I usually do my nails with Lynn, but today the owner, gentlemen with the sleeve tattoo, did my nails and they came out amazing. The whole staff of very kind and attentive and you can tell that the owner takes pride in his work. Such attention to detail, such a great personality and so eager to please. UPDATE: still love coming here! very hole in the wall place because it's in a very small shopping center. Gentlemen with the sleeve tattoo suggested ombré nails. soooo beautiful! very attentive to detail and took his time to make them look perfect! i've gotten so many compliments on my nails. I love the fact I can pass by here after work and they are not rushing to finish to go home on time. Very appreciative of that!! would strongly recommend !! ------------------------------------------------ first timer... needed a last minute place. they were open till 8 PM on a weekday (amazing). I walked in at 7:05 while they were finishing up & they still took me. I liked that they (a man and a woman not sure their names) partnered up - man did my pedi woman did my refill & wax. Prices are very good. What keeps bringing me back to them is that they actually paint you nails all the way to the cuticles unlike some places that leave you looking like your nails are already a week old. My nails in this picture are actually a week old already. I had to share because I've been complimented so much on this color. Absolutely my favorite Nail Salon in Hialeah. Helen, the owner is the nicest and always makes sure you leave happy. She works with her family members and they are each great in their own ways. The place is clean and tidy and they have A TON of colors to choose from, the most gel options I have seen in ANY salon. Their pedicures are great and they have affordable prices. Highly recommended, even though it's tucked away a few blocks from 49 ST in a tiny shopping center that runs right beside a canal. read more

Terrible salon. Appointments aren't respected. There is always a delay and customers that complain will be attended before those with an appointment. Nail techs get upset when you request another coat of nail polish when they only do one coat and it happens often. Nail techs also frequently mess up nails and give you a nasty face if you ask them to fix it. They also randomly increase the cost whenever they feel like it. Never coming back. read more

Don't allow their friendliness to fool you. I live across the street and I'd rather drive anywhere else to get my nails done. I tried to be patient and test out different manicurist before I settled on one that I considered "alright". Even then, I was still unsatisfied in the way he paints the nail. He doesn't paint it in its entirely. This results in the paint chipping way before your next mani. I've done the (expensive) dip manicure twice with this guy twice now. Twice, my polish chipped extensively just after a short week. The picture I'm attaching is 6 days after a dip mani. The paint first started chipping on day 2. It's now day 6 and the polish is gone on 1 nail. Please take into consideration that dips should last at least 3 weeks (longer than gel). I'm extremely disappointed. I'll never return to this place again. read more

This used to be a good place, I waited mu turn to get mu refill done and a lady was having her pedi done, she was almost done with it ; so she scream to the owner that she was almost done. It was my turn but he took her in instead. Then another technician finished , she walked to the counter , but instead of calling me she took another client in , that did not had an appointment. So i just walked away , you can be sure I will not return to this place. There are a thousand places that do nails and they will be happy to accept my 10 dollars tip every time i have mine done. This place is a hidden gem. They have hundreds of different nail polishes to choose from and their employees are patient and passionate about what they do. I hate when someone rushes through the mani/pedi but here they take their time and really meet your expectations! GO HERE!!! In the morning there's usually no one I like to go early to leave quick. I went in a month ago and saw new faces asked for Phillip they guy who used to do my Nails and they said he was no longer there. when I looked around all new faces. I decided to give them a try and was not happy with the finished product, came back a few days ago same problem. Yesterday was my first time ever coming to this salon. I got a pedicure but I'm not sure who did it. It was the most painful pedicure I've ever had. She dug and scraped and I had to tell her to be more gentle. Anyways besides the pain, it was a standard pedicure I suppose. However, less than a day later and I had to go to an urgent care clinic because my toe is bloody and swollen. Turns out I got an infection and now am on antibiotics. When I get there she tells me that she cannot attend because she has two other people to do their nails. I don't understand why from the first place did she give me an appointment if she wasn't going to attend me. Very bad service and unprofessional. I would never come here again. read more
