Oscar seemed like he could be good but he took a phone call at the beginning of the appt and did not get off of it. He cut my sons hair while the phone was up to his ear the whole time. I found this disappointing. At first I thought his hair looked good but upon further inspection I noticed he cut too deep in places, left stray hairs and even a bald patch at his part line. It's very disappointing that he cut it in such a distracted manner. The phone call should have been left to after the appointment.

While my color was processing the walk-in returned and the stylist left me processing for 45 additional minutes while she washed and dried the other client. I was worried about my hair because before leaving me to wait, the stylist had checked and removed sporadic foils on my head -- those placed early and at the end and deemed them done. But the stylist took her time chatting with the other client -- including for an extended amount of time at the register. Once she returned to me she rushed through the appointment, pulling and yanking my hair (so much of it came out on her comb!!) before doing a very very quick cut. I could tell she wanted to be done so I said we could skip the blow dry but she declined. When I got home I found the cut not to be even -- the left side is shorter. In all I was there almost 4 hours when it usually takes 2.5 hrs for me to get my highlights done and a cut and my scalp is sore from all the yanking. At least the color looks decent and takes me from one star to two.
