I planned to mention this to Michael before the massage started, but he just got right to work. Without me even saying anything, he somehow zeroed in on the areas where I needed work! He spent some time on areas where I didn't think I needed work, but they were probably affecting the areas that I needed work on, so he covered all the bases. After the massage, I felt like a new person! I was able to look both ways without feeling any pain. It was great! The massage session was more like physical therapy than a typical "massage". If you want the type of massage where you get the warm fuzzies and just fall asleep, then this is probably not for you. The massage was not painful AT ALL and his pressure was perfect, but he does a lot of stretching techniques and asks you to do some breathing exercises while he works the muscles.
