Tracy is the sweetest and always makes me feel like a VIP. Whatever idea I bring her, whether it's chrome, Tiger Eye, a micro French or something a little different, she nails it every time. She has a great eye and always helps me come up with something fun. I get so many compliments on my nails! I do dip powder nails, and they stay looking perfect for the full three weeks between appointments. I've sent so many friends to Tracy, and they love her too. I was immediately greeted upon entering and only had to wait a short time to be seated at a station. Being an ambivert and not really into small talk, I don't usually hold conversions while getting my nails done. But! Kay and I talked and laughed for almost the entire time! She's very personable and down to earth. She's also a perfectionist, which I love. It's very evident that she loves what she did and takes great pride in her work. The original technician, Hanna, wasn't there at first, but when she arrived she remembered my polish and took over. She fixed the broken nail and it looked great. Before leaving, I mentioned the clear top coat on my ring finger had started peeling. She warned that reapplying clear coat might cause the nail to peel more. I said that was fine -- I just wanted it to look neat. At that point, her demeanor changed. She grabbed my hand abruptly and began applying product without properly prepping the nail. I felt uncomfortable and pulled my hand away. She then raised her voice and said, "You're no longer welcome here. I don't like how you're talking to me," and walked toward the back. I sat quietly, shocked. When she came back, she continued saying rude and unprofessional comments. Instead of escalating things, I calmly told her, "I forgive you." She replied, "You're not God." I responded, "You're right -- I'm only human. And look at how you're treating me." What's unfortunate is that I had just taken a photo of their business card to recommend them to a friend. There were several friendly women at the desk and I asked about getting a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I also wanted an extra coat for protection. They made a point to look at my nails first to check out what I had on. I was quoted $45 for the gel manicure, & $5 for the extra strengthening coat, plus $35 for a pedicure. I made an appointment and arrived on time a few hours later. They have numerous stations and the decor is very nice. All the technicians were wearing black. I was introduced to Jenny and told to choose a polish color. Jenny led me to her station so she could remove my previous gel polish. While the gel was soaking off, she moved me to a pedicure chair. There were big screen TVs around and she brought me a bottle of water. The water in the tub started out cold., but after it warmed up I received an amazing pedicure! The polish looked great and my feet and legs were rubbed with lotion and then wrapped in a warm towel . (The massage chair was nice too!) When I finished it was $80 as quoted and my fingers and toes look great! I think I may have found my new nail salon in Plantation!

Prices aren't clearly displayed, which caused confusion from the start. My nail technician was Annie, and she rushed through my manicure. I asked for a white tip with a gel top coat. The staff at the front desk asked if I wanted hard gel, and I said yes because I'd never heard of it before and assumed they were recommending the right service. How was I supposed to know the difference? When I questioned the service, Annie told me I was wrong because I hadn't explained what I wanted correctly--even though she wasn't at the front desk during the conversation. She then told me I should have come to her directly. That's not something you say to a customer, especially when I didn't even know who my nail technician would be. I also didn't appreciate her attitude. Within a week, my thumbnail chipped and broke off, and black marks started appearing under some of the white tips. I returned to have the issues fixed and asked to speak with a manager, but it felt like talking to a wall. Annie repaired the two damaged nails but then told me that hard gel "wasn't for me." My response was that the problem wasn't the service--it was the application. Shortly afterward, more nails started popping off. I ended up going to another nail salon, where I paid $5 to have the one nail repaired, and I also had to buy press-on nails to match. I spent $65 at Venetian, plus more money afterward, for a total of about $80. What a waste of money. I will never return. This business needs better customer service and better training.

Sara, the owner, have offered exceptional and high quality skin-care services that has rejuvenated my skin tone and texture. I so far have tried her oxygen, and brightening facial which can be combined with the most relaxing foot massage that my husband and I have ever had! Tony as well as Sara are great at all types of manicure. STRONGLY recommended ! Ivette has been my to go girl for a pedicure. My nails turned out great with my usual technician Tom but my pedicure was a completely different experience. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I brought this to the manager (Sarah), the focus was only on the polish color "looking fine," instead of addressing the quality of the actual pedicure. Please find pictures attached!! I was honest with her and told her I loved my nails done by Tequila (yes that's her name) however I was disappointed in my toes and I showed her where the nail polish had chipped within hours of me leaving the salon..Tina offered to take care of my toes for FREE and get this she even had the nail tech do gel polish on my toes to ensure it would not chip! I was sooo beyond happy that she offered to do that! I was not at all looking to get my toes done and definitely didn't expect it to be free, maybe discounted but not free. To my surprise I asked how much is gel polish on the toes out of curiosity and found out it's a whopping $15!!! That's insanely amazing considering I have spent $45 at these other Asian owned shops. This shop however is a black own business and the prices are more than reasonable. I think it's cute how they sometimes have French pop music playing. There are large screen TV's on each wall, usually tuned to HGTV. My extent of nail maintenance is a pedicure every 4-5 weeks, a basic mani every 8-9 wees and gel nails one a year. An older woman gave me a pedicure the other day, OMG, best massage ever!! She was also METICULOUS when she was cleaning up my cuticles. She did a really nice job painting my toes too. I had opted for the mid level pedi, which I think is $29 at my time of visit. I love that they give you three different options of lotions to pick from. I think it's lavendar, cucumber and something with honey. I believe the least expensive option is $23 and there is one that is more than $29. Overall a nice spot for a pedi!

Not a single care about customer service and couldn't care less if you ever come back.
