I asked her not to cut my daughter's cuticles, she did it anyway. I assumed she had not heard me, as she was still on the phone, so I decided to just let it go. My daughter wanted a french, and when the lady did the first tip, I asked her if she could thin it out bc it was too thick. She completely ignored me. She then did the second one in the same way, so I repeated myself. Her reply, in a nasty loud manner was: "Will you relax? I'm not finished!". I was SHOCKED. I then replied: "Then answer me the first time so I know you heard me." She continued to ignore me and speaking on the phone. When she finally thinned them out, she asked my daughter if they were ok and in an extremely rude way said: "Yes, or NO?" Afterwards, she made my daughter extremely uncomfortable, rubbing cream up her arms in an extra firm way. On top of that, she charge me $45 for tiny nails and a crappy manicure that she completed in 15 minutes. It is a shame that people like these have jobs in AMERICA in service and treat customers like this, but it's even worse when it is for no reason and while servicing a child.
