My husband, son and daughter in law gifted me a Day at the spa. Allure is close by so it was a perfect spot to pick as the reviews were good. I picked the most convenient day for me and proceeded to book massage, facial, manicure and pedicure in that order. I did understand that the massage was going to be a special booking as it was usually her day off but it was arranged for to come in special for me which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived I found out the facial was booked before the massage which was not what was originally scheduled so thing had to be rearranged so the facial could be done after the massage! That really is the proper order! Unfortunately the ManiPedi had to go first! Not perfect, but no big deal. This just postponed things for an hour, once again, no big deal. To my surprise the Manicure was for one hour and so was the Pedicure! Really! I have been doing them for more years than I would like to admit and both can be done well in an hour. Neither one does not require that long to get a basic treatment. Nails were fine but in my opinion was drawn out. Mind you, once again, nothing special was done. I didn't even have nail polish to remove. The pedicure was equally a drawn out process. Everywhere I have previously gone have worked on my callous and scrubbed My heel with a pumice pad. Not here. My nails were fine but attention to detail, not so much. I paid a higher price than I usually do because I wanted a fuller spa day. Now on to the better part of my experience. The massage was delightful. The stretching and massaging my tired body was relaxing, an hour goes way too quickly. The kinks were straightened out! The facial was equally wonderful. I felt my skin was handled properly and I finished with a glowing and smiling face. In my opinion, Allure is perfect for massages and facials but manicures and pedicures not so much. I am sadly torn between a 3 1/2 and 4 star rating read more

Facial with Martha..very relaxing and beneficial...recommends products to enhance your skin care regime..but doesn't push or oversell!

Meeting Jennifer has been life changing. I came to her with high standards, my mother and close friends within the industry are esthetician's. I was committed to do as she suggested after seeing the results of my first facial with her. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and most importantly I felt she genuinely cared about my skin. The texture of my skin has completely changed. I thought I was just getting older, but my skin was just getting "run down" and I was "stressing it too much."Ha! Thank you for the realness, honey! I appreciate you. I would 100/100 recommend going to Jennifer for all you skincare needs and more! This girl also does; Nails, lashes, lash lift, massage, health, fitness, reflexology, and studies her craft. Thank you Jennifer & Allure Day Spa - you ladies always make it such an enjoyable experience. Check out her Instagram page too! Good content. IG: beautyandnailsbyj read more

Allure is a place I can go to relax and have a glass of wine, where I feel like I'm surrounded by friends! It's always a great time there! Lisa is the only person I will ever trust with my hair color. She's truly a hair genius! I have always loved being blonde and wanted to go lighter and lighter and she has found a way to get me to my perfect blonde with minimal upkeep. Susan is the only person I allow near my hair with scissors, she's so careful about never wanting to cut too much and making sure she's only cutting what you want. (This is so important!) Martha got me my lash extensions and I can't express how much I love them! I've never had lash extensions before and the length is perfect. I get so many compliments and have to tell people they are extensions because they look so natural. All in all, no matter what it is, this is the best place to go! read more

With end-of-the-year work craziness and my mom being in the hospital for the fifth time this year, this week has been one of the most stressful weeks I've ever had. So my visit to Allure could not have come at a better time! Never have I experienced such a dramatic change in mood (for the better) as I did yesterday at this place! My friend Jess and I are bridesmaids in our friend Natalie's upcoming wedding. We knew she wouldn't want a super crazy bachelorette party, so we decided a spa day would be much more her style. Jess took on the task of booking the spa, and chose Allure. She told them it was for a tiny bachelorette party (just the two of us plus the bride), and reserved three "head to toe" massages. This includes a scalp massage with a Moroccan oil mask, Swedish massage, foot massage and a blowout hairstyle. The staff at Allure normally would only have two massage therapists, as the third person was scheduled to be off that day, but they worked to accommodate us and brought the third massage therapist in for us. We arrived with plenty of stares, as Jess and I donned our bridesmaid sashes, while Natalie wore a tiara with a veil, a sash, and - oh yeah - we blindfolded her since the whole day we had planned was a complete surprise. Every single employee we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they set aside a little area for us to have champagne and a cookie cake before our services. Several times, one of the receptionists would stop by and make sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything. I asked if we could have a few napkins for our cookie cake, and she offered to bring plates as well, which was even better. Once we finished the bottle of champagne we had brought in, the staff even offered us more wine, with a choice of moscato, chardonnay, or red (I don't remember the kind). Joshua was my massage therapist, and he was awesome! I asked him to focus more on my upper back and shoulders, since I carry a lot of my stress there. The minute he started, he agreed with me. I told him that quite honestly he could spend most of the massage on that part of my back and I'd be happy, so he did. What a huge difference! I didn't realize how much pain I had there until Joshua managed to melt it away. This really was one of the best massages I've ever had. I had come in quite stressed, but left feeling as if I floated off that massage table. Once finished with the massage, I was brought to the front to have the Moroccan oil washed from my hair. Then Victor blow-dried and styled it. I have very fine hair, but never have the time/patience to blow-dry it properly so there is more volume. So I asked for just that, since afterward my friends and I were going to dinner and bowling to continue our little bachelorette evening. Even after sleeping on it, my hair looks pretty darn good still! This place might be a little out of the way for me, considering I live in north Broward, but I will definitely make a return visit here and request Joshua again! read more

