When I arrived the stylist…read moreseemed disappointed she had me as an appointment because she wanted to take a walk-in with whom she was friendly. While my color was processing the walk-in returned and the stylist left me processing for 45 additional minutes while she washed and dried the other client. I was worried about my hair because before leaving me to wait, the stylist had checked and removed sporadic foils on my head -- those placed early and at the end and deemed them done. But the stylist took her time chatting with the other client -- including for an extended amount of time at the register. Once she returned to me she rushed through the appointment, pulling and yanking my hair (so much of it came out on her comb!!) before doing a very very quick cut. I could tell she wanted to be done so I said we could skip the blow dry but she declined. When I got home I found the cut not to be even -- the left side is shorter. In all I was there almost 4 hours when it usually takes 2.5 hrs for me to get my highlights done and a cut and my scalp is sore from all the yanking. At least the color looks decent and takes me from one star to two.

The only reason for my 4 star review was i had a very important flight to catch when i went to get this haircut. I walked in and heard the "welcome to sportclips!" As always. I checked in and instead of sitting, i was standing ready to go because there were literally zero people inside. This is what i was watching for about 5 minutes before finally being approached. They even looked at me like 3 times before someone finally came up. Once i got someone, the cut was great, efficient, and overall pleasant Just wanted to bring this to managements attention.
