It was my first time coming here. My old nail lady is too far from me now so I decided to try this place out since it's really close to my home. The salon itself is a little older. The chairs and feet tubs could probably use a little love but the massage feature worked and the tub I used was clean. Antonia was my nail technician. I discovered this little gem by a friend. She told me her mani/pedis were $20 and they did a great job. Who doesn't love a great daily price for a mani and pedi!? I've been coming here for a while now and you can't beat it. It's a small location and appointments are a MUST!!! Walk-in's are welcome, but that doesn't mean they have one available. You can always call before you make the drive to ask though. Small little downfall- I speak very little Spanish and they speak very little English. I had high hopes for this place based on reviews and pictures but do not be fooled-it is a joke. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Arrived early for my 6:30 appt. that I booked ahead of time only to wait like a sitting duck. Over 30 minutes later after my appt. time and all the other people that are being worked on around me are not close to being done. A girl walks in while I am waiting and her pedicure starts immediately. After waiting over 30 minutes and no service close in sight I had to walk out to avoid it being a 2 hr. appt. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!! The lack of communication and customer service is HORRIBLE! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that is more professional and customer service focused. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but in hopes of them changing the way they work I will. I would like to disclaim that I have never written a yelp review in the past but this place deserves it. I received a dip manicure and the girl working on my nail quite literally burned every finger of mine with that nail drill. I don't know if she was inexperienced or what but this was quite possibly the most painful manicure I have ever had. She would go over the same spot even after I would quietly tell her "ow" so I wouldn't embarrass her or make a scene. After she finally burned me to the point of bleeding she used an old buffer and didn't even wipe the blood off. She buffed my nails, and didn't throw the blood contaminated buffer away... I have indentations on my natural nail because of the force she was applying to the nail drill. It would often stop because she was using too much pressure. I didn't tell her anything because I am very shy and I like to be polite. I left without getting my pedicure because with those unhygienic measures I was scared of catching an infection or being cut. I apologize to the owners but please do better in promoting hygiene and making sure your nail techs are mindful of their actions. I didn't ask for a refund or a discount I simply paid and left. I do no recommend this salon whatsoever. I do this not because of anything but I am a nurse and I know the danger that can come with infections transmitted by blood/fluids. I wouldn't want anyone to catch an infection over getting a service that is deemed a "luxury." read more

Very disappointed in this place! I don't like saying this but this place is very "rachetera" loud noises , the lady's yelling across the salon, she kept rushing doing my moms nails. My nail lady canceled on me last minute and on my way home I stumbled upon this little place. For the price you can't beat it. $18 for mani/spa pedi (includes a massage chair, awesome). But the color selection sucks so bring your own and walk ins are welcome but appointments are better or they might not be able to accomodate you. Also, nail art here is $2 a nail, rip off and there's a $1 charge if you don't pay cash. The ladies are nice, some more than others. I'll keep this place as my emergency nail back up. The quality isn't 5 star but for the price the job isn't half bad! Oh for my English only speakers, be warned they speak mostly Spanish! read more

This salon has poor customer service and rude front desk personnel. Accusatory remarks of thievery against the customer were made, after short blonde older women added undesired and undisclosed service to the standard $20 Mani/pedi. After the service, the customer payed and added tip. On the customers way home, the front desk lady with messy black hair calls and starts in an elevated voice accusing customer of owing money and of thievery. After trying to explain that the service was not requested, and disclosing that customer specifically told the front desk she didn't want the service. The front desk continue denying and being exasperatingly rude. There are too many other nail spas in this city, no need to visit or receive service from one with such rude and classes merchants. read more

I had brought my own polish and they wanted to charge me $2 more. Really? They also charge $1 more if you use your credit card. They have walk in available but I suggest you make an appointment because of the price they are packed all the time. The nail polish selections are not that great either. I booked appointments for my friends & I. When we got there they were super unorganized! No one knew who had who & they kept giving us to the wrong nail tech & having us switch. Horrible first impression already. Once we finally got sat down with who we were suppose to be with everything for me was going well. My friends I can't really say. When she started to paint my toes she asked someone who wasn't a nail tech to get the regular polish for her ... he had no idea what to look for therefore I received the wrong toe color. I didn't say anything only because she did a really good job with painting them & cleaning. My nail tech did an amazing job on my hands too. But will I go back? NO. When we went to pay, one of the nail techs was checking us out & didn't even know what the prices were... like are you serious!? I actually stumbled onto this place by accident a few months ago. It's a clean and nice environment to do your nails. The nail paint only last a week or 2 if you take care of your nails a lot. Appointments are necessary for the ladies can fit you in because the price is $18. Bring your own nail polish and its in your price range.
