I highly recommend Lee Nails. The place is very clean and organized. The woman who did my manicure did an excellent job. My polish usually chips on the first day. This time my polish lasted more than two weeks! The woman who did my pedicure also did a great job. She was very kind. I have an injury to my right foot and could not immerse it in the spa bath. I also requested that she not touch the injured area. I had been postponing getting a pedicure because I was worried about someone manipulating my injured foot. I was very relieved that the pedicure technician did not try that. She was very careful and made sure to respect my request while still doing a great job. I happily walked out with a beautiful manicure & pedicure. read more

I used to be a customer of Lee Nails for years when Tran & Tan were the owners, never had a bad experience but sadly I moved away and my Mom continued going. Yesterday my Mom told me that she would not be going back because the owner Julie was extremely rude to her and called her a liar when my mom said she also booked a manicure that day, my Moms entire appt was rushed and she was treated very poorly. It's a shame that Julie took over an establishment that had such a good reputation and had so many pleasant employees to only be replaced by someone like Julie. I urge for anyone looking for a nail salon to go elsewhere read more

Had my Gel Mani by Tran! The job was so clean and my nail shapes PERFECT - plus she got the design down perfectly. She got the polish all the way up to the cuticle without causing the ridge that usually catches on everything after a few days. I look forward to my next Tran mani! read more

What an amazingly experience Im always treated very kind by the owners and staff. The facility is very clean and organized. Julie is my favorite she does an Amazing job on my hands and feet. She pays attention to details and takes her time making sure I get the colors and designs Im looking for. Also spends quality time massaging my legs and feet. Im not an easy person to please so this is for real if im saying it. Im always offered a stamp to reward loyal customers. I went there February 27, 2024 for the first time. I was greeted immediately and seated. I wish I got the guy's name who did my nails. He was quiet and very good at his job. Usually, the nail tech hurts you at least once, but no. It was a pleasant experience and my nails were perfect. Except they weren't quite square. They kind of had a u tip shape, but I just filed them when I got home. Other than that, which was no bid deal, they were just beautiful. They were only $50 w/ a $10 tip. I'll go back. read more

Came in here for the first time as a walk in as soon as they opened on a Saturday (and I was not the only one). I had such a great experience with Chi! I'm always skeptical about getting my nails done at all because I'm very sensitive and I came in today with a hurt nail bit down too far, and she was so easy going on the hands. Tried this nail place in Cooper City today and really wanted to like it but the quality was just not good at all. All of the staff were so nice, and my nail tech was so sweet, but my nails came out pretty slanted and had a lot of air bubbles in them (I know my fingers are a little crocked, but I've never had this issue). Overall, I might give them another chance, but I would be aware of the little mistakes. read more

First time at lee nails and it was very nice. I had my feet and nails done for 37 dollars and my daughter had the same done but only with the gel nail for 69 dollars . This gel nail paint last a few weeks but I hate nail polish for for that long. I don't even like nail polish as Im a natural girl. However the soft massage was nice and the foot soak was good . It was nice to have the toe nails cut and the dead skin around the toes off. Will I be coming back maybe but I like fixing my own nails with my own instruments . Even though the instruments are given a fast wipe with cleaner after she used them on me ,she put them back in the auto clave wrapper to give the impression of autoclaved instruments in her draw ready for the next person. I wonder who else this was used on ? The salon looks clean and modern employees welcoming however speaking in their foreign language. I was not able to pay with my credit card as their machine was broken. read more

I had a good experience at Lee Nails. Dip manicure (natural nails, no tips) and regular pedicure were both good, foot massage was amazing. Those who are picky with cleaning this is not the place to go. Nails stations are dirty, they don't change towels or clean tables between customers, that's why I don't give a 5 star rating. Price was the same as other salons. read more

I've been a loyal client for many years now. Due to the incompetence and unprofessional order of scheduling. I called 3 hours prior to scheduling and they agreed to take me at 2:45pm. To my surprise when I arrived, I was double booked, again! I asked if they can take care of me anyway due to their mistake because my time is valuable. The response was "I don't know what to tell you." I am highly disappointed and will no longer be coming back. Very poor customer service. read more

