They required a detailed physical including chest x ray if over 50, EKG, hiv, drugs and all the other pertinent labs. So during the whole process the medical assistants will keep sending you millions of text messages about wanting to add more procedures, reminders on appointment, medical Clearance and payments. Some of the girls are very nice while some aren't. anyway when I finally reached in Florida and went to the location. They have a nice facility. we did our preop, including making final payments and urine test and to make sure that you have a pick up person. That went smoothly. Still havent seen the doctor until day of surgery. On the day of surgery, they got me in my scrub and that's when I saw doctor Dress, he was pleasant but brief. He marked me up and next I was wheeeled off to surgery. I was knocked out by the anesthesia so I didn't get to see dr dress again. anyway I woke up in excruciating pain and was freezing cold. I cried out in pain but the nurse Didn't even addressed my needs. They just wheeled me out of the area quickly to get rid of me. My pick up person took me home and I took some pain pills that I brought with me and went straight to sleep. After few hours the pain subsided a little but I managed. I ate some chicken soup and went right back to sleep. The next day I took a bath. it's hard to give an update on the result because I have a lot of swelling but I do see a huge difference in my body. I am pleased so far with the results and so does my daughter and niece. They also like their results. Overall the staff is friendly except for a few of them, it would be nice to see the doctor after the procedure or have some more time with him, and lastly the nurses need to address patients needs especially after surgeries and crying for excruciating pain. I will give them a 3/5 stars based in my experience

I did not feel I was given a reasonable opportunity to fully understand the terms or the possibility of a surgeon substitution before committing financially. The identity and qualifications of the surgeon were a major factor in my decision to proceed. Learning about the change after the fact significantly damaged my trust and confidence in the process. When patients are making important medical decisions, transparency and clear communication should be a priority. Based on my experience, I felt pressured during the intake process and disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding a change that directly affected my decision. As a result, I chose not to move forward with treatment and requested a refund of my deposit. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who expects clear communication, transparency, and sufficient time to review important medical and financial documents before making a decision.

I canceled my surgery after paying a $2,000 deposit. I was clearly told that they would keep the $500 non-refundable portion, which I completely understood and accepted, and that the remaining $1,500 would be refunded within 4-6 weeks. I waited patiently. Six weeks came and went, and I received absolutely nothing. From that point on, every phone call was another excuse. I was constantly told that the refund department was "busy" or that someone would call me back. No one ever followed through. After months of getting nowhere, I filed a dispute with CareCredit because I felt I had no other option. Then a staff member named Chantelle contacted me and promised that if I canceled the dispute, my refund would be issued the following Wednesday. I trusted what she told me and canceled the dispute. That Wednesday came and went. Then another Wednesday passed. Still no refund. Another promise broken. At this point, it feels like they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you off the phone, with no intention of following through. I have spent months chasing money that they themselves agreed should be returned. I am not asking for the non-refundable $500. I am asking for the $1,500 they promised to refund. Honoring your own policies should not require endless phone calls, false promises, and disputes. If this is how they treat someone before they even become a surgical patient, imagine how they might handle other issues. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this practice to think twice. Get every promise in writing, because based on my experience, verbal promises meant absolutely nothing.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE!!!! BEWARE!!!!! 1. Taken to…read morepre-op appointment. After I was finished I texted my driver for pickup. He advised another driver would pick up in 30min. No car description. After 45min. I texted for description. Finally picked up 1 hour later. 2. Day of surgery. My surgery was scheduled for 6:30a arrival. Caregiver at recovery home advised driver would pick me up at 5:30a. He does not show up until 6:10a. (40min late). He proceeded to tell me to call my doctor's office and tell them I would be 15min late due to heavy traffic. I was 25 min late for my surgery. 3. After surgery the recovery home advised they would get my medication delivered by their in house Pharmacy. I was out of surgery by noon. I was told by meds would be available in 2 hours. In excruciating pain for over 7 hours by the time my medication was delivered. 4. My stay was 5 days. After surgery (Day 2) I was moved to a room where the t.v. did not work. Did they care or attempt to fix it or move me to another room? Of course not. My whole stay I stared at the wall. Completely uncomfortable. Worst than prison. 5. On two occasions I had to ask for the toilet paper to be restocked in the bathroom. This was not immediately done. I had to ask several times for it to finally get stocked. No toilet paper. WTH? On one occasions the antibacterial soap was out. Why are these to kept stocked? 6. If you wanted to shower you have to wait for them and them to bring towels. Even though I showered myself. Why did I have to shower on their time? 7. The food was horrible. Same meals daily, full of sodium and unhealthy for recovery. 8. The nurses were all inattentive and acted like you were really bothering them if you asked for anything. I will say Maudia was the best there. I only had her for two days. The rest was hell. 9. Day after surgery. First Post-op appointment. I was dropped off to my appointment on time. However, I called for pick up at 11:20a. The driver said he was waiting on the other lady to finish her appointment and would pick me up. 12p rolls around I text him for status, he was still waiting. Finally at 1:10p (almost 2 hours of waiting) I was beginning to be in pain and was due for my medications. I texted the driver and advised I could just uber back as I was hurting and waited nearly two hours for a ride back to the recovery home. He said he was already otw. The man does not pull up until 1:40p. I WAS LEFT WATING FOR A RIDE FOR OVER 2 AND A HALF HOURS DAY AFTER SURGERY! 10. Last day to stay. My flight was at 11a. I wanted to leave at 9a.m. for my departure. They kicked me out at 7:30a rushing me out of there. Even though check out time is at 11a. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
