I was in the area visiting my mom, who was hospitalized nearby, and decided to do a lunchtime visit and stay until dinner. In between visits, I ventured out to decompress and ended up booking a massage and not just any massage, but an extra deep tissue one. The therapist was absolutely unbelievable. Words honestly can't express how relaxed I felt afterward. I had been dealing with the stress of my mom being in the hospital twice that month, and this massage was exactly what I needed to truly de stress. It made a noticeable difference both physically and mentally. I called and was able to get in with little to no wait. The place was very clean, and the location was convenient and easy to find. Overall, the service was outstanding. The only downside was at checkout. When it was time to tip, I asked where the therapist was and was told she was already with another client. I didn't feel comfortable leaving a tip on my card because I had cash and wanted to make sure she personally received it. Aside from that small issue, everything was excellent. Clean facility, amazing massage, and a perfect place to unwind during a stressful time. I would definitely return. read more

I had an amazing massage here. I truly was not expecting it to be that great. It is hard to find someone good and someone that connects with what you are looking for. My massage therapist was excellent. She worked on the areas I needed and left me like a new person. I am even walking more straight now. It was a cute stablishment. I was happy to see the familiar Yelp SQ. I was a walk in. I didn't have an apointment. I got lucky they had a space for me. They had the rates by the desk and add-ons. I got a deep tissue massage. They had different degrees of deep to choose, that's different. I could have added hot stones, cupping, stretches, or them walking on my walk. They definitely gave me choices. The service was great. The staff was helpful and educational. No one tried to sell me anything or pressure me and I liked that. My massage was great and I was happy. read more

I was in Fort Lauderdale for a job training, having just moved from California. During my stay, I came here twice during the month. First time was for a full body massage. The lady who worked on me was Xixi/Cici(?) She was very firm and did an amazing job, asking me if anything was too much. The part where the masseuse climbs holding the bars above to step over your back was something I've only experienced in China, and it was nice to see that this place does it. Second time I returned, it was for a Himilayan Pink Salt Body Scrub to help exfoliate and detox. The lady who tended to me was called Yoyo. She also did a great job. If I were to return to the area again, I'd definitely stop by for the amazing massages. Thanks for the wonderful experience! read more

This was seriously a fantastic massage focused on healing my sore, tight muscles. First, the woman who greeted me did an excellent job of explaining options which includes hot stone, back walking, cupping, and a wide variety of pressures. I chose very deep tissue to include cupping. Cindy is so strong and extremely skilled. She worked through so many knots and much tightness. I feel sooo much better. Thank you!! read more

After more than 10 years our massage therapist moved to california, so we have not gotten massages in a few months. We finally researched and found this place. So we decided to give it a try. We made an appointment for couples massage for one hour, we were greeted by a nice lady and she explained all very well, we decided to stay with the normal deep tissue massage, and boy the lady working on me was strong, she was perfect for me. 7/26 I am not going to exaggerate the massage I had…read more Actually, I will break it down how it went. 1) asked for couples massage for 90min 2) massage of the neck was great 3) head massage, nice. Patting my head all over with her hands, not great. 3) using the poles - reaching up to my back and doing slight jumps while digging her toe in my spine with her full weight on it... just think about that. I did tell her the first time I did not like it, and eventually told her to stop all together and move on. 3) technique - poor. Used her fingers to press with her SHARP nails the whole time. She was scratching me everywhere. It wasn't a massage, it was "pressing" everywhere with sharp nails digging in. When it came to the attempt of "gliding", I swear it was more like petting me than anything. No pressure, just pets. 4) came in at 7:20, massage started at 7:30. We stopped the massage 50mins in before calling it quits at 8:20. Went to the front desk and spoke with the receptionist in private. Told her that particular masseuse would benefit from more training. Was not offered a refund, nor the $80 we didn't use for the time we were supposed to get. Receptionist started to say we should have said something. I did, I told the receptionist to tell the owner the masseuse needs more training and we won't be going back, especially when paying $250 for 2 ppl for that. The other masseuse was "petting" my partner too. Said it wasn't great. Conclusion: customer service should be at the top instead of making excuses or trying to make up for the disappointment of the service (such as a refund or taking responsibility, maybe offering water or to come back with a different masseuse). Continuous training (real training) is needed. Hygiene of the nails is SO important. PS: the place down the street at Lotus H2O is WORTH the money and has the best techniques for the same price. They were fully booked at the time we wanted a massage so we looked for an alternative

