I went for gel nails for my daughter and I. No appointment. They were able to help me quickly. However it was not the best experience once I was there. Dirty bowls, dirty sink, dirty tables and chairs. I was no very comfortable with the way they kept everything. They were nice but I think I'll pay a little more somewhere else for a cleaner facility. Ive gone here before many times mostly to do eyebrows. Yesterday i went to do my eyebrows plus a pedicure and i left with 2 infected toe nails and a lot of pain. I asked the girl if she can please take out an ingrown nail that hurts me ( very little ) if not it's okay ( because it wasn't bothering me that bad but i can feel it when i wear my shoes ) she didn't know how to do it so she told some other guy. He came and literally destroyed my toes ! he was extremely aggressive , extremely unaware of what he was doing and on top of that completely insensitive with how I ( THE CUSTOMER ) was feeling. i tried to get through it but i couldn't and it hurt a lot and i told him and he kept on being aggressive with it. the lady kept asking me "are you okay" , "does it hurt " ," are you sure you're okay " so many times. she even knew how terrible my toes looked and how bad of a job HER coworker did. Later i do my eyebrows and it's the guy that did my toes. he didn't even know how to do my eyebrows and left wax all over the front of my head / hair and didn't even say a word to me i had to get home and wash my hair twice to get the wax out of my hair. at the end he asked me how my toe was feeling and i told him it hurts and he said to go to the pharmacy and get a cream so it doesn't get infected ! like what ? i didn't come here for that i came here to just get my toes done now fast forward the next day im at the urgent care getting checked and they said i have two toes infected and may have to take my whole nails off. I came here as a first time and since I live around the area. Came without an appointment and wait time was minimal but I got there early it tends to get busier late morning. The owner I believe Ken did my mani and pedi. I waited 2 weeks for my review to see how long they lasted. My nails still have beautiful shine and haven't chipped at all! One of the worst places I've visited for their kind of service. They burned the area under my eyebrows twice with wax. The first time I didn't complain because I thought of it as an honest mistake, but the second time, I went back to see if they provided a sort of cream for the burn or a reimburse or something and they were not helpful at all. I like many ladies who get their nails done am VERY picky. The new owners are very kind (been owners for 3 months), they give you complimentary water and they will take in customers all the way until a minute before close time. Spa has new management. I did not have an appointment and I was take in right away. Not the best pedicure and gel manicure I've ever had, it is average. The lady was really fast, and almost not paying attention to what she was doing. Every time someone would walk through the door she would stare for the longest time and then come back to my hands/feet and rush through it. I decided to give this place a chance based upon the mixed reviews. I did a full acrylic set with Ken. I read good things about his work, and decided to trust it. I am new to the area and wanted a well job done for my birthday. I am too particular about my nails, I should've done more research. To begin with, as he was gluing on the tips, he was talking to another worker and kept looking & moving his hand away. Because of this, 3 of my nails are crooked. The acrylic went on fine, and he filed them down good because they're not bulky at all. But he didn't clean up the bottom and when I noticed, the top of my nails were slanted.. it almost looked like a slide. I'm not even sure how that can occur. While he was painting my nails, I noticed my nails weren't really drying so I had to say something. I only have a week with my nails done and I have atleast 2 weeks worth of growth. The lady who did my pedicure did an awful job. I hate that I am not the type to ever say anything in the moment. I just eat it up because I don't like making anyone's job more difficult. I wish I had her name to save you all from going through this. Overall, he did what I wanted but I guess he was in a rush. Don't "fit me in" if you're going to do this kind of work. read more

