I was at this location last night 10/20 and I had the WORST experience ever. This was my second…read moretime here and I only went because I can walk to the shop from my house. I had a nail that was lifting and it hurt bad so I walk in and the lady at the desk says someone was available so I stood and waited. Here is things went wrong. The is asking me to pick my color and I absolutely hate when they do that before they even say hello or greet you so I was undecided on a color so I of the boards to the desk, we then get started on him, taking off my dip polish, and the amount of kung fu grip he had on my hands. I kept having to pull my hand back you're hurting me and then the pinky nail that would repair that was lifting he kept filing on it and making it hurt even worse, so I kept pulling my handbag, and I thought that he would get the hint, but he didn't. his name is He was the worst doesn't have any type of customer service and he did play the role of he did not understand English my nails look horrendous. He brings out a bowl and it's scorching hot acetone in it and it's like got a cotton I can't even put my nails into this bowl one my nail is sensitive to the water is extremely hot and then he's telling me to rub my nails on the cotton balls so that he won't have to use the file to the dip. Yeah I was a little confused. I just went with it at this point I'm already super frustrated and was getting ready to get up once we got past that I was able to pick a color. He then started putting the dip on my and then had the nerve to tell me how many times he's going to dip my nails when I know that I need a few extra dips and I will pay for to make sure my nails do not break. These are my nails they're rather long. They're longer than average. I'mma say that and to keep my cracking breaking splitting I'd like to have like a few extra layers of dip powder. He told me no, and he only gave me two dips. I still bend my nails after I left there and right now as I'm leaving this review, I can bend my nails dip is supposed to get hard so at this point, my nails have bumps in them. They are not shaped like I want them. They are supremely flat. I have curved nails and they're my nails and he made them super flat as if I have like flat tips so they are very ugly. I then ended my service and asked to speak to a manager upon leaving and they said a manager will call you in the morning well at this particular time it is now 1108 and I have not heard from anyone so I called and now they're telling me the management team won't be in till 6 PM. Know how upset I am and I hope that they business from here either gets better or people just stop going because my first experience with they call him the jokey man or the jokester my experience with him was phenomenal.
