Literally, within 10 days. $136 including tip for apres and pedi (no design) is a lot of money for the nails to not last beyond two weeks. I contacted the salon and sent pictures. They offered to fix the polish for $5 per nail. Honestly, they should be embarrassed for the poor quality of service they are delivering. *In response to the owners reply: Check your cameras. Your staff is not cleaning the foot spas after every service. After my experience with the cheap bags breaking...I watched 6 other women get pedis...only ONE spa was cleaned and it was when the PM shift receptionist arrived. I placed numerous calls to the nail salon only to be ignored or hung up on. Yes very frustrating. I find it very rude that I was told that I would get a call back and that didn't happen. I was told that my daughter requested that additional service. Well, the nail tech asked if she was going to cut her nails and my daughter said a little bit. All I kept getting from the owner was that my daughter requested the additional service. The owner did not even apologize for the way she or the staff handled the situation.
