This was top 3 of the most bizarre massage experiences that I have ever had. The reviews, although few, were mostly good. We arrived at our scheduled time and wasn't immediately greeted, but eventually someone came out to let us know it would be a few minutes. We had booked a massage that include a head spa treatment. I advised them that I did not want to get my hair wet and asked if it would be okay to skip that portion of the treatment. They said ok. We had to wait quite a while and were told that the gentleman had gone to the restroom and was taking a long time. We never saw this mystery client, which made me think something fishy was going on. We were taken to a room that looked nothing like the photos. No cool neon lighting or anything and I thought it must be because I didn't want the head spa. There appeared to be some plumbing running along the walls and connecting to the treatment tables that had then been fashioned with wooden planks to cover them. Careful or you might trip. The tables that we were treated on had sinks attached and a cover was placed over it for our heads. I spent the majority of my treatment face down in a wash basin that smelled like a mildewy drain. I was mortified but didn't know what to do. I held my breath, which made me stiffen, which caused the masseuse to dig deeper. It was terrible. She climbed on my back and walked on it. She also used her knees and the full weight of her body on my back. I'm strong, but I'm not that strong. The funniest part is how smiley she was after the massage. She thought that she had done a great job and told me to tell my friends and to send them there! It wasn't relaxing and we won't be back. read more

Great foot massage! They were friendly, the facility was clean, and were punctual. I'm not sure if it was included, but we had hot stones during our 30 minute foot massage. The beds were very comfortable and they covered our eyes to increase tranquility, even though we just did our feet. She paid attention to my toes and it felt great. The overall experience was five stars, but the massage itself was four stars, only because there was a bit of nail scratching (which could've been incidental) and a bit noisy when transitioning to the hot stones. Aside from that, this can easily be a five star massage next time. I recommend and will be returning! read more

It was truly amazing!! I completely forgot to ask the name of the girl that helped me but she had the hands of a goddess I could tell she was experienced and knew exactly what she was doing. The facility is clean and well maintained. I went for a Scalp and Full Body Massage and let me tell you guys it did not disappoint!! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere is so relaxing it feels like you stepped into a whole different world. The music, the nature sounds, the relaxing quietness, even they way they speak to you is so relaxing. It was everything I imagined and so much more omg They are so nice and attentive just let them know anything that bothers you and they will fix it. Don't overthink it, just book trust me! read more

One of the best massages I have ever received. The head massage was perfect and Allen was amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a really good massage read more

I tried the hydrotherapy with Allen and it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. Highly recommend this place!!!

Great place for deep tissue massage in Fort Lauderdale. Definitely recommended. Reasonably priced too.

I honestly don't understand how this can be called a massage. The entire session was done over a sheet, and I received almost no actual massage at all. Instead, I was constantly being cracked, tapped, and slapped around, which was uncomfortable and not relaxing in any way. I booked the head water massage expecting the service described, but my hair wasn't even washed. The technician spent an excessive amount of time brushing my hair and very little time doing anything that resembled a massage. Throughout the appointment, she was laughing and ignored several requests I made about the pressure and treatment. I arrived hoping to relax and left feeling more stressed, irritated, and disappointed than when I came in. This was nothing like what was advertised, and I would not return. read more

Great job very knowledgeable and meticulously thorough My body was refreshed and ready to go read more

I've had many massages but this one was very different. The table was one I had never seen with a basin attached for your feet before a foot massage. Allen was good but I don't like it when there is high repetition in one area (rubbing the same area 15 times). There is a sixth sense needed to give a great massage, the masseuse has to know the nerve endings and work all of them to produce results. The arch (I have a very high arch) is important in a foot massage and I didn't feel it got the attention it needed. I'll try a different massage next time! read more

Went in for a scalp massage. To my surprise it was a combo body and scalp massage, with light body stretching. I thinly my therapist name was Allen. Not sure. But he was great read more

Great massage from Jenney! Good atmosphere and sweet people!! Visiting Fort Lauderdale for the weekend, and got some relaxation in!

An amazing one hour foot massage with reflexology. Very relaxing and highly recommend.

I just tried the new services being offered and it was an amazing treatment. I had the combination foot and body massage. I feel like a new human being! I didn't realize I had so much tension in my feet! Jenny has skilled hands and she was super sweet. I'll be back! read more

this is by far my favorite spa in Fort Lauderdale. They have tables where you can soak your feet in hot water while getting a massage, or you can have your hair washed or you can have your back walked on. It's definitely a full range of services and they are all incredible. Nice atmosphere, nice people, fantastic service, no clock watching and no arguing for tips. details down to the high-quality bottle of water they give you afterward just top shelf. it's just a wonderful place. And I am not a professional reviewer or a friend and this is not a fake review. This is definitely three steps above most of the other places that have the word massage over the door. read more

Jenny is great, genuinely sweet and attractive. Usually gives a little more time than what you pay for and never begs for tips,... In fact I wanted to tip more and she said not necessary. Pleasant environment, great massage, I give five stars. read more

Got a Groupon, Groupon reviews were great! Spend $70 ( had 50%off coupon. Was going to be $140!) for 90 min massage. Called for for a week every day and no call back! After contacting Groupon, finally they TEXED back. No appointment daytime only at 9:30am! The worst customer service. I got my $$$ back but wasted 50% off deal. Didn't even try the place. Be careful of u are trying to schedule. read more
