Lady put me at ease that her numbing cream will do the trick and it really did. I had zero pain. Lets talk about my overall experience, so you can make an educated decision: Facility: Very clean, trust me, you want a clean an organized place. I felt safe. Procedure: It takes about two hours beginning to end, she explains step by step and I was very pleased with her expertise and the design of my brows. She will give you a sheet with instructions and its important to do your part on the after care since this will determine if your brows will stick or not. After care: I ended up having questions and she answered them by whatsapp and did not leave me hanging, which you can really say about most places. I was happy about the follow up and care I received weeks after the procedure. Price: I had quoted with 4 different techs and she was the most expensive one. Its my belief she was priced above average, specially because the touch up price was also separate from the first procedure. I decided however that I did not want an average professional to draw on my face, and gave it a shot because I believe if your charge much less you cant offer top of the line ink and I am glad I did. I have right now a much better result than a friend of mine that did her brow a week before mine somewhere else at half of the price. So people, dont go cheap, its your face we are talking about, you can not hide it! Lastly, of course nobody pays this much to have pretty brows for a month, so the ultimate test is how it will hold up after today's touch up (my first appointment was 30 days ago). I will update this review with photos and more once it has healed from touch up to let you know my level of satisfaction, but for right now I am very optimistic!

I would have to say what makes her different from other artists is her attention to detail. She asks you one VERY important question, "what is your skin type". Prior to visiting Lady, I had micro blading done by an artist that did not disclose this information to me. If you have oily skin micro blading will not last you maybe 6 months. Oily skin is prone to faster fading. Nonetheless, Lady doesn't want your money. She wants you to be happy. This is where she explained to me that my skin is too oily therefore, micro blading is not the best choice for me. I was a bit scared to have the powder brow procedure done, but trusted the work I've seen her do prior. You walk into a general "spa" looking building. She has her own little private room (that is absolutely stunning). Very professionally she has you fill out a questionnaire and authorization form. She cleans your face and starts to draw on the shape she thinks goes best with your fácil features. Once you approve of the shape, she numbs your brows and goes to work. The procedure does not hurt and I am completely in love with my brows. P. S. I barely have brow hair yet I get compliments all the time on how amazing my brows are. I made an appointment online the day before and received confirmations for the appointment. The location is easy to find - It is right off of Biscayne and there is free parking on the side of the building (hard to come by in Miami). I was a little nervous about the appointment because of the other review. But When I walked in I was greeted by my technician, Mari. The studio is very cute and clean and obviously well maintained. Before the install, Mari sat with me and we discussed what I wanted. I explained I did not want dramatic eyelashes- I just wanted a little "flare." We talked for about 5 minutes...she asked a lot of questions and gave examples so she understood what I was asking for. She explained we would do a 9, 10, 11,12 (or 8-12, I forgot). During the install she gave me a nice warm blanket and made sure I was comfortable. Knowing that this was my first install, she talked to me while she worked, explaining what she was doing. She told me my lashes were already a 12 so she suggested to start at 12. We agreed to stick to the original 9-12 plan. Some technicians (in different fields) will take it upon themselves to make changes without consulting with the client so I was very happy she was focused on what I wanted and not what she wanted me to have. Turned out to be the best move for me! She finished in about 1.5 hours and she NAILED IT! It was exactly what I wanted, just a little flare, nothing too heavy or dramatic for me. I wish I had pictures but I didn't take any :( But she really did a great job! If you're looking for a clean, nice lash studio I definitely recommend this place.