I have been coming here for over 10 years, getting my haircut from the same hairdresser this entire time. Sue knows how to cut my hair well every time. It's the reason why I drive from Lake Worth down to Davie every time. Once you find a good place to go for haircuts, you don't need to go anywhere else. read more

Just had a facial by Irena, and honestly one of the best facials of my life. Her technique includes extractions prior to steaming so marks aren't left on your face like other places. Her touch is firm, yet gentle. She is very detail oriented, making a thorough run over your entire face, top to bottom and from side to side, scanning everything over to make sure she didn't miss a spot. She pays attention to problem areas, and offers great advice without being pushy. I highly recommend her. read more

Thank you Adriana!! You did the most amazing job on my sisters hair. She got comments from strangers everywhere she went. I was so amazed. We will be visiting again soon. read more

First of all I'd like to say the spa is absolutely adorable and incredibly clean. I walked in for my 60 minute massage while we are in vacation from Boston. The staff were all extremely friendly and start a conversation right away the owner is fabulous. Not only was she friendly and personable but I have been into many spas and this is the first one I've been and that they are not pretentious but welcoming and smiling and kind. My massage was great and I wish I was here longer because I heard their facials are amazing as well as their manicures and pedicures. We will definitely be back . I got a gift card for this place for my birthday... 2 years ago... and it's still good! NO deductions on the amount of the card. Score! :) And with this overdue treatment. I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage for about 85 dollars. Same Day appointments are available! So if you're in need, go ahead. As soon as I got there, David came to get me within minutes, and my massage soon started... Utter Bliss. (enough said). If you are looking to get a treatment for yourself, for a girlfriend, mom, grad, whomever... Do it! GC's are a good thing, or just pop on in and do one for yourself. The website is also helpful for list of different massages, facials, and other services available. You won't regret it! read more

This place has the best massage therapist - David. He's got the magic touch to correct and musculoskeletal issues, general aches or pains, and simply relax you after a long day or week. I've been going to allure for almost 5 years...and I always get David. He's my go-to man to fix me! He knows exactly what your body needs and he doesn't just move skin around like other masseuses...he is indeed a therapist. After having back surgery, he worked on ensuring my scar tissue didn't cause an issue. David takes extra time with clients because he truly cares about your health and well being. I have never been here before, I don't live in the area but I was in the plaza shopping & called the # on the door. I've been looking for a new stylist since mine moved. I asked the receptionist how much for a blow out nothing else. Told her my hair is above my shoulders. She said $35. Made the appointment for that weekend. Made the drive. Showed up early. Was sent to Iris who other than asking me what I wanted, never said another word to me. All the other stylists were asking clients about what they wanted & chatting. Not what I got. I tried explaining where I was going & that my event was outside...crickets. Not a single word. I wasn't even there for 20 minutes. The blow out was ok but nothing better than I could do myself. I had hair sticking up. Then she goes to the receptionist & says $45. I go to pay & I said I was told $35. She said no she flat ironed too. She literally did a few swipes. I was shocked $10 extra bucks for a few swipes. The salon is clean. Other stylists were friendly but I won't go back or recommend. Charged incorrectly & zero effort to make me want to come back. read more

I have been going to allure day spa for many years. It is the only place i will go to have a pedicure. I know they are clean and professional. I have always received excellent service whenever i go whether it is for a pedicure, waxing or haircut. The salon is tastefully decorated and always clean. I have never seen hair left on the floor or dirty towels left anywhere. Their prices are on par with a quality salon, yet affordable to me on a teacher's salary. I received a gift certificate for Christmas and finally went for my "Spa Day". I was not disappointed, it was an awesome experience. Finally finished the experience off with a mani-pedi leaving me polished to say the least. I highly recommend going to the Spa for any treatment from their talented team, and also if you have someone tough to buy a present for, buy them the 1/2 Spa Day like I received, your gift receiver will be thrilled. read more

From the moment that you call to make an appointment with Lisa, this place is an absolute pleasure to come to. I have been coming to Allure for 8 years now. Having moved from NY to the Plantation area it was hard to find a good hairdresser who I could trust with my hair. I was fortunate enough to find Sue. She is absolutely the best at what she does and she cares about her clients. Sue always does whats good for my hair from coloring to cutting to blow drying it. I always leave satisfied!! I travel from Boca Raton to see Sue and will continue to do so. In the past year I have tried David for a deep tissue massage. He really is amazing and I continue to book appointments with him. Stress is definitely relieved. All and all this place is great. Thank you to Allures staff and to Martha for managing such a great group of people. read more
