I called and got a text message to respond to that, so I did. I booked an apt for the next day, and the day of my apt she sent me a different address to go to. When I was close I saw it was a residential area. I normally would never go to someone's house for this, but I did it anyway. JJ was really nice, and she had an entire room turned into a lash studio. It was my first time getting these lashes so it look 1 hour from start to finish. The burned like the devil at the end, but luckily that feeling went away after 10 min. They aren't dark, because I requested brown lashes and they are not too long but long enough to notice, and the shape came out amazing! The salon was clean upon arrival, and they have a cute backdrop of white flowers and an LED light that I thought was so girly and fun! She was playing with a necklace in her mouth .They try to make you join the club to get discounts, but they really just want to get a hold of your credit card so they could charge you every month.

Their rates are fair for those interested in getting lashes done for the first time especially. After my second visit, on April 10th, I had experienced irritation and had decided to call and inquire about canceling my membership on April 25th. Upon calling, the woman I spoke to simply gave me an email to contact regarding the closing of my account. I sent the email on that day. I've heard nothing in response, no automated email reply, no phone call or anything to confirm the receipt of my cancellation. However, yesterday (May 8th) I received what seemed to be a text reminder asking me to confirm my next appointment, to which I responded no and to which they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told them no and informed them that I had submitted a request via the email provided to me, to which they did not respond. Today, (May 9th) I have received a bill for another month of the membership and I went ahead and called again. When prompted of the situation, the woman who answered the phone told me to reach out to the email that they had originally provided, to which I explained that I did almost over a month ago. She continued to try to explain to me that the charge was meant to be taken out on April 20th and perhaps it was pending in my bank account, but I had seen nothing beyond this date. About 20 minutes after this phone call, the 'automated text service' responded saying "ok we cancel your membership right now" I found the methods of communicating through texts to be unprofessional and that while they promise you that you can cancel the membership at any time, I found the whole process to be very difficult in terms of getting some type of response or progress done. I find it very unprofessional that I send my request to the provided email and receive a badly-worded text message only after the fact that I complained that it would be canceled.
