When I spoke with the front desk representative, I explained my situation, but I didn't feel I was given much flexibility or understanding. The interaction felt very dry, and not the level of customer service you'd expect especially for a first-time customer who is genuinely interested in the business and even considering a membership. I was simply told that if I arrived late, my session time would be reduced and I would still be charged, with a 50% fee applying. Considering I was already paying close to $200 for a 50-minute session, this felt disappointing given the circumstances. That said, once I arrived, the experience completely changed. The massage therapist was excellent professional respectful of time, and delivered an outstanding service. The massage itself was easily a 10/10. Overall, I believe this place has great potential. My only recommendation would be for the front desk staff to be more accommodating and empathetic, especially with first-time clients. A more flexible and welcoming approach would go a long way in creating a better overall experience. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but that's somewhat expected for the Fort Lauderdale area.
