Went to this salon today for the 1st time. I searched the area and the prices seemed amazing. It was $37 for gel mani and regular pedi. Pedi was 1st... umm I didn't like that they didn't have pedi big chairs with the attached water bowl. The bowl was separate and they add kind of like an add on filter for hygiene purposes. Then where your put your feet when they are being worked in. it's not connected. It's constantly wobbly. The girl who attended me forgot to scrub my heals. So she scrubbed while one foot had the primer on. Mani- things went well. She did cut me and I'm an easy bleeder. That can happen anywhere. Place was ok ‍ read more

This is probably the worst place you can go to get your nails done. They don't know how to apply polish and have the worst customer service, If you want to waste your money and have your polish chipping 2 days later this is the place to go. Went there a couple of times before I had the worst experience ever. I came in with gel polish from another salon and the person that was doing my nails there didn't know how to take it off so she stood up and left me there with the polish half removed. Extremely rude and disrespectful. read more

Great price, wonderful and clean service, the huge variety of colors, different services among the ones you have mani, pedi, spa, massages etc. I loved my nails, I went with my daughter after a day at the beach and they did a wonderful job with both of us. I did mani-pedi gel, and my daughter was in regular service. I liked how clean it was and how the lady who did my nails took her time to do what I wanted. The colors they have are great and the service super nice, they even offer drinks at no extra cost; coffee, tea, water, wine. Thank you, ladies, and see you next time.

DO NOT. I came walking to the place it was my first time at this local and I could not find it so I arrived less than 10min later to my appointment and I was denied my pedicure and lost the discount of $35 mani gel and regular pedi and had to still pay full price for gel mani. If that was not enough, they cut me twice! TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION AND SERVICE not coming back, or referring anyone. I am only adding the second star because front desk was really nice. read more

Absolutely love this place! Although I no longer work in the area, they are well-worth the trek as their prices are the most pocket friendly that I have seen. I reside in the Kendall area and it is atrociouss what nail salons charge there for even just a regular mani-pedi. Jasmine Nails & Spa offers week day specials, and the price I pay for both gel mani and gel pedi, is cheaper than what I would pay for just a gel mani/regular pedi, any where else. They have a huge staff, and the place is always pacKed. Who blame them, they're so popular! The salon is nicely decorated, and well maintained. I have never seen any issues with cleanliness here! I definitely recommend making an appointment in advance as they get very busy. I personally love getting my nails done with Eileen, she works fast, and does a fantastic job! read more

I absolutely love that Groupon pointed me in their direction. This place is not visible from the street so you definitely need to know about it in order to make your way there. The ladies take such good care of you along every step of the way and since it's not a mega nail salon, they also are not rushed to finish your appointment to move on to the next person waiting. Their attention to detail shows via your manicure staying intact until your next visit to them.... believe me this isn't the same story everywhere... Jasmine Nails is my new fave!! read more

We believed customer service is very important in a business. We call to make an appointment around 330 pm and they booked us to 5 pm. Few minutes before 5 pm they called us and asked if we are fine to check our appointment to 530 pm and we agreed. We arrived on time and they asked us to wait 30 min more. The person at the front they not even apologize and did not even care about she did. Please remember to be nice and respectful to your customers. read more

This is my second time coming and I had another great experience. I requested Maria since I loved the way she did my nails last time (gel mani/pedi $33). She took her time and was very focused on her work. She put on 2 coats and I liked the final result. My daughter did her mani/pedi w another technician and she was also very happy. The are extremely punctual. Highly recommend this nail spa. read more

So sad. I loved this place. Ive been coming here for more than a year. I work far and used to do my appointments at 7:30pm now it seems the girls working don't want to work till late and its changed. Last appointment is at 7pm which i tried to make it but was late due to rain and public transport issues. Needless to say got to my appointment at 7:30pm and they didn't take me! I spoke to them at 7:15pm they could have told me not to come! They close at 9pm yet can't take me after being a loyal customer! Well, i won't be back! read more

*update on a few days after I got my nails done, picture below my finger. Burns if I have anything touch it and skin is turning purple and black* I went here recently...price is good and everyone is nice mind you. Super nice looking place I like the vibe. But when I told the lady Dunia I think it's spelled , I told her after she painted one finger that will it be dark dark because it looks so light that after a few shades it will still be light. She said yes I told her cause I don't want it light I don't like it she said it will darken she kept going. We're on our 3 time round and there still light. She asked me if I want another hand I told her yeah mind as we'll try see if it gets darker but it didn't. I got upset cause I don't like the color. And I told her I hate short nails instead of leaving what I had she made my nails so low that my fingers just feel weird I can't explain it. Like I feel just my finger skin ugh I hate the shape there not lined up. Also she was too rough on my cuticles...they bleed a lot and that's never happened to me. So when she did acetone around finger to clean up her messed up sides it burned every time :( fml read more

