I left feeling violated, disrespected, and deeply uncomfortable. This was completely unacceptable, especially after I had clearly communicated my boundaries. Additionally, I was disappointed by the increase in prices. Customers are required to pay upfront, yet when my friend and I were preparing to leave, Nancy insisted that we each leave a $20 tip, despite gratuity being presented as a suggestion. I found this interaction unprofessional and inappropriate. A massage should be a relaxing experience where customers feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. The disregard for my clearly stated boundaries, combined with the pressure to tip, has significantly damaged my trust in your establishment. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses these concerns to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.

By now it's another 15 minutes and then another ten goes by --still nothing. I go back again to ask what the status is and it legit looks like no one is there but her, later learned she's the owner. My boyfriend and I were laughing like what is she going to massage us both at the same time with both of her hands? Absolutely not. This is ridiculous. She finally admits her employee did not come to work today and she's, in fact, the only person there. Something about two people being in New York and or Boca. Red flag, she can't even count on her employees to show up. But tell me why now all of a sudden that's the reason she had us wait... so she could stall and simply waste our time. If she would have called immediately after learning her employee wasn't coming I wouldn't be writing this review urging you to not come here. I mean they opened hours ago. Remember they had my phone number to call me earlier so that I could make other arrangements but no just keeps telling us to wait until I said okay what is going on. She then offers to give an hour massage to me while my bf waits, vice versa, and just charge for me on. Although that is nice it's also extremely unrealistic and absolutely awful for the person waiting. This was supposed to be a shared experience as a couple. Besides that, I simply don't want to give this woman my business. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business nor had this type of experience. I left dumbfounded. I am astounded.
