I arrived a few minutes early because I was on a time crunch, but I waited in the lobby alone until after my appointment time started. I heard people, which I believe were employees talking in the back for a while. About 5 minutes after my appointment "officially" started my technician came to the lobby to tell me she was going to clean off the bed and would be right back. A couple minutes later she returned and walked me to the back. She asked me to sit on the wet bed, which I did. She went over the consent form and began going over the process, but I was familiar with a lash lift, so I asked her to just get to the service. At this point it was already 20 minutes after my appointment time started and the service still hadn't begun. She finally got to the service and started with a nice relaxing massage (about a minute). Then she proceeded to tape down my lashes for the next 10 minutes. She struggled to do this because she cleaned my eyes with a sopping wet cotton round. Then she asked me to open my eyes, which let even more micellar water in my eyes. She eventually gave up on taping down my bottom lashes. Everything from here went downhill. She asked me why if my eyes are always so watery....Uh they weren't until you saturated them. Then she proceeds to glue down the lash form. She gave me medium, which was for the first time of my life. My lashes a me pretty long and I always get at least large. She offered me a tissue to help with the scent of the first smelly cream. I declined. She got sooo much of it in my eyes that they sarted to burn horribly and wouldn't stop pouring tears . I told her it was burning and she tried to clean it, but she got a lot of product directly in my eyes. I was ready to run to the bathroom and wash my face. She rushed through the rest of the process and even took the lash forms off then put them back on to clean off the excess product. She put them back onto do the tint, but by then I was ready to run out. After she was done she handed me the mirror and I've never seen my eyes so bloodshot and so puffy. They were painful on their own and to the touch. It took days for them to feel normal. Then I finally saw the outcome...this is the worst last lift of my life. They are soooo crooked, crossed, and unnatural. 2 stars for the good service. For context, I have had over 15 lash lifts in my life and this was my worst by far! I'm stuck like this for 3 months and now my lashes are starting to thin out.

I always get the Spa Pedicure ($35), which has extra scrub with massage to start. What I love about Rosie's pedicures are her attention to detail when grooming the cuticles. For a small place, she also has a large array of current nail polish colors. Most importantly, the polish lasts for weeks. Rosie does have a large clientele so it is imperative to book in advance. That is the only downside to frequenting a place with one technician. I guess that quality is worth it though. Rosie is lovely. She cares about her customers and does her best to accommodate them. Teachers are going through enough stress already and I wanted to do something nice for her. Well when she received the gift she was very excited. She went on 2/27/21 and after work I met her there. Nisrine Nasire the lady who did her brows seems nice when I entered the room but her brows looked horrible and I was afraid my girl brows would look the same. So when she stepped out of the room for a second I asked my girl to sit up so I can see her brows. I was horrified when I saw it, the brows were very huge brows, uneven and looked horrible.  When Nisrine came back into the room, I asked what's going on with my girl brows and I hated how they looked.  I told her I paid for microblading and it looks like a horrible tattoo. She told me because my girlfriend didn't have much brows she did micro pigmentation,  I told her it looks like a bad tattoo.  She went and try to hide some of the bad work with permanent makeup but that made it worse.  She said after the swelling goes down it will look better I told her I've done my brows and I didn't have to wait until the swelling goes down for it to look great. Long story short  my girl saw her brows and just start crying, she don't feel beautiful she don't even wants to go to work. I called Sara the owner and instead of an apology and offer to fix her brows she trying to put all the blame on my girl. I will be getting an attorney and I will find everyone who had a horrible experience with this establishment and make sure they don't ever butcher another woman brows.
