The owner completed my combination brow service. She began by showing me a brand new needle to confirm with me that it was unopened (very appreciative). She mapped out my brows, cleaned up the excess hair, and placed cream on my brows (numbing cream maybe; I'm unsure). Although the service hurt a bit (I don't have any tattoos) it was minimal discomfort. Following the service, she gave me aftercare instructions and a bottle of oil. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm really happy with the results! The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn't get a consultation so I didn't know how to prepare for the service. The initial service was fine. She removed my old set of gel X and was in the process of sizing me for new tips as well as applying them when all of a sudden the front desk receptionist to which I feel like was either the owner or the manager was talking to my nail technician for a bit and then all of a sudden was sent back to do another customers nails. I was shocked and unsure of what was going on as the nail technician told me my client just arrived I have to leave. Knowing now what I know I wish I would've told them to stop doing my nails and just left with bare nails. To preface. I've had my nails done all over the country and have been getting them done like this for over 18+ years and I've never had a nail technician switch up on me mid service. However, I really needed to get my nails done and I had to go to work within two hours after my appointment so I was desperate. Later, a gentleman came in and tried to finish my nails. His name was Phi and he was very rude, condescending and inconsiderate. Phi went and put an excess of undercoat onto my nails so it flooded over and now it's cured, stuck and uncomfortable. I'd ask him to remove it for me and he said that the area I was pointing too was my natural nail and there was nothing he could do. I still went and tipped him 18 percent because I understand that this is his livelihood but I'll never come back to this spa and will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all cost.

I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who told me to sign their service form and have a seat for the next available stylist. While waiting, I looked around and was impressed on how clean and organized the salon was. I also learned that the salon offers facials, Bollywood-style threading, waxing, make-up, Henna tattoo, nails, and hair. The stylist, named Syeda, was ready for me and in less than ten minutes, she skillfully shaped my eyebrows the way I wanted them with precise control. Experienced slight pinching, but I was used to it from past experience with waxing. When she was done, she asked me if I wanted another area of my face to be done or if I wanted to try one of their facials. I had to politely refuse due to limited time. She has done a fantastic job in picking the right shade for my hair. She'll do her best to squeeze you in if you need an appointment pronto. I had that happen when I kept putting off making an appointment. All of a sudden, I realized that holiday parties were coming up and I needed to have my grays touched up.
