I will never come back here again. I got a dip powder manicure and one nail chipped on a corner less than 3 days after my manicure. This normally lasts 3+ weeks and no problems. Less than a week in and I have had two chips. I went in to have the one fixed and all they did was not fix the problem but filed my nail down so the chip was not visible. Normally in multiple other salons a dip manicure takes close to an hour or more time to do correctly. The man that did my manicure took less than 40 minutes. I had called and made an appointment. It started off with this one woman who was very nice and did my pedicure, once I sat down and she was working on my manicure. Once she trimmed my nails I was told that she had another appointment so I had to move to the person next to her that clearly did a crappy job. If she had an appointment why was my appointment given to her is beyond me. I felt like I was treated more like a walk in. But still paid over $100. I will not be going back to fix the chips because they just make you feel like you are a little Cuckoo when you go in n to have them fix their poor quality. Next time when my regular place is closed due to an emergency I will wait at least they do a good job and stand by their work! read more

This Nail salon was recommended to me by a friend as I was in search for a new nail tech ! It is very clean and everyone is super welcoming. It's also located in a shopping plaza with fast food restaurants and Target if you want to grab a bite or do groceries. The salon is modern and they always play good music. The massage chairs are really great as well. My go to tech is Karen, she's the best ( I've only ever had her do my nails). She does regular / gel mani pedi and she is so precise. Her massages are the greatest and she always does a fabulous job with the polish. ( I'm very particular about my nails). This place used to be the bee's knees, now everything is cheap; the sets only last a week; the gel polish chips within a few days and its just not worth the money or hassle anymore. I frequented this location since they opened and ive watched the quality go down hill. The nail techs are all super sweet but the quality in the products they are using are low grade! This was my first time coming to this salon and i am very disappointed with the service I received. Not a single nail is the same length, I asked for short nails and only one of the nails is the actual length I wanted, even asked him again cut them down and still none are the same. Each nail is a completely different length. Then he didn't have me wash my hands after filing the nails, which then put debris on my nails so he had to file off and repaint two nails because of the bumps under it. He was on the phone almost the entire time handling a personal manner with insurance which isn't a problem I understand having to multitask but if it affects the work you are doing it should be done later. read more

I really liked how my toes were done. It was something about how aesthetically my toes looked. I just came in for a pedicure. All white was the polish of my choice. They were just beautiful, the turn out. All white is my go to, but it was in the way they were done for me here, looked great! I'm way overdue for a reup, but they are still lasting after months. I got my nails done here a week or so ago, and requested Lisa as the last time she did my nails she was very thorough and did a wonderful job. This time however left me very disappointed and I will not be returning or recommending this salon. I love the "look" of the nails from far but up close they are very disappointing. She did not prep my nails at all (did not push my cuticles back) and some of the nails are nowhere near the same size as its opposite. I am mostly disappointed with how much she charged me - $80. May have found my new nail place! I came in without an appointment because I didn't expect to do my nails that day but I'm a nail biter and I ruined one of my nails I had been growing out. They said no problem and only waited maybe 10 mins and they already had me choosing color and sitting me down. It was decently busy too, 6 pm on a Tuesday. They had many colors to choose from. The gentleman doing my nails was very nice I needed dip with tips to cover the nail I messed up, I always get nervous going in because I'm embarrassed with how it looks when I mess up my nails, but there was no judgment and he was great. I need them short too because I'm an optometry student and need to touch eyes and contact lenses etc. he did a great job bc sometimes when I ask for short they look weird and stubby. I did prefer more oval than square, but that might've been my fault for not speaking up because I was talking to someone I ran into at the salon lol. The reason for 4 stars is because dip with tips was a little more expensive than the previous place I've been going to ( I am looking for a new place because the lady I liked left ) and also because the guy cut me a few times with the nail file, but tends to happen I have thin skin. I'll be going here again! I liked that you could tip venmo or CashApp because I always forget cash. The place was big and lots of stations, it looked clean, and I saw some of the workers were allowed to bring their kids to finish work and I think that's really nice working late and childcare can be stressful and my job used to let me pick up my child and have them there and I was grateful. I typically get gel nails and pedicure when my nails are grown out so hopefully that's a good experience too. Also update it's been maybe 1.5 weeks now and sometimes they already begin to grow out or something looks bad, but these are Golding strong, the dark photo is the nails just done and the daylight photo is 1.5 weeks later. read more

If I could give a 0 review I would. It took them 2 hours and 10 minutes for dip power. I asked for natural color and my nails look extremely pink. I have three cuticles bleeding and one about to get infected. Not good. The french lines are not equal ones are more big than others and the desing is horrible. They charged me for everything extra could ($10 removing, $10 french design, 5 tip, $7 design) for a total of $72. Worst $72 ever spent. read more

I went there and my regular girl Mia was on vacation for two weeks. Mia always does a fantastic job. Well I went this Friday and saw Jenny. I had the exact same services I always get. I had gel polish on both my hands & feet, I had a volcanic pedicure and I also had my brows waxed which Jenny also did because she's the only one who does the waxing. I got home and my friends told she did und do under the brows on both sides. I immediately called and told them that she forgot to do below the brow. I told them I would be there on Saturday. I went on Saturday and I was told i would been seen in a hour & a half for something that would take less the 10 minutes. She did not do her job and I have to wait that long . I go every 2 weeks and always get all the services and my girl Mia always does a fantastic job. I will never have any waxing services done there again and I will only see my girl Mia. If she's not there I will go somewhere else. I think the owner made a huge mistake by inconveniencing me when I come from east Hollywood and the shop is in Davie. I was disappointed and will never do any waxing there again. i think the owner just did not care because I already paid in full. I should have requested a refund. read more

The people suck at their jobs basic things they cant even do right. Ive tried to come here and like it so many times because its so close by my house and its a hit or miss but its been mostly misses. my latest experience here really was the last. i came in to get a pedicure i was kind of in a rush so i told them i dont want the massage and whatever (i had no problem still paying the full pedicure price) just focus on doing my toes and she asked me to cut them down i said yes a little bit. she cut them down so short and i usually am just like okay whatever they grow back fast but i have an event im going to later tonight and im really sad about how bad they look. she didnt even file them down straight. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, I was here around 12pm on Saturday 5/28/22 for a soak off. Easy enough? Well the woman proceeded to cut my acrylics down, start lifting my acrylics using a fake nail tip and then soaked off THREE of my nails only because it began to hurt me... I asked if she could give me a little manicure since they looked dry and chipped and she gave me to another man to finish with no polish and charged me $33 when all he did was file and cut them. 18 for a manicure I didn't receive and 15 for a soak off without service because I got no polish just wanted my nails to look nice before I get my nails done later this week. I will never come here again since they were so rude and overcharged me and did not do the service properly. What a shame to allow a client to leave unsatisfied and overcharged. read more