Very nice staff but the color I chose was close to being finished but the girl continued to use the bottle (to be fair she asked the owner if she had a new bottle which was not available). In any case BIG mistake because it took forever to dry because it was SO thick and the worse part is that it dried matte. I suspect they may have added remover in order to thin the polish but the manicure looks terrible. I really wanted to like this place as I'm looking for a new salon close to MIA, my place of work. It's Saturday 23 Dec so no chance of redoing nails in time for Xmas . A few improvements by the owner would make a world of difference. Good luck! Update: pedicure is matte and developed bubbles as well after drying. What a terrible choice of polish! I was embarrassed to show my hands or feet this weekend! read more

Very very pleased with the getting my nails done here! They are very economical and have talented ladies aswell. I get my nails done with Sandra and she did an awesome gel mani and reg. Pedi for me . At first I was a tad skeptical that such an economical place could be good. But I am glad I took the risk. This has become my go to place! read more

Usually, I don't complain about bad service, but this one was the worst experience I ever had. - Don't buy the groupon for this place. The place is difficult to find, parking is very limited, so it will take you a good 20-30 mins to park, and if you decide to park at rear of the shopping plaza, your shoes soles will come off... The person who did my manicure and pedicure had no idea what she was doing. She was covering my nails with polish remover on my nails prior to removing the protective coating in my old gel color... did not brush my nails, did not remove the cuticles, used a worn wooden stick to clean under my toenails-seems she uses the same for everyone; had me wet my feet till I asked her.. she was about to start painting my nails before washing my feet... so she had me put my feet in the water ... scrubbed them, and used the same water to "rinse out the soap"... I can guarantee you they don't even sterilize the equipment. I wanted to leave so badly ... but I was apprehended, for people working there seem to be very aggressive and rude... I do not recommend anyone to go there. read more

This place is my go-to They have the really good $30-35 gel mani and regular pedi deal The nail technicians who work there are all good to be honest. I've had my nails done with most of them since I'm usually not a person who has "favorites" for nails. I tend to just go with how a place is in general. I expect everyone in a nail salon to be up to par so that I don't have to worry about waiting for anyone or going at certain times since my schedule is tight at times. It is clean, they serve you coffee, water , champagne or tea The only thing is booking to obtain that great deal requires like 4 days in advance to make sure you can be seen on the days they have the deal which is Mon-Wed because it's obviously a very sought after deal so plan accordingly. Def worth it. And have not gotten any sort of infection since I have been coming here or had any bad experience. read more

My new favorite spot! Top best so far is Geidy and Liz! I can always rely on them!! this place can really relax you wallets too. Not as expensive because they don't offer massage chairs. I'm okay with not having a massage chair if it means saving some $$. This place is nice and cozy and really make you feel good there! I struggle sometimes because I don't speak Spanish but they're all so nice and most speak english or can translate. My girl and I got used to each other so no worries there. So don't feel shy if you don't speak Spanish :) read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I had gotten my nails painted and noticed when I walked out that my toes were extremely light compared to my hands. Today is the last day I go. Extremely upset with the service. read more

Hadn't gotten my nails done in a few months and my regular place was slammed so I called this place and they were able to give me an appointment. Jimena at the front desk was nice and that's about the only redeeming quality of this place. They sit you down in wonky/broken pedicure chairs, and I'm not going to get into it but let's just say they're far from sanitary. The cherry on top is, just 3 days later, the gel is completely peeling off one of my nails and another one chipped. Total waste of money; definitely not going back. read more

I love this place! The prices are very economical and the service is excellent I've done a full set with pedicure and a full with pedicure and both times they exceeded my expectations. Geidy is very detail oriented and listens to the wants of the customer. I'm very picky and I know I'm hard to pleaser when it comes to my nails but she does such a great job I don't have to tell her anything. Part of getting your nails done is the experience and they provide a very relaxing an enjoyable atmosphere. While getting your nails done they offer water, coffee, tea and wine. This location also has a full spa, does eye brows and eye lashes. I really recommend trying them out. read more

Found a Groupon to this salon for $35 down from $50. As I am doing my nails, I was told I'd be charged $5 for gel removal. When I finished my gel mani/regular pedi, I was told my total was $35, to which I said, yes but I have a Groupon. The manager then explained that it all works out because I paid for what I got; I said "so what is the special??" She replied that on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Wednesday's the gel mani/regular pedi cost is $26.50 and on the rest of the week is $30. So I asked, again, what is the special then? I have basically overpaid for a service that I could've gotten for much cheaper without a Groupon which assumes a special price. So Groupon gives false advertising and this business supports it by telling them their cost is higher than it actually is. Never going back! read more

Literally terrible. never going back. it took two hours for a mani pedi!!! and thinking that if it went on for two hours then i must have the best looking nails ever... nope. my nails weren't all filed so they were rough on the edges. my nails ended up looking slanted. even my big toes. just bad. ALSO i got bits of dust or something on the nail and since they're gel, you can't really get it off. i have this piece of dust on at least three of my nails. read more

