The price was the only positive for me when I came here. I had a full set done and my nails looked nice but they were done poorly, one broke in half the next day after I barely touched something. The woman doing my manicure ate food the whole time which is unprofessional and unpleasant. We're sitting right across from each other... why would you think that's ok?? Another employee did my pedicure and it was very rushed. She did all the soaking, scrubbing, and massage in like 5 mins then painted my toes. I go to the salon to be pampered and feel better, but left with dead skin still and I could've did a better job at home. It's located in a big shopping center so it's a little hard to find if you do go, but I wouldn't advise it. read more

Grab a snack, this will be a long one. I came here based solely on the good reviews. No idea how those good reviews are coming from the same place that I went to. My friend and I came in without an appointment and were told to have a seat and wait for our much needed gel mani's. Picked out a color on the wall since you can't move the color templates for some reason. So instead you stand basically in front of the door and pick a color and it's kind of awk. My friend gets her mani and then the nail tech gets up and basically complains at what time it is and that she has things to do. Okay so am I getting a mani or no? The nail tech heads to the back and then comes by and is now ready to do my mani. She asks me what color I wanted and I said the number in English (I speak English, not Spanish and I guess that was an issue). The nail tech replied "No, Spanish". I really had no idea what to say. Um okay how about I point to the number then?? There are definitely kinder answers that could of been used. It shouldn't be assumed that every customer speaks Spanish, especially since the lady at the front desk spoke to us in English. Anyways, I sit down and she starts the mani. No new clean towel. Pulls her tools out of a drawer and they definitely were not cleaned since the last customer. Proceeds to start and I guess the nail tech is sick since she's literally coughing on me. Coughing into her hand and then grabbing my hand. I really just had no clue what to even say so I went along with it. This place really just isn't sanitary and I also noticed the woman waxing eyebrows was double dipping her sticks which is a big no no. Not sanitary. My nails aren't the best but whatever. Now to wrap this all up, it was time to pay. Before I even sat down to get my nails done, the girl from the front desk asked my friend and I if we wanted to pay now. Why on earth would I pay before I even got a service done. I said no and was confused. I now realize she wanted us to pay because she decided she was going to get her own nails done also, while at work. Guess that is normal here? My friend and I had to then stand there a couple minutes waiting for this girls nails to be done so she could check us out. Needless to say we will not be coming back and you shouldn't either. Also the place needs better ventilation because the chemical smell was really bad. read more

Walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon for a full set with gel and walked out having my expectations exceeded! I was in the area and decided to give this place a shot since I've been wanting my nails done for a while. Signed in and took a seat for maybe 25-30 minutes which was expected but the salon was fully staffed. My name was called and got sat with Kenny (who I would assume is the owner since the girl at the front desk would communicate with him often about the customers waiting -- and he specializes in acrylics!!). He was pleasant, attentive and knew what he was doing, so much that he was done in about 20 minutes. I wanted a simple medium length set with a nice dark red and was so pleased with the end result! I love this place. I've been coming here for a few months now and before that I kept bouncing around to different salons until I found this gem. The staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean. I have absolutely no complaints and I leave loving my nails every single time. Emma does my nails, I do acrylics. It's so easy to get wrapped up in conversation with her because it's so easy to talk to her. Yarys does my pedicure and same with her in regards to conversations, always a great time when I go. I plan on sticking around here because I'm comfortable here and love their work. I really don't know how this place has such great reviews. The only good thing was that I made an appointment and they attended to me immediately. The pedicure was the worst I've ever had. The nail tech cut my toe nails so short that I bled on one of them. I probably should've stopped right there but I continued and gave them the benefit of the doubt (my mistake). My gel manicure was sloppy. I still had polish on my fingers and the color wasn't evenly distributed. The nail tech never asked me if I liked it or how I wanted my nails shaped. I wasted $50. Sorry but I won't ever go back. They probably have some good nail techs there but unfortunately the ones I ended up with weren't that great. read more

The 5 stars is basically 4 stars (5 actually) for the manicurist and an extra one just for the really nice receptionist, besides that it is a very typical VERY loud/noisy Hispanic, mostly Cuban, nail salon. so so so happy with my nails, definitely worth the wait and noise just to do my nails with Alice!!! She is literally the drip queen! I was so impressed by how meticulous and very professional she is doing nails. I was her last appointment of the night and she treated me like the very first. Super patient, nice and very detailed oriented and up for the design challenge. She is also pretty fast but without being sloppy! I honestly loved my experience with her and would definitely go back to do my nails with her! Right on time for spooky Halloween season. She honestly should have her own salon one day! The employees and the owner were both unprofessional and incompetent, making it seem like my prescence was an inconvenience. They also told me that what I wanted-- which is what I already had-- was "impossible." I finally settled for a simple dip manicure and one nail was still ruined. not a good experience at all. mid appointment some lady came in a pushed me out of my spot. the nail tech couldn't find the original colours I wanted then messed up the shape and sizes. I asked for them shorter and she seemed to get mad and took off nothing when i asked for them shorter. left polish on my hand and didn't talk to me at all during the appointment. never asked me if I liked the colour after putting it on the nail. while filing we was hitting my real nail on almost every finger. i said owe and she just kept going. I come here for my manicure every 2-3 weeks because they last that long. I do gel nail colors because it's what last on me. Regular nail colors don't last as much because I clean and cook and the colors will chip in less than a week. It happens though of you do dishes everyday. I decided to go to Pro Nails with my daughter after seeing their Instagram profile. It shows nice work. However, the technician that attended my daughter looked lost and did a very sloppy job on my daughters nail design. I had to tell her the lines were crooked and she attempt to fix them but they still don't look professionally done. For a $35 full set with a gel design I expected better. To top it off the tech looked at the other next to her and said "Nope" after finishing her job.
