I would highly discourage getting any services done by the owner of this nail salon! I went in yesterday to get my nails done by Ann (came out amazing), so I felt confident having my sister come in to get her nails done as well. The owner Donna was a complete menace. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and instead of my sister leaving confident and happy with her nail service, she came home disappointed and upset by how the owner belittled her during the nail service. If you don't want to work on nails, allow your staff to handle it but her attitude is completely uncalled for and is not worth the price of the service. Donna,.. Absolute trash business owner. She's the only one that answers the phone and literally asks for a name and number and books your apt,... only to screw it up every single time. Have made numerous apts for them to over book and leave me hanging.. 3 separate occasions where I make an apt, am told okay when I walk in, I wait 30 minutes after the apt for them to tell me they have overbooked the apt and "some one else" will take care of me when they become available. I've been coming to Gallery Nail Salon specifically for Ann, and let me say -- she is absolutely AMAZING. I don't even live near this salon, but I make the trip because no one does a pedicure like Ann. Every time I book an appointment, I request her without question. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed -- not because of Ann, but because of Donna's attitude and customer service. I had a 1:00 pm appointment and called ahead to let them know I was running just a few minutes late. Instead of trying to work with me or show any courtesy, Donna told me that if I wasn't there exactly at 1:00, they wouldn't service me because another appointment was at 1:30. This was said in a very dismissive and rude way. What makes this even more frustrating is that on past occasions, I've shown up on time for my appointment and been kept waiting. Yet when I was the one running just 4-5 minutes late, I was treated as if I was being disrespectful. Instead of any attempt at accommodation or even a polite explanation, Donna basically told me not to come if I couldn't accept anyone else. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and leaves a very bad impression. It's unfortunate because Ann's work is truly exceptional, but after this interaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you do go to this salon, I highly recommend Ann -- she is phenomenal at pedicures (and I'm sure just as talented with manicures). I called before walking in just to check if an appointment was required. I was informed walk ins were okay. I came in a Thursday and was seated immediately. I didn't get the man name who did my pedicure but he was nice. I wouldn't say it was the best pedicure I've ever received but it wasn't bad. The only thing I wish was that I was given the option to sit around until my toes were dry. It felt like soon as he was done painting my nails it was time to go. I chose the Gallery Spa Pedicure which was a couple of dollars extra and I would say it was worth it. The massage was nice. I've gone a couple times to this place for convenience because it is in the same plaza as my daughter's dance studio, however, I am not a huge fan. They are reasonably priced (gel manicure $32 I believe), but the gel polish DOES NOT last. Mine hast last a week and I have given them several chances. :( It really is a shame, but I wish they would pay attention more to detail when removing cuticles and apply the polish correctly where it wont peel that same week. Also I feel like they need to get a better brands of polish, and they need a better assortment for gel colors. If you're looking for a quick place to go for just a quick polish change and in the area, you can go here. But for a mani & pedi -- I have found a better place to go. read more

Twice they screwed up our appointments - Friday, 7/11 and today 7/16. I show up for my appointment today and she tells me I don't have an appointment with Ana at 2pm. She asks for my phone number and proceeds to look it up on her mobile. When she sees I called yesterday, she starts flipping the the appointment book and can't find.me anywhere! She basically tells me that Ana can't do me, nor Fernanda, the other tech that was there today, because they have appointments already, and basically tells me I'm out of luck, but in a nasty way and walks away!! If it wasn't for the flight I have to catch today, I would have not been as upset as I was. I got a pedicure on Thursday and my nails looked better when I came in before my appointment. Not only did the nail tech do the gel polish extremely bumpy but she did not properly trim the cuticles or do anything she was supposed to. I had to go to Orlando for the weekend for a conference or I would've addressed it right away. ItS Monday and I just called in to get them to fix it and they told me I have to pay the full amount for them to fix my terribly done pedicure. I'll never go back here again. NOT sanitary!!!! Do not recommend this place! I was cut twice and was bleeding... no apology from the nail tech. Instead, he proceeded to paint my nails while getting blood on the nail brush and adding it back to the bottle. Then someone after me used that same bottle. This is incredibly unsanitary and unsafe. If they did this with me, then the bottle was probably already contaminated before with blood/germs and that brush was placed on my open wounds. Everything was dirty and not wiped or properly cleaned. Nail tech wiped his nose and grabbed my hands after. Nail tech messed up my nails multiple times and I had to argue to fix it. He also left nail polish all over my skin and never cleaned it. Please be careful. read more

I've been in here 4-5 times over the past two years. This nail salon is located in a small strip mall about 2.5 miles from the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The salon is clean and modern. I think it's cute how they sometimes have French pop music playing. There are large screen TV's on each wall, usually tuned to HGTV. My extent of nail maintenance is a pedicure every 4-5 weeks, a basic mani every 8-9 wees and gel nails one a year. An older woman gave me a pedicure the other day, OMG, best massage ever!! She was also METICULOUS when she was cleaning up my cuticles. She did a really nice job painting my toes too. I had opted for the mid level pedi, which I think is $29 at my time of visit. I love that they give you three different options of lotions to pick from. I think it's lavendar, cucumber and something with honey. I believe the least expensive option is $23 and there is one that is more than $29. Overall a nice spot for a pedi! read more

