I took Mariana's microblading, microshading and ombré courses and absolutely loved it! The training was thorough yet straight to the point. She did not complicate the process or try to sell products. I just had my second microblading session with Mariana, I did a cover up/camouflage make up to cover some scars on my eyebrows that I have for a past accident and she really did a quite amazing job!!!! When I inquired about the services via text she respond very promptly and I was able to make the appointment in few weeks online. She's extremely personable and friendly and she just start the procedure when your agree. Classic Groupon Bait & Switch. I purchased one full set of mink eyelash extensions on groupon 2 months ago and for the past month tried calling to set up an appt. And no one would answer and the voicemail doesn't indicate the business that you are calling. I left several messages for someone to call me back and nothing. Finally yesterday I got a hold of someone only for them to tell me that they no longer accept groupons for this service and they are booked through November (mind you my groupon expires on Oct.10). The lady with whom I spoke encouraged me to get a refund from groupon, well when I went to get my refund groupon it stated online that they do not grant returns 3 days past purchase. Total Fail all around. I wish she would've allowed the money I spent for one service as a credit for another on a future service. That would've salvaged this disaster. read more

She did my brows initially 2 years ago and was super happy so decided to redo them again with her..... Mind you I'm driving an hour each way to get there! I went for initial tattoo and waited the 6 weeks for touch up when I went I explained to her my right eyebrow looked off the brow did not look filled in like the left eyebrow got it done and left.... After they healed still the same problem so I texted her with pictures and asked if she could fix she told me to make another appointment through her website even though I couldn't get one 3 months from then and I texted her again to tell her it was very noticeable and if she could please fit me in before having to wait 3 months.... Her response was "It's a very busy time go to website and make appointment" I was willing to pay again for the 3rd time even though it's something she should've fixed because it was her work!
