Upon walking in, I am always greeted and always offered a drink. I usually get the matcha latte because it's my favorite but anything they offer and make is great. I have never been disappointed with my nail services here. Yubri is AMAZING and so is Arismaidi (the only 2 I have had the pleasure to get services from). I love the cleanliness as I am big on using sterilized tools for nail services. I enjoy coming here and continue to use Platinum Glam for all my beauty needs

The situation became so hostile that the technician threatened to fight me after her shift, while yelling "I don't need this job I have more money then you" I'm making everyone aware because this behavior created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment, and it needs to be formally addressed. No customer should be treated this way or feel unsafe simply for voicing concerns. Not all customers are always right but in this situation, we were not at fault. Avoid this business, as the manager also failed to de-escalate the situation and allowed the aggressive behavior to continue.

My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here due to positive reviews on Yelp. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.
