I have been coming here for 8 years. Ken, the owner is like family already. He does nails flawless, or if you're lucky you can have Julian or Mia. Julian hands great hands and gives you a message that you will feel like you spent the day at the spa and Mia is the sweetest and most detailed lady I've ever had. Wonderful experience every visit. read more

I went for gel nails for my daughter and I. No appointment. They were able to help me quickly. However it was not the best experience once I was there. Dirty bowls, dirty sink, dirty tables and chairs. I was no very comfortable with the way they kept everything. They were nice but I think I'll pay a little more somewhere else for a cleaner facility. Also my daughters gel nail completely chipped off after one day. read more

I came here as a first time and since I live around the area. Came without an appointment and wait time was minimal but I got there early it tends to get busier late morning. The owner I believe Ken did my mani and pedi. I waited 2 weeks for my review to see how long they lasted. My nails still have beautiful shine and haven't chipped at all! I work with computers and do the usual house cleaning which includes dish washing! I will be coming soon as my 2 weeks are due! I totally recommend!! read more

Pink & White Nail Spa - 2 weeks of gel nail polish! Amazing! - Nail Salons Near Me - Miami, Florida

Ive gone here before many times mostly to do eyebrows. Yesterday i went to do my eyebrows plus a pedicure and i left with 2 infected toe nails and a lot of pain. I asked the girl if she can please take out an ingrown nail that hurts me ( very little ) if not it's okay ( because it wasn't bothering me that bad but i can feel it when i wear my shoes ) she didn't know how to do it so she told some other guy. He came and literally destroyed my toes ! he was extremely aggressive , extremely unaware of what he was doing and on top of that completely insensitive with how I ( THE CUSTOMER ) was feeling. i tried to get through it but i couldn't and it hurt a lot and i told him and he kept on being aggressive with it. the lady kept asking me "are you okay" , "does it hurt " ," are you sure you're okay " so many times. she even knew how terrible my toes looked and how bad of a job HER coworker did. Later i do my eyebrows and it's the guy that did my toes. he didn't even know how to do my eyebrows and left wax all over the front of my head / hair and didn't even say a word to me i had to get home and wash my hair twice to get the wax out of my hair. at the end he asked me how my toe was feeling and i told him it hurts and he said to go to the pharmacy and get a cream so it doesn't get infected ! like what ? i didn't come here for that i came here to just get my toes done now fast forward the next day im at the urgent care getting checked and they said i have two toes infected and may have to take my whole nails off. DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE ! i don't ever write reviews , i've actually never written one but i WILL NOT let someone else go through what i've been going through over something you never thought or expected would happen. read more

This place has the rudest people ever, from the owner to the techs! Every time I have been there I swear to myself I'm never going back but I continued to put up with verbal abuse from this salon for a while because it is the closest salon to my house, but after this last time there I finally had it! Out of self respect I will go anywhere else, no matter how far I have to travel, not to see their nasty faces again! I finally had it and decided to write this review because I believe people shouldn't get away with such bad behavior, there should be consequences! They have no respect for their customers. They also speak to each other in their native tongue and laugh and giggle like they are enjoying mistreating you, it's really sickening, it's like they resent you instead of appreciating you. read more

One of the worst places I've visited for their kind of service. They burned the area under my eyebrows twice with wax. The first time I didn't complain because I thought of it as an honest mistake, but the second time, I went back to see if they provided a sort of cream for the burn or a reimburse or something and they were not helpful at all. Now I have to wait a couple of weeks and hope this burn goes away on its own. Stay away from this place!! The guy who seems to be the manager is so mean so going to him does not help! read more

Found this place after trying so many in my new neighborhood. Ken and Holly are amazing. Appointments preferred but walk ins are accepted. They have a huge selection of dip powders and gel colors and always have the latest releases of products. Never tried their waxing services but I know they are offered. Clean and friendly. I'm huge on cleanliness and hygiene and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend. read more

I was looking on yelp for a new spot and came across pink & white spa which i had tried a while back when they were still with the previous owners. I like many ladies who get their nails done am VERY picky. The new owners are very kind (been owners for 3 months), they give you complimentary water and they will take in customers all the way until a minute before close time. It was a job well done, from what i was seeing all of the nail techs were very good. I would recommend Tom he was very kind and made sure everything was just how i wanted it! read more

Spa has new management. I did not have an appointment and I was take in right away. Not the best pedicure and gel manicure I've ever had, it is average. The lady was really fast, and almost not paying attention to what she was doing. Every time someone would walk through the door she would stare for the longest time and then come back to my hands/feet and rush through it. Price was a major drawback. $52 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Definitely not returning. read more

They do a good job but super expensive compared to other nail salons that do the same or better job. The owner/ manager can be super rude. Do not recomend unless you are in a hurry and willing to pay a lot more. Furthermore, the color peaked the very next day. Your products are not good for the amount you charge. read more