Clean facility, good staff, quality work. It's been 3 weeks now and my nails have not chipped. Me and my mom came here before our cruise trip to have our nails done. I looked up a bunch of places on Yelp and this one looked welcoming and had great reviews. I made an appointment beforehand but got stuck in traffic the day of and had to call and move the appointment back. When we arrived the front desk girl said she thought we weren't coming...Even though I called to let her know we were running late. So we had to wait 15 minutes before getting worked on which is not too bad. I love the nice relaxing music they had on. Felt like I was at a Parisian cafe. There were a lot of pedicure chairs in the back and quite a few tables for manicures in the front. Everything looked well kept and neat. The lady who painted my mom's nails had to redo a couple fingers cause it touched the UV ray machine as she was putting her hand in. The girl who did my French gel manicure was articulate and precise. She didn't talk much which I actually like. I prefer a quiet quick session for mani/pedi treatments. She painted my French tips perfectly and used a very unique rightside up method I've never seen anyone else do. But it worked well. She squared my nails very well too. I might have went a little overboard turning on the light while my nails were baking inside but my gel polish has not chipped at all and remain fully in tact 3 weeks later. With plenty of luggage lifting and vacation craziness, still perfect, minus my nails and my cuticles growing out. Prices weren't too bad either. $63 for me and my mom's gel manicures. You'll see all the old reviews are the ones keeping their rating at 4 star. Well there's new management and a new way of behaving. Their prices are extremely high for the quality of work their doing. They refuse to get new product, reusing old overused nail polish that just doesn't work, this was my nails after 4 days.. gel manicure, it was already peeling off after one day. I asked them to repaint them and they threw the biggest fuss, told me they wanted proof, that it must have been something I did, they treated me so poorly. I still tipped because I felt bad for some unknown reason, and after their behavior; I still decided to come back to do my nails again, as if I was some sort of masochist. When I went in a second time, I was asking my sister what color I should do, and THE OWNER with all the attitude in the world, in the most passive aggressive voice states "she's not allowed to do gel she can do acrylic, gel doesn't work for her and we won't redo it if it comes off" ??? What??? She started lying and saying I do this all the time, but I have NEVER gone back to complain about their nails, they have made my nails bleed, cut my nails that I worked hard on growing without asking, they have made many errors, but none that I've gone back to complain about. But this time was just ridiculous, I painted my nails because I had so many shoots and to have it PEEL OFF the same day and have to work around these nails because their irresponsible and won't throw out their old material?? But even worse, to blame me? And tell me I'm the problem? I was at awe by the unprofessional behavior and blatant disrespect, but I should have read the reviews sooner because it's clear I'm not the only one that had this misfortune. Save your money, time and effort. That new management has no respect for anyone and if I worked there, I'd find a new place because she is going to run that business into the ground. Extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment on Friday for Saturday. Arrived a few minutes early and was told the nail technician left. No call. Nothing. Zero respect for my time. I was told she had a flight, but when we made the appointment together the day before, her flight was on Sunday. The employee said, "there is nothing else to do. You can call her Tuesday." So disappointing. On their website, they expect 24 hour cancellation notice for courtesy. They clearly have no respect for the client, only themselves. I will not be returning. read more

I can't believe this gem has been in my backyard and I hadn't tried it yet! I was in a rush and needed a quick pedicure and stumbled across this place while driving to the post office. They take walk-ins, the pedicures are fairly priced $25, and the service was phenomenal. The guy who did mine worked gently yet very thoroughly and I've honestly never had a more relaxed and cleaner pedicure. You can upgrade your pedicure and pay more if you'd like but regardless they offer you water and a foot massage and hot towels. Very very pleased, I'll definitely be back. read more

I honesty can't find a reason not to give this nail spa anything but 5 stars! I normally do my own mani/pedi at home so when I decide treat myself I'm extremely picky. I walked in on a late Friday afternoon and was welcomed by super friendly staff. They were able to accommodate me right away and had me pick out polish options. I always take too long to do this because there's way too many options and I honestly love them all. The nail tech Ben came over and helped me pick colors then showed me over to the pedicure station. They have French music playing as background music and several TV's playing shows from the Food Network and HGTV. Loved that! I chose the Gallery Spa Pedicure with a regular manicure for $39. For the pedicure, they use a scented sugar foot scrub and lotion along with scented stuff they put in the water. From the three different scent options (lavender, cucumber, and milk and honey) I chose the lavender based on Bens recommend. I also liked the longer leg and foot massage which is why I went with this pedicure option. Overall, the quality of the manicure and pedicure was fantastic. He rounded my nails exactly the way I asked and did a phenomenal polish job. The salon was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I have never been to a nail salon and had to ask someone to PAINT MY WHOLE NAIL. My nails aren't the same shape and are not the same size and are extremely lumpy. They don't talk to you and then get upset when you're asking for something different after already showing a picture. Overall the service was great. I got a mani-pedi which I felt was reasonably priced. It took 1 hour from start to finish - not too bad, but could've been a hair faster. The environment was tranquil, nice, and clean. The location could handle a good amount of clients and it wouldn't feel stuffy. I do like that they have this system where the receptionist pages the technician when a client is ready. The skill of the technician I got was above average (I chose a nude color that could've easily been streaky but it wasn't) BUT, she did cut my nails bed twice causing some moderate pain and some bleeding. Because of this I had to deduct a star. However, I will still return to this salon in the future since I liked the way my nails looked after. Nails (regular polish) lasted a little less than a week without chipping. Toes lasted about 2ish weeks wearing closed toed shoes. read more
