1 star for staff who are really nice and polite. However, zero stars for cleanliness and sanitation. The same gloves that were used on my feet for my pedicure were the same gloves she used to scoop out the orange scrub that was sitting on the floor next to another spa chair. She also pulled a used brush and pumice foot scrubber from the drawer to scrub my feet. Not even sure if the cuticle clipper was sterilized or not. My toe nail was also chipped during the pedicure. Lastly, the hot towel she used on my legs she also used to wipe down the chair & drawer next to the chair. Not a very good experience at all. They also do not offer hot wax or rocks. Just a tree hut scrub. Very disappointed. But, that's what happens when you just google random nail salons in an area. Again, staff is nice but it is not a clean salon. read more

I've been there less than 6 times and I haven't really like my experience. They have not tact in dealing with customers. I've been turned down twice, the first time they told me to go to another nail place near by, and From what I've heard it might be run by the same owners. I believe they rotate nail technicians. The second time i was turned down, I told them the service I wanted, I sat down, and a min later, after the lady there who greeted me finished speaking with another employee, told me to come back later in an hour, she specifically said they were busy. Although, Place was empty, only had 4 people in front of me. To me it seemed like they probably didn't have any employees working at that time. It was 4:30pm on a Sunday, the place closed at 6pm. It wasn't as busy as the first time they turned me down.. If you like to be treated better, just stick to a nail place with a technician who already knows you. read more

I went this past Sunday for the first time. My friend had gone once before and said they did a good job on her nails. The fact that it is so close to my house would make this a very convenient place to go to. I went in to get a mani/pedi but the pedi on only one foot because the other is in a cast. The lady who did my one foot cut my leg with the scrub. I said ouch and it happened a second time. Fast forward to the lady who did my manicure. She messed up my nail, looked at it and pretended that nothing happened. She acted as if she didn't just leave a piece of the brush embedded in my nail and was going to leave it. I spoke up and had her redo it. Her attitude was terrible and I'm sure she was complaining in her language. My friend grabbed my card to pay my bill and the lady complained about the tip I left her of $3.00. It's called a tip, it's not mandatory. She didn't deserve anything for the way she acted and you are going to yell across the room that I left $3.00. I am NEVER GOING BACK THERE!! I wish I could give them a zero. read more

Honestly the two women who helped me were very sweet. Not rude at all that's why it is hard to write this review however what happened during my experience needs to be addressed and corrected immediately. I got a dip "manicure" & pedicure. I started with the pedicure but truthfully if it wasn't because my feet were already wet and the nail tech began using some products I would have walked out. The salon is visibly unkept and dirty but that wouldn't provoke my review. I understand a salon uses the same tools with their customer however this was UNHYGIENIC. The nail tech literally was removing from her nail clippers and cuticle cutters a former customers NAILS AND DEAD SKIN placing them on the towel right in front of me where my feet will rest. I am not exaggerating when I say she had no intention of sterilizing her tools before using them with me I HAD TO Mention it. Again sweet woman but no unacceptable. As you may expect I cannot fault her for the subpar pedicure because I asked for the most minimal interaction. Now my dip "manicure" unfortunately again the sweetest woman but theses will not last she did not appropriately glue the tips to my nails. I literally have two sets of nails for several fingers. She did even touch my cuticles and the design though not horrible it was done appropriately. If the women weren't so sweet and I could I would literally give it 0 stars read more

So I was coming here for a little while and I was so happy with my results. A month or two ago, i came across a newer nail tech and she did a terrible job for my dip mani and my pedi. My dip was VERY uneven and bumpy, plus you can see faded areas of my nail. My toes were also done and I got an ingrown toe nail from it. She is an older lady, skinny and has medium length hair from what I remember. She also took such a long time and was burning me with the machine while filing down my nails. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. I'm giving two stars because Mary and Tom are great!!! They really know what they're doing. read more

Wow. Honestly I've been getting my nails done for many years at several different nail salons but after going to this salon yesterday this is now my new place. Mary is phenomenal!!! She really takes her time in making sure your nails are perfect and to your liking. She didn't half a*s anything, after messing up one of my nails a little bit I asked her to just put another layer of clear coat and she refused and redid the whole nail. You can tell she really cares about her work and that's so important to me. Many salons would rather have you in and out than actually care about how your nails come out. I find myself often in Miami Dade more so Doral area and this place was a recommendation. So I said , why not? They were closing early as this was a national holiday. However feeling bad I still asked if they could take me for a pedicure and they said it will be a 15 minute wait but yes they'll do it. 35 minutes later I am seen (not a complaint). Granted it has been harder and harder to find good places for pedicures that aren't so damn pricey in Broward with the mindset I will go here one and done type thing. Nope not the case, from start to finish and price of $23 I will most certainly come back. I am in Doral all the time so this is my new go to spot. This place is honestly HORRIBLE ! I have gone here a total of 3 times and each time I have gone, there is this lady I believe her name is Mary, is extremely rude and talk to you like your stupid. She also NEVER takes the blame For anything. One time I was doing Dip powder with her, and I told her my nails were coming out a bit crooked and she said "well that's not my fault, your hands don't let me work" I'm sorry but at least tell me your struggling with my hands and what I can do to make it be better for you, don't just do a crappy job and still charge me for it. Also the instruments they use....idk what is wrong with them but they don't sterilize their stuff. At least I don't see them ever use new instruments. And the worst part is I got foot fungus and and ingrown toe nail from this place. I have done my toes for YEARS since I was in high school and NEVER have I gotten a situation like this. Very nice ladies from Vietnam doing great manicure and pedicure, with hot towels and some massage. The only issue for me is that they have the TV on all the time and some times way too loud with CNN news, channel 10 etc... I go to a salon to give myself 1 hour if me time and the least I one to hear is the TV and news and I personally don't have cable or watch TV. Nice relaxing Music should be on, weather people request to watch TV. For that you watch at home a bar, anywhere else but TV is not a for a salon. read more