They gave me an appointment for 10 am, then made me wait an hour past that, at which point i inquired about how much longer the wait would be and they became extremely rude and aggressive. I was with a toddler and with things i still had to do and it was Christmas eve. They lied to me about having an appointment, made me wait with a child for over an hour, just to then say they had no time for the gel manicure. Meanwhile, they were taking in walk ins. Overall, Pink & White Nail Spa was decent. I am very picky when it comes to my acrylics. My acrylic nail artist, Kim, did a good job. Although, I had to tell her to fix the shape a couple of times and the nails weren't even in both hands so I had to compare them myself and ask her to fix a couple of them. Also, I like the acrylics to start from the VERY bottom of my nail bed, so they last longer. I feel like they started the refill a little higher than what I would prefer. For my hands, I got a gel acrylic refill, which was $33. I also did a pedicure, which was $22. The pedicure was average. They were running out of the color so they came out a little off. The red of my toes doesn't match the red of my gel acrylics which bothers me a little bit because I like my nails and toes to match. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. You do have to call to make an appointment. Luckily, I called 10 minutes before walking-in and they had an opening. read more

Came in on a walk in basis. I had already removed my polish at home and had soaked my feet and done all the work. I came in to just have the cuticles removed and polish (that I brought) put on. The female nail tech was really ill. She kept complaining about it throughout the pedi. She cut my nails and cuticles (left two nails cut incorrectly). Upon getting home later that evening, I noticed that the bottoms of my feet were scratchy against the sheets after she had used the pumice stone on them. Ruined any of the prep work I had done prior. All that for $22! Pro: they use a liner in the spa bath. read more

The new management should invest in sending all of the employees to an ethics and professional course. Very unsanitary! I went in for a gel mani and pedi and my nails look horrible none of them have the same shape the edges have paint on them. My gel mani had more paint on one side of the nail than the other when i asked them to fix it they only painted a few so now some of my nails are brighter than other. I've been doing my nails here more off than on, for the last year. They never did completely satisfy me with their service from the beginning, but I would go there on urgent basis only because of time restrictions, and it was close to home. The first time I went, I had a good, experienced, female nail technician. (I get acrylic-gel refills done). As well as she performed on my hands, the pedicure was lame. Way too fast, no time on cuticles, and no massage on legs or feet, like most places do. I also had to help myself pick up my purse and shoes, to go to the drying section. She never made an attempt to help me; thus,knowing my nails were still "wet." Red-flag #1. Her personality was close to none, as I tried to make small-talk with her. Even with language barriers, people can make the effort to communicate, and a smile goes a long way. I've always noticed that many of the techs didn't smile in this establishment. Red-flag #2, (They didn't look happy.) But then, this is my opinion. Knowing myself, I decided to give this place another chance, blaming this as an isolated incident. Maybe another tech will do overall better? I thought. I've gone back using different technicians each time, and have received the same type of negative service. No one seems to care about the pedicure, dry faces, no one helps with your shoes and bag. The straw that broke the camels back... There was one younger male tech that did my nails once, and you could see that he was clearly unexperienced. I had to explain how to clean and do the cuticles. Amazing! I swore never to use him again. But 2 weeks ago, I ran into an emergent situation, and went back to this place. Some time had passed since my last visit. The only tech available was the same young man. I said... Oh,oh, (deep inside), but again said to myself, maybe he knows better now, as in (more experience). When he got to my pedicure to work on my cuticles, instead of cutting the cuticle, he pulled it out. I yelled no! Tons of blood started to come out of my pinky toe. And it would not stop. He got nervous and stated to chuckle (as in laugh), so did the other oriental tech girl next to him. I said sternly... "Not funny!" They immediately stopped laughing. All of a sudden, there was no communication problem. Hmm... They understood very well what I had said, and what had happened. The tech then apologized to me.The blood would not stop even with several ointment application. I was livid to say the least. The lady customer next to me was shocked to see what had happened, and started to tell the other customers around her. I called the owner so he can see the incident. He seemed embarrassed and said nothing. I told him what had happened, and that I was not paying for this service, non the less, to never return to this business! I walked out of there with a paper bandaged (blue and red toe, saying... This place is dangerous! under my breath. Morale of this reality story... Always follow your gut feeling from the beginning. read more
