While I really appreciated Simky's…read morework in the beginning and found her talented and detail-oriented, I eventually made the decision to stop coming here. As the sole worker most of the time, it became difficult to get in touch or book appointments consistently- especially emergent appointments. I also noticed that the shaping of my brows started to shift over time, and unfortunately, they weren't growing into the style I originally loved. It felt like the consistency just wasn't there, and the shape I had about 11 months ago was no longer being maintained. It's clear that Simky is doing her best managing everything, but I think the experience could really benefit from additional trained staff to help provide a more reliable and consistent service when she's unavailable. For now, I've found another place that's been working better for me, but I truly wish her continued success and would give this place 2-3 stars.

She must not have completely understood English but she…read moreyelled at me, told me to get out, told me "it's best I be quiet" while she screamed at me after I said if she was unable to match what I had prior on my toes she can just do a base color (as she was working on my feet). She said she can't do my feet and to get out I asked her to talk to me with respect since I was speaking calm and she kept going and I stated "talk to me respectfully because I'm not disrespecting you at all" all I know is I didn't leave because she started drilling my big toe acrylic off and just left me there. Another worker assisted me and did a wonderful job in the end oh and she drilled my big toe messy so the layer she did can't be fixed which is why the man had to do it from scratch because she said she couldn't do my nails because she could not match the previous powder although I said she could just paint it a regular color instead of giving me a French tip
