Completely wasted my time, (gas is expensive to be driving to a place and not get the expected service just because they don't show up) did not even have the decency to send me a 10 second text message, saying that she was not gonna make it in for whatever excuse in the book. (Now I understand why other people say she's rude and nasty and act's like she's doing you the biggest favor in the world!! She might be good and expensive (compared to other establishment in the area ) and all but her work Ethics Is very careless. Update: on top of that sending a texting and sounding condescending only after the fact of being notified of this review and no accountability shows no care for customer time and business ! Now I see why she couldn't keep up the rent at the other place and ended up moving to another location just to be having a little spot like a corner on the wall.

The biggest one is the traffic Well if you live in Aventura you know that Ives Dairy is always backed up If you have a business here then do what you need to to be on time Today I booked my appointment for 11 am She texted me at 10:30 that her dog died on Monday and she will be at the salon at 11:30 At 11:25 she texted that she was in traffic on Ives Dairy We texted back and forth and then I called her to tell her that she's always late and there is no excuse If your'e running a business be on time. Be in integrity! Be professional I'm sorry but this isn't a professionally owned business New lag had nothing to say to me and hung the phone up I will find better services elsewhere where my time matters Thank you

And that's ok too. Being about your $. I'm very quiet, doesnt say much. I had purchased the facial package where I'd get 3 facials. My daughter was in ICU so obviously, I'm not leaving her bedside, and I get it. people lie, but as a long term customer. (coming since at the BOA building) It wouldve been nice to see some form of compassion. She told me and I quote "Well you should've told me so I could've had someone else fill that spot". I was disappointed, but business is business. It wouldve been comforting to see her at least try to reschedule or PRETEND TO CARE! . This morning I was doing my hair in the room next door and it went over time. This time, she said "you should've said something earlier, so I could've filled in the spot, but you just sat there" That was a trigger for me as it reminded me of last year when she said that same thing after I explained my situation. Actually made me tear up. What happened to compassion? I drive all the way from palm beach because i love to see my sisters excel, and both ladies there do a great job. (I'm not looking for friends either in case you read this) I've even seen a LHHP actress there before. And Tianna was sooooo nice and bubbly to her, then when I was next, just a dry personality. OK. I get it. I'm no celebrity, but listen, as a nurse, & adjunct professor, I NEVER make any of my patients or students feel less than. Doesn't matter what kind of insurance or background they have.