I've been visiting Lee Nails for 3 years and I have never regretted a visit or left unhappy. I specifically do my nails with Tran and I have seen other technicians but I'm committed to Tran due to her super clean, thorough and always being super punctual with appointment times. If I am running late, I call and vise versa which I truly appreciate it. They're super clean with tools and have so many colors to choose from that you can probably go a full year without repeating. read more

My experience with Lee Nails was plain bad. I'm not sure what my nail tech's name was, but I just have one word for him: LAZY. He didn't listen to any of my request. He pretty much did what he wanted. I went to the girl who was at the reception, asked her for help and it's like she didn't care that I was unhappy with my nails. She did little to nothing to accommodate me and had a bit of stuck up attitude. Like a "deal with it" type of attitude. It was a bad experience for me. I just felt that they were lazy and didn't care to do the right thing for a new client. read more

Came to try this place because it was recommended to me. I'm not sure why though? The girl butchered my big toe nails and probably will cause me to have ingrown nails after what she did. She kept replying to texts on her phone and getting up to go to the back to eat. Extremely unprofessional and I wish I could've gotten up from the chair and left at that point. I just wasted $30 on a subpar pedicure. This place is a joke. You're in Cooper City and charge higher prices, I would expect your employees and service to be top notch. Guess I'll have to stick to Q nails who is right down the road and charges much less! read more

I've been here several times, I've had a different person each time. Every time, I've left happy. The nail techs are very friendly, the service is fast with beautiful results. Today I got a mani, pedi and brow wax, I don't remember the name of my tech but she was awesome. I called at 4:15, made an appointment for 5pm and I was out by 6:05. I didn't learn the first time and had a horrible experience again. I went about a year ago and had an older woman do my nails. The other techs were busy and customers seemed happy. This woman did an awful job on my gel set. She filed too much off, ended up redoing some at the end which turned out think and uneven and the filing was slanted. Fast forward to last week...I went back as a walk in, they said they could take me in 10 minutes and of course I got the same woman. I should have asked to switch but assumed of she was still there either she got better or couldn't be that bad. Yes she is. Another botch job. More uneven nails, odd bubbles on the nails and a week later the top lays is peeling on some nails (did gel again). Don't waste your time or money. The owner or guy in charge was right next to my lady as I had to ask her again to redo some. He could care less. read more

Chi is very sweet and makes sure you are happy with your nails. She definitely tries to accommodate everyone even when they are in a rush. Tuan was my nail tech and did amazing. This is THE spot for your nails. My nails have never looked better. The staff are friendly and professional. Tuan, Tran, Chi, all of them make my experience so much as oppose to other salons where you sit in silence or hear the staff speak amongst them only. & to the "customer" who called them RATS, below is a message for you: I've been a customer of this salon for quite some time & I can assure you the staff are anything but rats! On the contrary, they are the reason I keep going. A few weeks ago I was accidentally overcharged $10 (in which I didn't notice). Within 10 minutes of me leaving I received a phone call advising me (rats don't do that) & if how you requested your nails are how I'm picturing it (upside down V) then the only rat here is you for thinking you wouldn't be charged extra for such service. read more

Normally in multiple other salons a dip manicure takes close to an hour or more time to do correctly. The man that did my manicure took less than 40 minutes. I had called and made an appointment. It started off with this one woman who was very nice and did my pedicure, once I sat down and she was working on my manicure. Once she trimmed my nails I was told that she had another appointment so I had to move to the person next to her that clearly did a crappy job. If she had an appointment why was my appointment given to her is beyond me. I felt like I was treated more like a walk in. But still paid over $100. I will not be going back to fix the chips because they just make you feel like you are a little Cuckoo when you go in n to have them fix their poor quality. Next time when my regular place is closed due to an emergency I will wait at least they do a good job and stand by their work!

I came on a Friday around 4pm. The shop could use a bit of tidying up. A nice sweeping. And a touch of modernism. And that smell of formaldehyde will hit you like a ton of bricks in less than 5. Whew! I don't know how the workers handle it. Customer Service could be better. The guy who did my nails was quite demanding. Do this, do that. Just not pleasant. As far as the finished product? It was good. But when I got home, I noticed he didn't cover the entire nail on the second coat; on multiple fingers so I could've save the 18 bucks.

The entire staff are nice and kind, and the salon is ultra clean. I miss them and can't wait for them to reopen!