The owner demands that you tip no less than 15% (Normally i am a good tipper , but I refuse to tip "good' when someone Demands it!!! the owner makes the False claim by demanding no less than 15% tip that she is standing up for her employees... what a Scam bag , and she goes on how it is her obligation to educate the clients on "how to tip". well let me educate you , you ignorant, greedy , communist owner: 1) what is a tip: "A Voluntary amount paid for special or excellent service on top of the cost of service." ...and as voluntary could be as little as zero because the employee is getting paid by the owner of the business and should NOT depend on TIP. 2) You (the owner) claim to care about your worker , the truth is : you exploit your employees by not paying them sufficiently and you try to put that burden of them being paid on your other valuable asset (your clients) 3- if I pay $76 per 1 hour and you the owner pay your employee 35% (the minimum rate in the industry) than the employee is making a competitive income !! It is Owners' obligation to insure that the employees are well paid , No employee should depend on Voluntary TIPs) . Costumers are there to enjoy their day NOT to be harassed by owners like you and forced into paying for your employees. 4- the foreigners are way smarter than communists like you, they do not need losers & thieves to educate them. Neither in Europe, nor in chine or Japan do they pay Tip(s). Because one important business law's is: employees wages are Business owners responsibility as he/she is the one profiting the most (way more than us the customers and employees) I PAID $76 per 1 hour, That is MORE than enough to satisfy the Greedy ignorant owner and the hardworking employee!!!!! Your Greed , incompetence, rudeness, is SHAMELESS!!! You do NOT deserve the opportunity America has given you to establish a business (unlike your own country) you don't deserve any of these great clients who you shamelessly are trying to force into paying for your employees! My suggestion: 1-Turn this communist exploiter owner in to Labor Department and IRS and ask that she is investigated!!! 2- Boycott this selfish greedy communist Business owner !!! IMPORTANT Look at all 5 star reviews: 90% of them are from individuals out of state: Ny, NJ, TX ......Do you know what that means???? that this selfish, greedy, communist owner, is also a liar and uses unfair practices to compete with other American business owners of the same industry BY PAYING FOR HER 5 star Reviews.... I had such a wonderful experience at this massage clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space is clean, calming, and beautifully set up to create a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is warm, professional, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. OMG!! Its like being in Japan but instead, driving home a few minutes later, after the greatest massage ever. These people are the BEST! If you want a combination of Thai (stretching massage), Japanese Reflexology (foot massage) and Hong Kong style muscle/bone alignment (back walking, Asian style) then you can save $5K on a trip to the far East and just go to Bamboo Wellness instead!! This is totally Asian Fusion massage at its best!! Place is super clean, very friendly, new and modern with art work, design furniture, marble floors and spotless bathrooms, but still very affordable, yet also thee best...just amazing!!! I just wanted to say what a great experience we had. It was the first time for my girlfriend, Svetlana. Yukee and Marie were fantastic and made her feel very comfortable. They were just the right touch, especially for 2 "picky" clients. The only disagreement we had was that I thought Marie was the best and Svetlana thought Yukee was the best! The room and the table position was just close enough that we could touch briefly, from time to time which made it a special moment. That romantic glow was with us the rest of the day and evening. The manager and staff get all the complimentary superlatives in the dictionary. Svetlana would say in one word "Quality" We are already planning our return visit. read more

We have had many many massages and this place is the best! My wife and I have been here several times now over the last year and each time we leave we can't wait to come back. Tanty is great and the therapists are second to none. We both have our favorite. My wife prefers Lisa and my preference is Emma. She is the best!!!! They work the muscles from head to toe, they listen to your preferences about pressure and sensitivities and every time we come out feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Wow! Great experience with a couples massage. Neither of us have had an oriental massage before and it was so much more effective than a standard Swedish massage. If you're looking to get a deep tissue massage that will totally relieve you of your knots and tension, you must try it! OMG!!! I have always had sweedish massage, which is ok until you get a real oriental massage...they walk on your back, do deep tissue, they are so professional and they are working so hard the entire time. this place is the place to get a massage!
