I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. They charged me full price as if a manicure was done! I said that doesn't seem right, since it wasn't my fault the nail polish did that and I told them I would do them the favor and return in a few days for them to finish the job! The second time I tried them 18 months later...I told the tech about my previous experience and watched the application closely to find one nail had air bubbles on the perimeter of the tip and has to push for her to correct it. I had a couple tips fall off. My last experience was 8/14/26, the foot spa has a cheap plastic liner that broke and I realized they don't actually clean the food spas every every single service. Gross. Next my a press nail service experience was nice. The staff is friendly over all. However, in less then two weeks several nails had polish peeling and chipping. Literally, within 10 days. $136 including tip for apres and pedi (no design) is a lot of money for the nails to not last beyond two weeks. I contacted the salon and sent pictures. They offered to fix the polish for $5 per nail. Honestly, they should be embarrassed for the poor quality of service they are delivering. *In response to the owners reply: Check your cameras.
