I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.

I have Mina as my nail tech and it's very relaxing in the comfy chair and sanitary plastic covered foot tub. She is meticulous and unrushed. All good! Her next customer comes very early (over half hour?!) but they seem fine waiting, still no hurry here. Well done! I get a nice gel pedi, nails trimmed/filed, includes massage, softening foot file and a nice lotion. No upsell at all. A good hour of pampering for around $50.
