I found this disappointing. At first I thought his hair looked good but upon further inspection I noticed he cut too deep in places, left stray hairs and even a bald patch at his part line. It's very disappointing that he cut it in such a distracted manner. The phone call should have been left to after the appointment.

When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was friendly and offered me coffee. Alejandra was very welcoming, friendly, and listened to my requests. She gave me a balayage on my natural undyed hair and the results were amazing! She was very thorough and attentive to all of my questions throughout the process.
