Oscar seemed like he could be good but he took a phone call at the beginning of the appt and did not get off of it. He cut my sons hair while the phone was up to his ear the whole time. I found this disappointing. At first I thought his hair looked good but upon further inspection I noticed he cut too deep in places, left stray hairs and even a bald patch at his part line. It's very disappointing that he cut it in such a distracted manner. The phone call should have been left to after the appointment.

The only reason for my 4 star review was i had a very important flight to catch when i went to get this haircut. I walked in and heard the "welcome to sportclips!" As always. I checked in and instead of sitting, i was standing ready to go because there were literally zero people inside. This is what i was watching for about 5 minutes before finally being approached. They even looked at me like 3 times before someone finally came up. Once i got someone, the cut was great, efficient, and overall pleasant Just wanted to bring this to managements attention. As…read moresomeone with long curly hair, I was very clear that preserving my length was a priority and made multiple requests to ensure my hair could be cut properly. Unfortunately, significantly more length was removed than expected. To make matters worse, the haircut is uneven, with longer strands left throughout that now require a corrective cut. The frustrating part is that fixing it will mean sacrificing even more of the length that took months to grow. While I appreciate being accommodated for a later appointment, I would have preferred to reschedule rather than receive a rushed haircut. The proposed solution was to return so the same stylist could fix it, but after the outcome of this appointment, I no longer felt confident doing so. A haircut can be fixed. Length cannot. And now I'll have to lose even more of mine just to correct a haircut that should have been done properly from the start.
