The owner David is extremely rude. I was a loyal customer for 10 years. I was always patient every time he decided to take somebody with no appointment at my appointment time, every time he decided to close last minute and not post anything, never any apology when he makes you wait an hour after your appointment because he is unprofessional and greedy. If you dare ask how much longer he will be , he will scream at you in front of the entire salon and in front of his own children. I have watched this place go downhill slowly over the last 10 years because of the way he treats customers. I thought i was immune to his wrath but today I was not and I will never come back and I will make sure I tell all of my friends to stop going as well. read more

I've been going to Guppy Nail, monthly, for the past 7 years for my fill and pedicure. David is no longer at the shop full time, which I'm aware of, so I'll have Taylor do my fill. I come to the salon and I'm asked, "what do you need today?" I say, "fill and pedicure." There's only one other customer and Taylor is doing her nails. As I'm getting my pedicure, more people are coming in. My pedicure is done and I'm waiting for Taylor to do my nails, after sitting there for 1/2 hour, David's wife tells me that Taylor can't do my nails because she has an appointment. Take it, they don't take appointments and if that was the case, why have me wait, knowing that I'm waiting for you. Since David isn't there full time, service has gone downhill, business need to realize that they are not the only people that provide services to. I'll take my loyalty elsewhere. Not going back and 2 other customers walked out with me! read more

Came here in hopes of finding my new nail place, and I'm so happy I did! Most salons around here are closed on mondays so I was excited to see that Guppy Nail was open. I got a great pedicure and beautiful ombré nail set here. Worth every penny. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've been going here for a while with my daughter But after what happen I will never go again... I asked to remove my full set/pedicure when I walked in I waited about 15min... when I sit down with David he tried to yank my acrylic nail with a tool I said nooo that hurts and snacked my finger away, mind u I had a refill a week ago(needed them removed for school) I said can u soak them he said we close at 7 and we don't have time" it was 6:30 and I'm paying u so I said u can't yank them like that are u crazy... he looked at the next customer and said "okay hunny come here" like I was a piece of crap EVERY TIME I GO THERE I TIP THEM GOOD AND IM PATIENT WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT... STAY AWAY -- Very disappointed, I felt like when David was doing my acrylic nails he was rushing. I get home and see that the seal with my natural nail and the acrylic wasn't fully sealed. I tried to go back and he refused to fix blaming my "nail for growing". I paid a good amount of money and even left a really good tip. Worse place I've ever been. Left the nail salon about 5 minutes ago. Got there to do a pedicure (my feet are not in bad shape) and to only paint my nails. Before heading there, my husband called and reconfirm their closing time. I was by one of the nail technicians to go back tomorrow that they were closed at 20pm when their sign said 7pm. I have more complaints. This is definitely the last time my family and I will go there. read more

Guppy nail salon is trash if your not a regular I only go about once every 2 months my nails had thick acrylic chunks under the tip that they did not remove and my shape was off and they still wanted to charge me 40$ this should of only been a 20$ read more

I was a regular here and I went one day an hour before they closed and they told me they had a couple people so I was like that's ok I'll still wait. When they went through the people the girl I was waiting for was like no I'm not doing you I'm going home and I was like why didn't you tell me that when I got here and she said "i don't know" they managers wife heard her so she tried to jump in and tell me to come back tomorrow because they are "tired."
