Found this spot on Yelp. Was looking for a solution for feeling backed up. Tried out my first colonic. I called and it was easy to set up an appointment . It's a wide open space with divides and you are the only person in at a time. She did her best to make me feel comfortable even tho it's definitely awkward. Although the room is open there are a lot of dividers that allow privacy. It was effective and something I would do a few times a year to stay regular. read more

From the moment I reluctantly called and spoke with Catalina I became more relaxed to follow the doctors orders. She was extremely professional over the phone and in person. She has compassion to listen so she can help you heal from specific ailments. The GPS app WAZE brings you right to the parking lot for the building. Make sure you are 20 minutes early so you can fill out paper work, and yes ... try and relax. Now I know what your thinking, you want me to get to the details. Well all I will say she walks you through the steps, she does stay with you and I wasn't sure about that at first. However she is so extremely professional that you can't help but feel like you have known her for years. Quite honestly there is only so long you can fake it and stay modest. Eventually, you just have to go. If you know what I mean. She also offers other services such as acupuncture. And no I didn't take any videos or photos. You are covered the complete time, she places a heating blanket on your stomach to warm you, and makes a great peppermint tea once your done. There's so many amazing things I could say about Catalina and her treatments so I'll just start with this... SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL!!!! Not only was her place calming and serene, her demeanor and energy is so soothing you feel like you're home. I got the Angel Therapy. The treatment immediately made me feel better and lighter. The ambiance of her office is very personable and it feels like her attention is only on you and your experience. She allowed me space when I needed it and comfort and reassurance. Catalina was so amazing during my treatment. She answered all of the questions I had and gave me advice. She was very gentle, kind and patient. She made me feel at ease and she definitely knew what she was doing. She even offered me some essential oils to relax me during & tea and a snack at the end. I've been to Colonics 4 You a couple of times, and each time gets better than the last. Very clean, extremely relaxing and Catalina is just the best. I also love that she uses both systems for her colonics, although after experiencing the new system, I will not go back to the old. I look forward to my visits with her each time, which I can't say I always did when I went to other colonic places (it was more of a necessity!).
