I appreciated that so much because we only know what we know and she is the expert. Everyone else I had gone to previously would clean them and do what I asked, which is ideally what should happen. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.
