Unfortunately I had a very poor experience today with Marco at this Miami location (Plaza de Paraíso). I was told I had an appointment with Idanys, which was important to me because I didn't like my cut with Marco last time. When I arrived, I was told it was Marco and Idanys did not work that day. I told Marco what I wanted (long layers). At the end of the cut, I told him that the layers seemed disjointed and chaotic. He took my robe off, told me no one else was available to cut my hair, that he was the manager and I could "call the company." When I asked for the phone number he told me to "google it." I had to go to the salon next door to get my hair fixed. Will not return. read more

I won't be back. I booked an appointment for cut and highlights. When I arrived the stylist seemed disappointed she had me as an appointment because she wanted to take a walk-in with whom she was friendly. While my color was processing the walk-in returned and the stylist left me processing for 45 additional minutes while she washed and dried the other client. I was worried about my hair because before leaving me to wait, the stylist had checked and removed sporadic foils on my head -- those placed early and at the end and deemed them done. But the stylist took her time chatting with the other client -- including for an extended amount of time at the register. Once she returned to me she rushed through the appointment, pulling and yanking my hair (so much of it came out on her comb!!) before doing a very very quick cut. I could tell she wanted to be done so I said we could skip the blow dry but she declined. When I got home I found the cut not to be even -- the left side is shorter. In all I was there almost 4 hours when it usually takes 2.5 hrs for me to get my highlights done and a cut and my scalp is sore from all the yanking. At least the color looks decent and takes me from one star to two. read more

Location was clean and bright, smelled great. Pilar my stylist was very friendly and treated me very nice. Did exactly what I wanted and my results were perfect. Will be going back with her for sure. My husband also has been going to this location with Pilar for a couple of years now. This was my first time there. read more

I needed to get my hair trimmed. I scheduled an appointment online with the first available stylist. I had the good fortune of getting Marcos to do my hair. He was excellent from start to finish. He didn't get water all over my face when he washed my hair. He listened to what I wanted and cut carefully. I was really happy with the result. I recommend him highly. I hope he's still there the next time I need a haircut. read more

I needed to get my hair trimmed and shaped up. I went in as a walk-in-in and was treated very friendly, but yet professional. Tiffany did my hair. She did a great job! After a couple days, when I washed my hair and let it air dry, I was able to see what a great job she did. Wasn't expensive, but the results of my hair cut, looked just the same as if I gone to a high priced salon. Definitely will be going back. read more

I went in for a cut, wash and blow dry and my hair came out so nice and silky! I would recommend going here for your basic hair needs, every one here was sweet and attentive and ensuring I liked my hair. I usually don't like a blow dry and would get nervous due to some salon stylist that have left the blow dryer too close to my scalp that it burns but here at Hair Cuttery, it went amazing and my scalp was left happy! Majority of the stylists here speak Spanish just so some are aware but I believe there are some who do understand some English (I am bilingual so this went well) read more

Went here 3 times with same technician. The third time I wanted my hair cut much shorter. I told person I like to wear hair over my ears. I meant cover my ears that I like to wear hair comb back. Being that this person didn't understand or bother to confirm what was said my hair was cut behind my ears. With Spanish being spoken in most shops I had better be the one to confirm what I mean. It was a lack of communication. Didn't like the cut over all this time. Thank goodness my hair is growing. It has been 3 weeks. read more