The staff is nice and offers you something to drink upon arrival. Other than that, I do not feel comfortable whatsoever doing my nails there. I get anxiety when it seems like I know more about nails than the person servicing me. I gave it a second try after the first round. The first time, the lady seemed very rush and did not make me feel relaxed even though I came with an appointment. The second time around, a different lady did NOT seem comfortable or confident applying pressure, cutting my cuticles, offering to cut my nails especially after stating that one of them was broken.... ok.... can you proceed to resolve for me please. Aren't you the professional? At least ASK me something. Would you or would you not like to cut ma'm? (Hello?! Isn't that a normal nail tech question?) Don't just pretend like you didn't see a broken nail on my finger I had to leave halfway and went to another salon. I felt super bad but dude cmon. Tip to the owner: PLEASE hire people who can do and are willing to do the service they are supposed to provide! I don't even know where to begin. As soon as I walked in they were rude. The lady doing my nails had the worst attitude. The machine to do acrylics broke and they insisted I do my feet so I agreed. The lady at the front told her to do my feet and she told her she didn't want to do my feet, that she would rather wait than to do my feet. She ended up doing my feet and was so aggressive I was bleeding. Then the new machine came and she did my nails and hurt one of my fingers. She was so aggressive. She asked me a question, I didnt hear her, and she asked me if i was deaf. We finally finish my nails and I noticed my nails on my right hand were longer than on my left. I came here after I found their Groupon for mani pedi paraffin wax treatment for $16. My transaction didn't go through and I wasn't able to buy another so I called and they said they'd gladly take us for the same Groupon price. So we went with an appointment at 11, got there around 11:15 because we couldn't find it in the plaza. Once we walked in I said we had an appointment and she wasn't understanding as my Spanish is rusty, so my mom explained we had a Groupon for the paraffin treatment. Upon saying that, a nail tech rolled her eyes as if we were an inconvenience. After a good 15 more minutes of waiting, nail tech came and complained it was 11:30 and our appointment was at 11. We finally sat (apart, though over the phone I said I'd like for us to be together). Nail tech brought the water for her feet and it was cold after 5 minutes, my nail tech had me put my hands in water and then left me to take care of another customer. My mom texted me that her feet were cold and we should make a run for it /s. Nail tech still not back and my fingers were soggy, we left and now are on our way to somewhere with better service and nicer staff. Update: an hour or so after we left one of the nail techs had called me and offered to do our nails for free. Very nice of them but I don't think I'd go back for pity nails. read more

THIS PLACE ITS A KEEPER. The girls are so nice and the prices are completely worth it. I always do gel because I tend to mess up my nails quickly. Normally I get to have the gel perfect for a week or so. It's been almost 2 weeks and my nails are like the first day! They have tons of colors and the service it's just awesome. Mimosa, coffee, you tell 'em! I hate going to salons and feeling like the girls are in a hurry and this is definitely not the case. The girl that does waxing you can tell it's an expert, I'm super picky when it comes to eyebrows and this girl just does it so gentle and careful. I've been two times and I can't wait to go back again and hear these nice girls with all their stories and with their professional job. Definitely my new favorite salon by far. Jasmine Nails & Spa - That's What Friends Are Thor - Nail Salons Near Me - Sweetwater, Florida

Horrible first impression and experience. I called around 6:00pm to make an appointment at earliest convenience and was told that they had an opening at 8:30 pm and due my circumstances of being a full time employee and student and traveling in less than 36 hours I agreed to the appointment at 8:30pm. Because I was in the area I arrived about 15 minutes earlier and I was seated immediately to pedicure chair to start feet. On the feet soaker she did not put a plastic in it which I find to be unsanitary especially for feet. Girl who did my nails (Lissy) had me soak up my feet for about 5 minutes while she was on her phone and talking to the lady at the front. When she finally came to start working on my toes right from the begging she was rushing. I know nobody at 8:30 pm on a Monday is going to be in the best mood or maybe want to be dedicated as they should be but if you want to build a clientele employees have to treat the customer right and take they're time and assure the job is getting done correctly. My toes aren't filed evenly and when she was painting she was painting all over and to then semi clean my toe nails. Then came the mani.... again rushing through it and on her phone texting. She was rushing so much that she cut me and didn't even put any disinfectant and clearly saw it bleeding because she herself cleaned it with the napkin she was using. Everyone knows that a cut small or big should be disinfected right away. Besides her cutting me she would brush the same nail about five times... and because I was doing gel the nail looks like a big blotch of paint. One thing is working fast paced and another is rushing through it cause you want to leave. Besides the horrible experience the place itself was a little hard to locate but once inside everything was very clean and smelled nice. read more

Got my nails done with Vanessa. Best mani pedi ever! I will come back!! They lasted more than ever.

I had an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure the day before my engagement photo shoot. I show up 10 minutes before and the owner tells me that the nail tech will be at least 1 hour late ... First of all .. they offer a 9-9pm hours of operation with only 2 employees available to work which is absurd. Second , if you know that your customer is coming in at a certain time , then WHY is your nail tech NOT in the business for the appointment?? The owner simply apologized and didn't at least offer a discount for the inconvenience. This place is starting off on the wrong foot. Learn to run the place and learn to accommodate your costumers accordingly to the situation that presents . NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN - their 4$ less of an offer than other near by places is NOT worth the inconvenience . On a second note , they have a limited variety of colors to choose from - grow your inventory . read more
