The single most impactful Health & Wellbeing experience of my life. For the last few months, something wasn't right; my stomach was distended, I was always uncomfortable which had me in a bad mood most of the time, I was not sleeping well at all and I was definitely not 'regular'. I tried everything I thought I should, such as; Metamucil, laxatives, bran, etc. (Thanks to Daryn at Feel The Heal, I've since learned that none of that is good for me and it only compounded the problems.). I went to Daryn for an enema and colonic and it was a cataclysmic experience. I have never felt such physical relief from a discomfort, such emotional gain from having a 'fog' lifted, and, such overwhelming contentment from just feeling like myself again. To begin, as I expect we all might, I had to get over the stigma of what was going to happen and my completely misplaced thoughts of awkwardness. This visit could not have been less awkward. Because she was so credible and, at the same time, calming, I was able to focus on what was happening and allow for maximum impact. They are taking precautions to prevent the spread of the virus by stringing adhering to scheduled appointments, sanitizing in between and only allowing those with appointments inside. We have so many toxins in our body from the food/drinks in our diets, the air we breathe, products we use, etc. This is a safe, easy and holistic way to detox. Our feet has connected to every organ and part of our body. The water is clear when you first dip your feet in and the machine blasts ions to balance the ph in our bodies so that we aren't too acidic or alkaline. Found Feel the Heal through a mutual friend and took a while watching their IG stories and learning about their services before booking a microneedling facial and vegan teeth whitening service. I was very happy with Daryn and her many years of beauty, medical and aesthetics training. I felt confident in her skills and assessment and she answered all my questions about how the microneedling induces collagen production, concerns about red face and down time, and even followed up on my skin progress by text. The teeth whitening is effective and pretty much pain free. It's three separate 20 minute sessions so plan to be there about an hour and a half for the full treatment. I'd recommend having a Podcast ready to help pass the time since it can feel a little long towards the end. The results are worth the wait and you leave with a noticeably whiter and brighter smile. I did experience a little sensitivity the following day but nothing to deter me from doing this again in the future. Happy to return and recommend this place. read more

I was stoked to stumble upon this gem of a healing & beauty center! I came to have a colonic, a lash lift and eyebrow microblading! And all three services were fantastic! It's been a few weeks and even after the beach, sweat sessions at the gym and rubbing my eyes, my lashes still look amazing! And unlike the last place I went to for a lash lift, the treatment and products used had NO smell or chemical aroma. Upgrade!! The colonic was great and Daryn's bedside manner was super chill. I now feel 20lbs lighter. Score! And last but not least, the microblading was awesome! Daryn has a light hand, too! I had had it done in LA somewhere else well over a year and a half ago and the ink they used doesn't really match. Luckily Daryn was able to find a much better color shade and corrected and filled in the areas that needed help.
