She was so kind and friendly we had a great time as she cut my hair. I asked for a butterfly cut and I believe she did great job. She asked how short I wanted my bang pieces bc if she cut them shorter they wouldn't fit into a ponytail and I VERY much appreciated that because I work out often and wouldn't want them to not go into a ponytail. I was able to make an appointment for a cut and balayage between Christmas and New Years without a problem (and I only called about a week in advance). When I called I was connected to Elizabeth, who is a balayage goddess. It was great for talk on the phone about what I was looking for since I was pretty much jumping into the deep end without an in person consultation prior to the cut and color. When I arrived to the salon for my appointment, I was seated right away and Elizabeth got to work. I showed her some pictures and it was clear she knew exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in about 2 hours, which was awesome (I had previously gone to a salon where this process would take 3 hours even with my short, fine hair).
