knows people complain about her work all the time. I went to blink bar after and got them re done. Ladies please be careful. I've been coming here since 2014. The quality can't be beat no matter what you pay and the prices can only be beat by people with less skill. Susanne has had different studio spaces over the years and where she's currently operating out of is the nicest. It is extremely clean and I never have to worry about the tools or products quality or cleanliness. I did a lash lift here with Susann for the first time and it came out AMAZING. My own lashes are very straight so it took a lot of effort to get them to curl but Susann got the job done right. I don't really need to use mascara now but I do for special occasions or go out to dinners and the lashes look even more stunning. I REALLLLYYY wanted to like this place which is why I gave it a second chance to fix but a couple days later and still so disappointed. I went in for a fill ($60) and ended up getting charged for a full set ($115) because of miscommunication. The lashes were soooo far from my lash line that it looked like I hadn't gotten a fill in months! My eyebrow lady even commented on how poorly they were done. I was texted by one of the eyelash techs right away after I called her to set up an appointment, I got one the next day. I got a little lost at the apartment because it's very difficult to navigate the first time. A lot of turns and doors that open only one way. I got there and there was a small Pomeranian, super cute but very well behaved, I placed my things to the side and we started right away. She asked me what I wanted and I had a picture as reference, she gave me exactly what I wanted they look super cute and natural, I was also given a spookiest and it costed $115, I got mixed lashes and I love them, it was my first time and she made me feel super comfortable. The other lash tech that was there was also very nice. Just a heads up if u have allergies or don't like strong incense smells you might want to refrain, personally I enjoyed it. I'm very satisfied & I think I'll be coming back to do my fill in the next two weeks. I wasn't sure if who helped me at first, but after meeting susann for my fill I realized that Carla did my firs instal.
