They are a fast efficient and last time I had gel dip nails they lasted for an entire month. I usually come here after work clean place and atmosphere usually good. I love the way the do my pedicures the clean my feet well. Some places act like they are scared of your feet and time you. I hate that clean toes and shape them right are big key factors for me. Sometimes I dont get they same girl and they still do an amazing job. I never had an issue here so far. I just moved down here from WestPalm Beach and had to find a new Nail Salon. In a hurry, I was looking for a spot close to me because I work a lot. I came across this place a couple years ago. It's right in my area being convenient for me, it's always kept clean, the prices are definitely fair, and there's great service. I've heard mixed reviews about the place, but I still gave it a shot. I absolutely LOVE this lady named Sammy there. She's such a doll, and is the darn best person to get a pedicure from. She's friendly, super sweet, and really is attentive to you. She goes above and beyond when it comes to massaging your feet. You walk out with brand new feet practically! She uses different pumice stones, foot scrub, grater, anything you name it! She takes her time with you too. She doesn't just try and do a quick job. 6 days later and nails are already broken. They were cute to begin with, however by day 2 one of my nails broke and the others followed by the days. I was on vacation so I didn't do much besides lounge around the pool all day so how and why my nails broke are a mystery. Extremely disappointed at the durability of these nails. read more

Cuticle untouched, chopped borders, and it looks like the nail polish was applied by a 5 year old kid. Looking at this picture nobody would ever guess I just got a gel manicure. read more

Ouch! I've been going here for years with fairly good service for my pedicures. However, last week, a nail tech I've never seen before, a woman a little older than the ones I've had before, did my pedicure. She was extremely rough with my toes. She also decided to cut some dry skin at the corner of my big toe and was digging & digging with the point of the scissors. When I screamed "that hurts!" She explained she had to because the nail is growing inward. Well I was there only 4 weeks before, so I don't think it was so bad she had to gouge me! Meanwhile it has been almost a week and my big toe is still very sore. In addition, the time before the other tech was very aggressive with buffing my rough skin and she made the skin on the pinky tie bleed. These people are just too rough. I'm never going back! read more

Wonderful staff, beautiful spa, fair prices. So much more than "a nail place". Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was mostly empty. Got a gel manicure and there were lots of color selections to choose from. Great manicure, friendly staff. Added a pedicure (the ultra deluxe? should call it the Royal Treatment!) which included an amazing leg massage with salt scrub and oil, a hot stone massage, paraffin on my feet, and polish, of course. Best pedicure ever. I'll definitely be back! They also do waxing and facials. read more

If you're a punctual person just cut this place out of your list of new nails salons. Great customer service when they feel like it They will take walk-in over your appointment. Happened to me twice wasn't ready to take me until 40 minuets after my set time. But if you somehow have a good experience there go to Ryan for you pedi! He's the only thing I'll miss about that place. read more

I would mark zero stars if I could!!!!!!! This place is such a waste of time. I called before I came to see if they could fix a broken nail. I was informed that they could and told to come anytime of day. I made sure they were able to do marble over the phone and they insured me that they could. This was all just to get me in the building. The lady was very stand offish when I arrived. She asked if I've ever been there before and I informed her I was out of town. Just for her to respond with "go back to where I went. I've never had this happen in my life!! read more

I've been going there for years and I should have left seeing as my favorite nail tech wasn't there today. I sat down and a lady filled the water basin while I waited for a tech. It was scorching hot so I asked her if she could make it a bit warmer. Then she put it on 100% cold... So while I waited for my tech I sat there with my feet soaking in the cold bath. I noticed others come in and they also started their water and let them soak. Good way to keep customers to wait rather than leave. Well my guy came up and he was maybe in his early 40s, with a big smirk on his face. I said hello and he smirked bigger. He directed me to take my foot out of the water and then he gave my foot an exaggerated cartoon like shocked face. Knowing my foot was very close to his face and package I controlled any urges to kick. Then he asked me to put up my other foot and did it again! Really???!!!!!???!!?!! How rude. I'm on my feet 16 hours a day. They aren't the feet of a goddess, but they aren't the feet of a monster either. I was so insulted. I told him how rude he was and I left....a customer of eleven years gone... Went around the corner and had a delightful experience at Anthony Vince Nail Spa where I sat there and listened to relaxing music not trashy talk shows. I was respected there and have found a new place to go thanks to one of your employees lack of tact! read more

