I met with Lara using video conference. To be fair, I was a little skeptical, but was open to try her process. Was I surprised!!! Lara has such a strong presence. Her words and energy transcend any medium. I was able to relax on my own bed and listen to her while going through a chakra balancing and reiki atunment.
