I wanted a cool toned final effect. Daria was extremely honest with me and explained we would need to tone my double toned lips first with a more orange-y shade to neutralize the color. We could then do touch up with a tone of my choice. I followed her plan and ended up with exactly what I wanted. Each step worked out exactly as she had predicted. I loved the result so much that went back in for another touch up after one year, mostly to go for a brighter color and am again very happy with how the color is settling down now. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.
