I am shocked and disgusted at the amount of ego that is running this place. Proper communication was used to communicate that an appointment had to be cancelled and the owner took this as a personal attack against her because I 'didn't reply back to her text message' after her last message said 'Yes I understand, thank you. I hope you get better soon.' (See attached photo). But somehow tried to charge my credit card $125 after she said she 'understood'. How does that work? Where is the compassion? The issue happened when I tried to schedule an appointment on another day and she said I would have to pay $250 to come in (one for the missed appointment and one for the new). That's insane. She then yelled at me over the phone and told me to find somewhere else to go because I told her I wouldn't be paying $250 or wanting to have a session with someone who has the anger levels she has. I have an autoimmune disorder and struggle with daily issues that vary; I see colon hydrotherapists once every two months or so for routine detox and help with ridding heavy metals which used to make me VERY angry like this woman is (I wonder if that's her issue), but none of them have ever not been understanding when I have had a moment of desperation and needed to go elsewhere for an earlier appointment ESPECIALLY after she said she understood and wished me well. Rule #1 in patient care: compassion (not policy) and THAT's how people will remember you. Alícia has none. read more

First of all I would like to say that I am a minior. The lady that works there who is tall and blonde (only speaks english) doesn't let anyone use the bathroom. I asked if I could use the bathroom to check myself in the mirror, I spent a couple of seconds in and left. When I came back outside she goes in and verbally abused me. She started asking me if "I speak English" and accusing me of "peeing all over the floor". Which i responded by telling saying "I'm sorry but I did not use the toilet". She started screaming and saying that I am disgusting" and asking "If i peed everywhere i go". My mom is a hispanic woman who understand english and can't speak it, she told her in spanish that I was a minior and to not talk to me that way. She proceeded to literally get in my moms face and said that were low class and for my mom to "learn to speak English". After that, I told her that I was 16 and asked for her age which she responded by saying that's why my mom and I were so "disgusting". She is a racist. I'm still in shock over what happened..
