Katie knows exactly what she is doing; she is a perfectionist and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. I've been having my eyebrows done ever since I can remember (being born with a unibrow will have you tweezing in the 2nd grade), she is the first person to look at me and tell me EXACTLY what I need. I appreciated that so much because we only know what we know and she is the expert. Everyone else I had gone to previously would clean them and do what I asked, which is ideally what should happen. But Katie...she looked at me and told me "your eyebrows should start here," proceeding to map my brows out to perfection. She told me what no other esthetician would and I'm eternally grateful for it because I feel so beautiful.

I showed up to my appointment within a 15 minute grace period, because Florida just had a hurricane, and I woke up to a bunch of downed Palm branches in my front yard. I wanted a cool toned final effect. Daria was extremely honest with me and explained we would need to tone my double toned lips first with a more orange-y shade to neutralize the color. We could then do touch up with a tone of my choice. I followed her plan and ended up with exactly what I wanted. Each step worked out exactly as she had predicted. I loved the result so much that went back in for another touch up after one year, mostly to go for a brighter color and am again very happy with how the color is settling down now. Daria is very sweet, very skilled. The pain was minimal for me during the procedure and she checks in often to see how you're doing. There was a threat of a hurricane coming the day that she was supposed to come to my house for the service. She said there was a lot of traffic and was not going to be able to make it on time, we kept pushing the appt for later, but she wasn't able to come. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.
