If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with this business has been extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. I am currently in the process of canceling my membership due to consistently poor service and a complete lack of transparency. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Appointments were scheduled without my consent, and I received excessive calls even after confirming by text.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service quality was unreliable--when my usual technician was unavailable, my lashes fell out within a week, yet I was still charged for a full set instead of a refill. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a previous receptionist, and with her everything was handled professionally and smoothly. However, since the new receptionist took over, the experience has significantly declined.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She schedules multiple appointments (up to six at a time) without any confirmation, often after you have already left the salon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In my case, I completed my payment, left a tip, and an hour later began receiving multiple appointment confirmations that I never approved. This is completely unacceptable. The membership was not clearly explained. Billing practices are misleading, credits do not apply as expected, and multiple add-ons and fees were never disclosed upfront. The new receptionist processes payments differently, adds charges that were never clearly explained, and does not apply credits as originally described, making everything confusing and inconsistent. Pricing becomes excessive very quickly, and even their refill prices are significantly higher than the average cost at other salons for the same service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also experienced unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from front desk staff regarding my payment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After completing the official cancellation form, I attempted to send it via text to the number they repeatedly contacted me from, but my message would not go through. I then tried calling the same number and discovered I had been blocked.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how they handle customer communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did send my cancellation request via email, but based on numerous similar reviews, I am very concerned about continued charges despite properly requesting cancellation. At this point, the cancellation process feels intentionally difficult and deceptive. The number of complaints about ongoing billing after cancellation raises serious concerns about potentially fraudulent business practices. I will be monitoring my account closely and disputing any unauthorized charges. read more

Cancelled my membership on 8/20/25. They have a 30 day minimum notice to cancel, so I was charged my last fee on 8/28/25. Lo and behold, 2 days ago I was charged for my membership that I cancelled. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called in and was told that the manger would "get back to me when she could" because she runs 3 salons. I don't care if she's runs 20, you can't charge people incorrectly and get back to them at your convenience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Completely unacceptable and negligent business practices. As a business owner myself, if I ever charged a client mistakenly, the situation would be resolved immediately, same day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I still have not received a call back, nor do I expect to. I see I am not the only one frustrated with this subzero facility in London Square. I cancelled my membership because I had moved up my appointment by one week as I was going on vacation and since the appointments are usually every 2 weeks, as I was checking out I cancelled the upcoming appointment. Apparently it wasn't cancelled and they charged me a $50 no show fee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I returned, I addressed the issue and was given the run around that the manager Gladys would credit my account and I never heard back. I called several times and no resolve so decided to cancel membership altogether[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I was told since you must give 30 day notice that I could probably see one additional charge but that I could apply the credit to future services. Well, here I am almost 3 months later and I still never received my credit for the supposed "no show" plus they are still attempting to charge monthly membership fees. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Gladys manager is nowhere to be found and their customer support is horrible.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would not recommend them at all!!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. This place can't be trusted with neither the fees nor with your credit card information. When I first joined I was given a price (which was reasonable) but when I went to check out, there were all these additional charges for a fuller look or for having a more experienced tech providing the service plus the tip and everything else they try to sell you. Long story short, I canceled my membership in April, was not charged for May or June but to my surprise and without authorization, they charged me for July. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I go in to dispute the charge they said I had only placed a hold. I told them I even had text messages confirming I had canceled and they informed that they couldn't refund me since they couldn't find my cancellation request form.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So now I have to dispute it with the bank. They know very well what they did b/c i didn't even have enough in my account to cover the charge but my bank informed me that they did a "Force Charge" which they shouldn't have done. I should have listened to the warnings I received about this location. I hope those of you who read this will learn from my mistake. Don't go here, they only want your money. read more

I've been to this location many times and have always had a positive experience except for today. The assistant manager ARIEL has zero customer service skills and was exceptionally rude. I frequent this business often and always pay the same rate, today Ariel tried to add additional fees and when I inquired as to why was met with an aggressive and rude attitude and behavior. I requested to speak to the manager and was refused his contact information by Ariel. With someone like that behind the desk they will never maintain a functioning business. My stylist Ebony was very informative, professional, and gentle she understood exactly what I was asking for as a first time lash extensions client, and now I'm hooked ! I can't imagine my face with out these beautiful lashes. They are not heavy and I can fully open my eyes and not see them from the bottom, which were some of my concerns. They always have the best staff, and they really have knowledge of their product and services they provide.
