She didn't rush through my service at all and even asked my opinion and made the changes I wanted without a problem. My eyebrows came out great and I fully intended to give her a five star review. But then she texted me a couple hours later to tell me my Zelle went through, paying her twice. She immediately returned the money. I wish I could give her ten stars!!! What a sweet, honest person. I hope one day soon she opens her own business because her work ethic and business-sense is great, especially for a woman so young. If your looking for talented eyebrow shaping, please visit Thais. I would give zero stars if I could. I requested her services for a lash lift and tint. She sent me…read morea contract and was requesting me to pay the full amount beforehand, but I talked her down to 50% since I never worked with her before, and was weary. There was a threat of a hurricane coming the day that she was supposed to come to my house for the service. She said there was a lot of traffic and was not going to be able to make it on time, we kept pushing the appt for later, but she wasn't able to come. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.

Before deciding on the look, she patiently asked me great questions and showed me lots of photos so I could clearly convey my preferences. Kevi is not only an artist, she is an inventor! She created her own glue (FDA approved) that is not irritating at all. I typically will itch a bit and sometimes have developed serious allergic reaction to glue. Not to Kevi's! I feel great. Also, Kevi created a special light that is designed to clearly illuminate even the most blond lashes (like mine), so she adds the appropriate number and placement of lashes for the fullest effect. Did I mention how sweet, engaging, and gentle Kevi is when doing her artistry? And her spa is beautiful and clean. Wow I am totally blown away by my experience today! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kevi Spa & Lash Bar!!!
