Agustina gave me THE BEST LASH-LIFT OF MY LIFE! I have incredibly thick, long and heavy lashes, but unfortunately they aren't as lifted as I'd like and can sometimes make my eyelids feel heavy. I've gotten several lash lifts in the past, both from small salons, and well-known lash and eyebrow studios in Miami. Usually, the effect has been minimal at best and often didn't work at all, but this experience beat them ALL. Agustina made me look like I'm wearing eyelash extensions, at a fraction of the cost, time and effort. Not only was the result so much better, but unlike the usual experience where I'm counting the seconds until the procedure is over, the vibe in Agustina's space is relaxing and enjoyable. I was actually relaxed! I will now become her best client as I will never ever go elsewhere. read more

Excellent service in a very cozy, private and comfortable setting. I got the eyebrow design and Agustina took the time to evaluate the shape of my brows and carefully worked on symmetrically shaping them up. read more

The best place to take your eyebrows and lashes to the next level!!! Agustina is an amazing professional. I went there with my daughter and it turned out great!! Clean and safe studio to add to your favorites !!! Lots of parking spots o the street.. Definitely going to return read more

Love Agustina and her studio! I have gone for a lash lift and eyebrows and every time they come out looking amazing - so much that I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. She did my eyebrows before my wedding day and they also turned out so amazing. She gave me recommendations on what to tell the makeup artist when doing my eyebrows so they would be enhanced even more and they look stunning in all my pictures. Best part - I come out of there always so relaxed! She has tranquil music playing in the background, a blanket if you're cold and puts your legs up as she works. It truly is a lovely experience and I appreciate her work every time I go. She is a must see. read more

I got my brows done, as well as a lash lift and tint today. My brows are over plucked and I was not told proper lash care. You are not supposed to wash your face for 24 hours. I am disappointed because I was finally seeing some eyebrow growth. I also do not know if the lash lift will last now. read more

WONT HAVE MY BROWS DONE FOR BASEL BC OF THEIR POOR SCHEDULING :( I reached out this morning asking if they did lash lifts and brow lamination and if they did, if they had any availability today. they reached back out and said yes with some times one of which i confirmed for. i get upstairs and she says "so lashes today?" i said um no i had 2 services requested that you sent me a time for. i would have gone somewhere else if i had known you weren't going to do both. she says she's sorry but she only read the lashes part of my request? whatever, she does my lashes and they do look good. but now i'm leaving SO UPSET bc now i can't find someone else to do my eyebrows today and it's a big weekend for me. so their poor scheduling ruined having my eyebrows done for art basel weekend bc they take 24 hours to set. she told me that she could do them when i texted her but when i show up she said she doesn't have time. my lashes look fine but i couldn't be more annoyed with my experience with this business. definitely won't be going back! read more

Agustina is absolutely amazing! My appointment wad for eyebrows and I can honestly say it's the best my brows have looked in YEARS. I was so happy that I booked a lash lift a few weeks later and I'm so glad I did. It's crazy how different a good set of brows and lashes can make you feel. What a pleasant experience. I came to get my lashes removed and get my eyebrows done. The studio is clean, smells great & has a calming relaxing atmosphere. I took a great nap while Augustina worked on me. My eyebrows came out great she took her time to draw out everything to make sure she didn't over pluck or wax too much hair off. The wax she uses is also great it didn't even hurt when she pulled the hairs off ! Thanks read more

Agustina is a master of her craft. She genuinely cares about the services she provides and is always to pleasant to meet up with. I love how much care she puts into her work and how passionate she is about what she does. I feel lucky to have found her. With so many great spots in NYC that I left behind for a job down here, I was worried I wouldn't find a quality lash place. I really hadn't been to anywhere in Miami worth mentioning (some pretty bad)... until a visit for lashes with Agustina! Yay for quality in Miami... finally! read more

Best eyelash job ever! I am writing this review months after my experience because I travel constantly for work and have had my lashes done at at least 20 different locations. I was a NYC resident, there are some very good studios in NYC which only do lashes. However, this is where I had the most beautiful job done and the lashes stayed put for ever. She has a magical touch and must use the best quality materials because I never had my lashes stay nice so long. I recently relocated to Miami from NY. I'm so happy to now have access to my favorite lash service :) read more

Excellent experience! First time ever getting lash extensions, did my research online & found & chose Agustina bc of her natural results... she listened and gave me exactly what I wanted! Very patient, explained my options & showed examples of what we could achieve before she started. Calm, relaxing, super clean & comfy spa like environment. Picked up a shampoo & brush to care for the lashes as well, I will 100% be back, price seems to be fair & on par for the service. read more

Augustina is great. Love my lashes. This post is about the parking in this plaza. Beware they changed the rule on parking. Been going to Augustina for a year and never have issues with parking until today. Be smarter than me and pay for street parking or you may get towed if you park in front of the building. I didn't know about this. I live here for 2 years in downtown Brickell. So Paying for parking is normal for me. Well...my car was towed today. No one knows which tow company has my car. I was losing my mind trying to figure out where my car was. Thanks to Google I got my car back an hour later for $150 tow fee. I find this very shady business practice from the building owner. No wonder the building is dead with little traffic in and out. Parking is always empty yet they have no human decency to at least giving you a warning before calling a tow truck on you. The most laughable stupid thing I found on my car was a "Final Warning" sticker tow guy sticked it on there to make it look legal to tow my car. I got zero warning before that sticker they used to get $150 of towing fee from me for 1 hour. I guess this is how the building owner could afford to keep the lights on. Hope this post save you the anxiety of trying to figure out if your car was STOLEN or something. read more