Used to go to Kim for the pedicures... She left. Couldn't find anyone else to do an exceptional job there.. And trust me I reeeeallly tried. The last girls hands were so shaky when painting, the toe nail polish came out very sloppy. Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Sigh.... I've been coming here, on and off due to not having overall good service and once again I have been disappointed. It was going well for a few weeks but this time the person who did my nails did them to thick in the bottom and apparently didn't go down enough near my cuticles which meant that i would be coming in sooner because they would grow out to fast. I'm a busy person and I couldn't just come in and sit for another two hours so I waited and now due to not knowing that they only wait for 5 days and come in Today And she says I have to pay. I walked out. This place is so inconsistent with their operators Won't ever go back now. And the girl that Im talking to is smiling and laughing like I'm trying to scam them. Really!! Shame on you. The owner that sits right in the front is very rude and unprofessional. He do not know how to speak to his customers, not only to me but I have observed him being very rude to a lot of other Customers! Especially when Asked to fix a service that they messed up, Like a finger nail that broke or the polish on there toes that needs to be corrected because it don't look right. I visit this place with my sister on August 12, 2016. One day before my wedding. I came with some of my bridal party. We waited 15 mins before some was able to give us service. That was fine. While I was doing my nails, I asked the lady who was doing my nails, when is someone going to do my flower girl's nails. Even though she 7, I want her to have a complete set but with no fake nails or gel.... Just polish. Aja (my flower girl) waited for 1 hr and half, until a party of 3 that had an appt at 4pm to skipped her. The lady came with her 2 young daughters. The man that gave them services, acknowledged that Aja was there first and patiently waiting...and still provided other people service bc he would make more money. But it gets worse, I told the woman who was doing my nails what happen and told her I have to leave by 5pm with my party bc I had a wedding rehearsal. She finished my nails, then started painting Aja's nails instead of making the man paint her nails or talk to the manager. As a result, ME THE BRIDE had to wait. Then 4:30 came and I was not able to get my toes done. I had to paint my toes by myself. I really did not have a great experience here. They were disorganized and inconsiderate. No one even apologized. They just made sure I pay before I left my party behind...and wanted to make sure to know who was paying for Aja. Take your money elsewhere. read more

I Waited for 20 minutes to soak off my acrylic in order to get gel nails. Finally they started soaking, after 30 minutes someone finally came and started taking the acrylic off. 2 minutes into it the two in the front start yelling at her. I was told I had to wait again because someone was in front of me. So I told the nail tech just take the acrylic off and I wouldn't be getting gel done. I won't give them another dime. They are so unprofessional and rude. read more

This is actually the exact reason it took me so long to even decide to color my hair in the first place. I was worried about ending up with something too highlighted, too chunky, or not natural-looking. I trusted this salon because my family members go there, and because the stylist reassured me multiple times that she fully understood the soft "expensive brunette" look I was trying to achieve and could absolutely do it. I spent a long time explaining and showing inspiration photos for a very specific look: soft, blended "expensive brunette" dimension with subtle low-contrast color and soft layered shaping. The photos I showed were rich dimensional brunettes -- not chunky, stripy, or heavily highlighted. Unfortunately, the final result looked much brighter, chunkier, and less blended than what I had requested, and the haircut also did not reflect the layered V/U-shaped look I asked for. Because this was my first professional color service, I relied heavily on the stylist's guidance regarding timing and expectations. Before the service even began, I specifically expressed concern about whether there was enough time to fully achieve the look I wanted, and I even offered to come back another day entirely so the stylist would have more time to work with me and not feel rushed. I was repeatedly reassured that there was "plenty of time" and told not to worry. Since I had never had a dimensional color service before, I trusted that assessment. Unfortunately, the appointment ended up running extremely late anyway, the salon was closing by the end, and I never really had a proper opportunity to sit down and fully evaluate the final result before leaving. However, once I did get home and properly see my hair, I knew immediately that it was not what I had asked for. I actually contacted the salon shortly after the appointment because I knew almost immediately it wasn't what I wanted, but shortly afterward I experienced serious health-related circumstances and was unable to return within the normal correction timeframe. Months later, once I was finally able to address my hair again, I called hoping to work something out. What disappointed me most was how dismissive and defensive the response immediately felt. Before I could even fully explain the situation, it became clear there was no willingness to work collaboratively or even discuss possible solutions -- despite the fact that I fully acknowledged the time that had passed, explained the serious health-related circumstances that delayed my return, and specifically offered to pay again if needed. If you are specifically a brunette looking for very soft, blended, low-contrast dimensional color, I would strongly recommend making sure the stylist you book with truly specializes in that aesthetic. At the very least, I believe clients spending this amount of money should feel there is some willingness to work with them respectfully when the final result clearly does not align with the inspiration photos provided.

I've been in here 4-5 times over the past two years. This nail salon is located in a small strip…read moremall about 2.5 miles from the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The salon is clean and modern. I think it's cute how they sometimes have French pop music playing. There are large screen TV's on each wall, usually tuned to HGTV. My extent of nail maintenance is a pedicure every 4-5 weeks, a basic mani every 8-9 wees and gel nails one a year. An older woman gave me a pedicure the other day, OMG, best massage ever!! She was also METICULOUS when she was cleaning up my cuticles. She did a really nice job painting my toes too. I had opted for the mid level pedi, which I think is $29 at my time of visit. I love that they give you three different options of lotions to pick from. I think it's lavendar, cucumber and something with honey. I believe the least expensive option is $23 and there is one that is more than $29. Overall a nice spot for a pedi!

Donna,.. Absolute trash business owner. She's the only one that answers the phone and literally…read moreasks for a name and number and books your apt,... only to screw it up every single time. Have made numerous apts for them to over book and leave me hanging.. 3 separate occasions where I make an apt, am told okay when I walk in, I wait 30 minutes after the apt for them to tell me they have overbooked the apt and "some one else" will take care of me when they become available. Not a single care about customer service and couldn't care less if you ever come back.
