The place is really cute with great decor and it's very clean. Walk ins are welcomed. I had my eyebrows threaded by Uzma. She's so nice and takes her time making sure your eyebrows look perfect. She even gave a little eyebrow massage at the end which was amazing. It helped soothe the skin after being threaded. (My skin is pretty sensitive so I get very pink) Love this location! I would have to say what makes her different from other artists is her attention to detail. She asks you one VERY important question, "what is your skin type". Prior to visiting Lady, I had micro blading done by an artist that did not disclose this information to me. If you have oily skin micro blading will not last you maybe 6 months. Oily skin is prone to faster fading. Nonetheless, Lady doesn't want your money. She wants you to be happy. This is where she explained to me that my skin is too oily therefore, micro blading is not the best choice for me. I was a bit scared to have the powder brow procedure done, but trusted the work I've seen her do prior. You walk into a general "spa" looking building. She has her own little private room (that is absolutely stunning). Very professionally she has you fill out a questionnaire and authorization form. She cleans your face and starts to draw on the shape she thinks goes best with your fácil features. Once you approve of the shape, she numbs your brows and goes to work. I got a haircut from Aurora about a month ago out of desperation since I haven't touched my hair in about 6 months from the pandemic. It may sound crazy but prior to coming here I was flying home to NJ to get my hair done since Miami prices are outrageous... esprcially for blondes. My haircut ($15) was amazing & led me to come back and try her highlighting skills. The best part is we don't speak each other's language but I was able to tell her in just a couple sentences on google translate what I wanted. MY HAIR LOOKS AND FEELS FANTASTIC. I had no idea what her coloring experience was and as a blonde this could have gone very badly! Aurora did full head thin and natural highlights, toner, wash and blow out and I fully trusted her based on the technique I saw from my haircut last month.