I decided to give this place a chance based upon the mixed reviews. I did a full acrylic set with Ken. I read good things about his work, and decided to trust it. I am new to the area and wanted a well job done for my birthday. I am too particular about my nails, I should've done more research. To begin with, as he was gluing on the tips, he was talking to another worker and kept looking & moving his hand away. Because of this, 3 of my nails are crooked. The acrylic went on fine, and he filed them down good because they're not bulky at all. But he didn't clean up the bottom and when I noticed, the top of my nails were slanted.. it almost looked like a slide. I'm not even sure how that can occur. While he was painting my nails, I noticed my nails weren't really drying so I had to say something. I only have a week with my nails done and I have atleast 2 weeks worth of growth. The lady who did my pedicure did an awful job. I hate that I am not the type to ever say anything in the moment. I just eat it up because I don't like making anyone's job more difficult. I wish I had her name to save you all from going through this. Overall, he did what I wanted but I guess he was in a rush. Don't "fit me in" if you're going to do this kind of work. read more

Needed a new place to do my nails down in Miami and I am glad to have found this place. Was very clean. I made an appointment cause I read somewhere it's faster. I do the dip powder and they had a lot of colors to choose from. They matched my toes with the color and boy do I love it. Over all great experience and decent price for dip powder mani and regular pedi. read more

I went for a refill and ended up spending $54.00!!! The guy messed up on the white powder and told me he would cover with gel polish, told him to short them and next thing you know my bill was $54, way too much for a refill, find out how much before you get your nails done. read more

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a nail place. When I say i would give zero stars if i could, im not kidding. They gave me an appointment for 10 am, then made me wait an hour past that, at which point i inquired about how much longer the wait would be and they became extremely rude and aggressive. I was with a toddler and with things i still had to do and it was Christmas eve. They lied to me about having an appointment, made me wait with a child for over an hour, just to then say they had no time for the gel manicure. Meanwhile, they were taking in walk ins. Stay away, these people are beneath you, believe me. read more

Amazing place. Clean, friendly and short wait time. All the techs are very detail and accurate. I highly recommend them.

Came here for the first time on Thursday mid morning. The place had several people already being attended to but I was helped within the first 3 minutes and quickly soaking my feet in warm water. Jenny who did my mani gel and regular pedi was not only very nice and attentive but she was quick and flawless. My French manicure was perfect and I am very picky and don't go just anywhere. I will for sure be coming back here again. read more

I have been here only once, it's a fairly new nail salon, and the closest one to my house. I got the spa pedicure and Amy did a wonderful job! Very relaxing, not painful, the color is great and has lasted almost 3 weeks with no chips at all! Only reason I gotta redo the pedi is because my nails are growing :) very pretty, smooth, shiny, no chips! read more

The place is an average nail salon. Kinda noisy. Just walked in and waited maybe 10 minutes for an opening. I didn't get the guy's name who did my nails but I'm in love with him and the way he done my nails. I asked if he can do a blue with black tips. Other salons always told me "no, we can't do that." Yet they can do a regular French manicure?? Anyways.. He was very attentive towards my nails. While he was doing my nails I was watching the tv they have; I would laugh to myself and the nail technician asked if he hurt my finger or not. I love the place. For sure I'll be back. read more

Pink & White Nail Spa - I'm in love with this. The guy who done it is great. But I didn't get his name. - Nail Salons Near Me - Miami, Florida

I'm sure they are all good. I've been going to Tina and Ken and I am happy with both.

Overall, Pink & White Nail Spa was decent. I am very picky when it comes to my acrylics. My acrylic nail artist, Kim, did a good job. Although, I had to tell her to fix the shape a couple of times and the nails weren't even in both hands so I had to compare them myself and ask her to fix a couple of them. Also, I like the acrylics to start from the VERY bottom of my nail bed, so they last longer. I feel like they started the refill a little higher than what I would prefer. For my hands, I got a gel acrylic refill, which was $33. I also did a pedicure, which was $22. The pedicure was average. They were running out of the color so they came out a little off. The red of my toes doesn't match the red of my gel acrylics which bothers me a little bit because I like my nails and toes to match. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. You do have to call to make an appointment. Luckily, I called 10 minutes before walking-in and they had an opening. read more

Came in on a walk in basis. I had already removed my polish at home and had soaked my feet and done all the work. I came in to just have the cuticles removed and polish (that I brought) put on. The female nail tech was really ill. She kept complaining about it throughout the pedi. She cut my nails and cuticles (left two nails cut incorrectly). Upon getting home later that evening, I noticed that the bottoms of my feet were scratchy against the sheets after she had used the pumice stone on them. Ruined any of the prep work I had done prior. All that for $22! Pro: they use a liner in the spa bath. read more

I've been going to this nail salon since they have opened and I have to say, I will NO longer go there. The owners have recently opened a restaurant (never there anymore) and the salon has gone DOWNHILL. They constantly have new nail techs that have NO idea what they are doing, and it's just unsanitary. In addition, I had a translator app, and all they did was talk about ppl in Vietnamese. If I can give this place zero stars I totally would. Horrible customer service and horrible communication skills. The new management should invest in sending all of the employees to an ethics and professional course. Very unsanitary! I saw one of the techs use the same pliers on two customers without cleaning or just simply grabbing a new pair. So grossed out by this place in all aspects. I recommended Lianny's Nails, just a few blocks down. Call and make an appointment with them because they are always booked; which is why I ended up in this horrible place. read more

I went in for a gel mani and pedi and my nails look horrible none of them have the same shape the edges have paint on them. My gel mani had more paint on one side of the nail than the other when i asked them to fix it they only painted a few so now some of my nails are brighter than other. I will never go to this salon again. read more
